Fried rice, which was another work of art. Each grain was perfectly fluffy, moist, and flavorful. Chef recommended adding celery cubes for balance. Love that chef used seasonings sparingly- could hardly taste any black pepper at all.

5.季節海鮮
刺身級原隻北寄貝大隻厚肉,味道甘鮮,肉質爽滑。

6.清酒煮大蜆
師傅將清酒🍶倒落錫紙容器後,再加少少指天椒🌶️點火🔥烹煮鳳紋蜆。蜆肉肥美厚肉,肉質鮮甜,帶微辣及清酒香甜味。

7.牛肉🐮🥩
套餐配美國🇺🇸牛肉厚及薄燒,或可加+$600升級日本🇯🇵A4佐賀和牛。

師傅分別以厚燒及薄燒方式處理日本🇯🇵和牛。厚燒方面,師傅將厚切日本和牛扒切成粒狀及條狀;薄燒方面,師傅先將蔥花及蒜片放喺和牛薄片之上,捲起後將兩面和牛肉煮至五成熟。另一煮法係只將一面和牛薄片燒至全熟有焦香感,蒜片香脆。和牛入口即化,油脂豐富🤤。

8.炒雜菜🌱
芽菜清熱,有助解油膩👍。

9.炒飯🍚
除咗和牛牛脂及蔥花,師傅仲加入芹菜炒飯,配搭特別。飯粒炒至乾身,粒粒分明。

10.甜品
焦糖多士🍮🍞
師傅好有耐性咁以長時間令多士受熱後變焦糖化,多士口感非常鬆脆香口。

雪糕🍨
口味有焙茶、綠茶、冧酒提子、開心果等。

總結🫦
呢間日式餐廳嘅鐵板餐料理用料高級,海鮮食材新鮮,師傅細心地按食客口味調味。餐廳除咗吧枱座位更有獨立包房,私隱度高。

我同朋友一行七個人今次去天寶食日式鐵板燒

首先令人印象深刻既係師傅好有心機手作炒特大蒜片,係真係炒得好香,啲蒜味好濃郁,真係一啖就上癮!

接著就係最令人期待嘅澳洲鮑魚,兩大隻超肥美,啖啖都係新鮮嘅鮑魚肉,好滋味!而且個份量好足,一齊食完都係一種享受!

美國牛肉厚及薄燒都非常之好,師傅特別調製味道非常之嫩滑,而且加埋啲醬汁一齊食,真係好好味,仲有薄牛肉就係切得好細,燒得啱啱好,味道非常之鮮美,好適合小食!

阿媽話想食高質鐵板燒,咁帶佢黎天寶試吓啦。今次我叫咗鮑魚加和牛厚燒一人餐,阿媽叫了鵝肝➕和牛厚燒一人餐。另加每人刺身三點。同上次食一樣清新開胃大拖羅➕真鯛➕黑鰽有咬口得來又唔靭,有鮑魚鮮味重頭戲A4和牛,我們要了七成,煎得剛好,有牛油香又唔靭大蝦用蝦膏同煎,鹹香加爽脆,正呢個係幫我們料理嘅廚師,要讚吓佢好nice,除咗介紹菜式同點食好之外,又肯同我哋吹水同講佢自己廚師生涯,令到用餐過程好愉快,就係咁唔記得睇時間而差啲趕唔切睇電影《梅艶芳》😅😅😅

過程中厨師會問你食唔食葱蒜芹,又會簡單介紹食物同提議點食最好,有omakase 感覺。總括食物,環境同服務值得個價錢。

見有其他客人點咗梅set (鮑魚),隻南非鮑魚生out out 喺鐵板上煎,幾大隻,應該幾好味,下次可以再來試吓。

Recently reopened from their previous location in AKVO hotel.Very happy that Master chef Andy and his team has redefined the teppanyaki experience yet again.Previously the food was already top notch. With this recent reopen in the Pemberton Building, the renovation and exclusivity has set a new bar.Highly recommend the food here. As always, the pictures speak for themselves
