呢間餃子店一直係我個收藏list上,今天終於有機會親自去品嚐了一番。餃子店裝修並唔特別,只是一間樸實街坊小店餃子皮非常透薄,一點都唔厚,黃金比例嘅餡料,菜與肉嘅比例完全符合我嘅口味,而且完全無用肥豬肉‼️湯餃係我必點之選,用左自家製湯底 — 野菜葛生魚豬骨湯,湯底完全冇味精,味道好清甜👍🏻叫左芫荽豬肉餃&芹菜豬肉餃,芫荽&芹菜都好香我個人最鍾意芹菜餃,因為多左份爽脆嘅口感另外,我仲叫左兩款煎餃,分別是甘荀沙葛肉餃和雲耳椰菜餃🥟呢兩款餃子嘅外皮煎到金黃酥脆,內餡則是新鮮的甘荀和沙葛,口感唔錯,味道就無咩特別~~雲耳椰菜餃比到我驚喜有口感之餘,仲好爽甜仲有自家製辣菜脯

餃子皮非常透薄,一點都唔厚,黃金比例嘅餡料,菜與肉嘅比例完全符合我嘅口味,而且完全無用肥豬肉‼️

湯餃係我必點之選,用左自家製湯底 — 野菜葛生魚豬骨湯,湯底完全冇味精,味道好清甜👍🏻

OT 到9點先收工,唯有買野返屋企醫肚,今晚唔想食飯同面,就唸起可以餃子啦,餃子店試過好多間,但我始終都鍾情呢間係長沙灣既好味餃子店.每次食完都捧住個肚,好滿足咁走.例牌, 次次都會叫10隻煎同10隻湯餃, 一次過食晒兩款先夠盡興,今次就要左粟米肉餃(煎),雲耳椰菜肉餃(湯),首先要講一講個湯,佢地係自家制野葛菜生煎豬骨湯,豬骨味濃, 但又唔會覺得好油膩,係媽媽既住家味道,飲得出係真材實料,飲完都唔會口渴.餃子好大隻,入面相當足料,雲耳同椰菜夠新鮮,切得好幼身,豬肉醃得好入味, 餃子皮薄得黎包住咁多料都唔會穿, 我最怕就係幾尺厚既餃子皮,但呢間絕對唔會,放心.配埋佢個湯, 一路飲一路食,好有養生Feel .到煎餃, 不得不讚佢地既煎餃真係好出色, 落單後係立刻煎, 所以要等8-10分鐘,但絕對值得等待,睇住佢入盒香噴噴重出緊煙既,溫馨提示, 小心熱燙親個咀.餃子兩邊都煎得相當均勻既金黃色,咬落好香脆,配合粒粒分明既粟米粒同豬肉,口感豐富,有時我會點埋佢既辣椒油, 添加一點味蕾上既刺激.食完呢20隻餃子同飲埋碗湯, 你話點會唔飽丫,所以周不時我都要黎呢度滿足一下鋪餃子癮.誠心推薦大家一試
