星期六晚上完堂返屋企, 心思思想食熱辣辣嘅中式糖水。諗返住咗荃灣幾年都未試過大良鴻輝記, 於是就早幾個站落車去川龍街買。由於收緊防疫措施, 晚上6 點後不設堂食, 所以當晚去到都幾多人排隊。門口已經有MENU, 都有好多款糖水揀。因為當晚都比較凍, 於是我揀咗熱椰香藜麥紫米露嚟食。等咗大約10 分鍾就有啦, 期間見到好多人透過外賣平台叫大量訂單, 但我都唔駛等太耐。而且食店都安排得好好, 唔亂! 返到屋企即刻打開黎食, 熱焫焫勁好食!椰香藜麥紫米露一打開見到有椰漿喺面, 溝勻食有椰味, 但又唔算太濃, 我好OK 呀! 因為本身唔係好鍾意食椰味, 但都接受到。食落口, 因為有藜麥, 好有咬口, 好多料, 正! 食落唔算好甜, 但好有飽足感, 暖晒!

Very thick and smooth in texture and with the light brown colour, you may know the portion of rice is larger than the portion of walnut used. The sweetness is very suitable for Hong Kong people. They use good quality of sugar and good control in cooking time, no “sour” after taste.

宜家越黎越多韓式、日式各式甜品店係香港崛起,而呢間舖頭就主打傳統既中式糖水,招牌三寶係芝麻糊、核桃糊同埋杏仁糊,價錢唔貴。除左佢個招牌三寶之外,佢仲有好多傳統糖水賣,好似西米露桑寄生蓮子蛋茶、腐竹蛋糖水、喳咋、紅豆沙、綠豆沙等等。覺得呢度既糖水都係正常水準,但係價錢黎講對比坊間其他甜品店算平,如果間中想食下中式既糖水既話都可以黎支持下😌1️⃣芝麻糊($22)中式糖水黎講,我自己最鍾意既就係芝麻糊,呢度既芝麻糊整得好滑,亦都唔會太甜,但係我就覺得芝麻味唔夠濃,好似偏稀左少少。  2️⃣核桃糊($22)呢度既核桃糊同芝麻糊一樣,都係好滑,但係都係唔夠濃,如果核桃味可以再重啲就好la。  3️⃣西瓜涼粉($24)西瓜好多,幾甜,涼粉正常發揮,不過我自己個人本身唔係太鍾意食涼粉。  4️⃣腐竹蛋糖水($21)普普通通,但係都係好似太水太稀,同埋偏甜左啲。

1️⃣芝麻糊($22)
中式糖水黎講,我自己最鍾意既就係芝麻糊,呢度既芝麻糊整得好滑,亦都唔會太甜,但係我就覺得芝麻味唔夠濃,好似偏稀左少少。  

2️⃣核桃糊($22)
