秋風起,緊係要打邊爐,今次就試左大笪地。大笪地係雅蘭中心隔離街,都幾方便就腳。大笪地花膠濃湯雞鍋 半隻 $214店名叫大笪地花膠雞,緊係要試試佢,簡咗大笪地花膠濃湯雞鍋做火鍋湯底,滋補養顏。我地2個人,叫半隻已經夠。待應即係上左一碟花膠同雞鍋。滾咗之後就叫我地試左個湯先,個湯好濃好夠味,一飲就知足料。美國肥牛 $78大笪地的肥牛,肉的比例比較多,唔會剩係得脂肪。羊肉片 $68羊肉就唔算好騷,怕騷的朋友應該都接受到。西班牙橡果黑毛豬 $108橡果豬食落好重豬味,如果煮得啱啱好,會好嫩滑,但煮耐左好易變瘦肉。金牌牛肉丸 半打 $30牛肉丸彈牙,浸埋雞湯啲雞汁吊返個牛味出黎。豆苗 $40蘿蔔片 $35蘿蔔片建議一開始就放落去,打邊爐打到後半部份差唔多就可以食,會冧啲同入味啲。紅薯粉 $32簡左紅薯粉,唔會咁索油同比較Q彈,咬落有口感。同場加映: 其實除左餐牌上面果啲,大笪地另外仲有海鮮,可以係旁邊水缸簡。

秋高氣爽,除咗燒嘢食,當然少不了打邊爐。約咗朋友近近地去了呢間大笪地火鍋, 環境還挺有風格特色的。天氣涼涼地,梗係嗌個花膠濃湯雞鍋,選用三黃雞,肉質較嫩滑,配上大隻花膠,湯底濃郁帶膠質,滿滿的膠原蛋白,太好喝了。蟹粉蝦餃皇,整隻餃十分飽滿,裡面是蟹粉、蝦肉和豬肉,材料比例和味道都調得剛好,這個真是很可以😋😋脆肉鯇魚片,份量還蠻多的,而且很大片。涮3分鐘左右就可以吃了,口感鮮甜爽口。薑汁皮蛋貢丸,這個要小心一點吃,薑汁會爆出來,夾著小塊皮蛋,彈牙可口。吃左咁多肉,都要點些蔬菜 balance吓,芫茜幾新鮮,喜歡那個獨特的味道,且有豐富膳食纖維和營養素。整體都好滿意呢個花膠濃湯雞鍋,料靚,CP值滿分💯!!

旺角飛達大廈有不少美食餐廳,不過還未有LIFT,所以要走電梯上,比較麻煩。但就因為這樣,給我找到了這家CP值比較高的大隱隱於市的火鍋餐廳未夠18:00到場還未有人,但到了19:00就全院滿座了!選擇不少,但都是傳統的那些火鍋料,而醬料則有辣椒,蒜頭,炸蒜跟青蔥,全部都夠新鮮!但當然要選招牌:花膠雞湯(半隻)$218!那半隻雞肥美而肉嫰,姐姐還會主動幫你剪開一塊塊,湯底從一開始滾起就可以喝,雞味超濃,上面那塊薄膜就是雞油,要去油超易!$188 手切安格斯牛肉厚切牛肉,油花漂亮而且入口細軟,加點辣椒醬油,好吃!豆苗$40也是夠翠綠,用雞湯煮特別正是晚最佳,蟹粉蝦餃皇$58,蝦肉大隻而且彈牙,豬肉比例佳,蟹粉的味道夠濃,而且夠皮薄也大隻,有驚喜!最後以手打烏冬$22作結,只要夠彈牙,再加上雞湯就成了!不用配料也不錯

又到打邊爐既季節,所以近排多左打邊爐!今次來到這間位於旺角的樓上火鍋店試試!餐廳座位都算幾多,8點左右來到都已經滿座了!餐廳有一個小小的海鮮檔給客人揀選新鮮海鮮!餐廳的名字已經能夠看出這裡出名吃花膠雞湯打邊爐,於是便了這個湯底!大笪地花膠濃湯雞鍋,我們點了半隻雞,湯底很鮮甜,有香濃的雞湯味道,而且好有骨膠原感!他們的花膠份量都算幾多,而且大舊!手切安格斯牛肉,牛肉份量都幾多,厚薄適中,油花很美!牛肉鬆軟,牛肉味濃!雞子,沒有想過有這麼大碟,而且都幾大粒。珊瑚蚌,份量都幾多,而且大塊,食落爽口鮮甜!木耳、淮山,吃花膠雞湯底當然要吃點蔬菜吸味,木耳和淮山吸收了湯的鮮甜味,食落很惹味!西班牙黑毛豬午餐肉,午餐肉都幾厚切,味道不會太咸,食落也不會太軟身!這裡的飲品大多是樽裝,有汽水、涼茶,也有啤酒類!
