原本打算去廟街和深水埗一帶的大排檔或茶樓,卻無意中發現了這家「小神燈新派飯館」。店內外皆以綠白色的磚牆為主,搭配著綠色鐵皮攤檔、大排檔和街市風格的吊燈,以及仿叮叮車的座位、甚有70-80年代的Feel。店內懸掛的電影海報是參照香港知名電影演員(看到周星馳、林雪等人的身影XD)為靈感創作的插畫,超吸睛!!菜單分為早、午、晚市等多款選擇,不少菜式融合了傳統粵菜和創新元素,例如「爆膏奶油蝦」、「黑金流沙包」、味道絕對不輸給傳統菜式,重點是價錢很親民!$14「經典魚翅餃」、$14「家鄉鹹水角」、$20「蜜汁叉焼包」⋯⋯HKD十多塊一份點心真的很超值。位置不在旅遊熱點,沒有人擠人之餘店員待客超友善,熟客甚至會主動分享店內最受歡迎的拍照打卡點。😂還有提供掃描QR碼點餐的服務,這樣就不用擔心被港式服務,入座後店員3秒快速點餐所困擾了(笑)。

母親節飯去呢間食,晚市有兩個時段:6pm同8pm,我哋揀咗8pm,去到基本上都坐滿晒,幾好生意。呢間餐廳出名裝修好有心思,以舊式香港做主題,牆身有好多經典嘅香港電影,擺設都係用舊式香港嘅用具,包括有以前阿嫲年代用嘅圓桶形熱水壺,一路食飯一路打卡都好適合。避風塘炒肉蟹話明肉蟹,啲肉真係好多好實淨,而且炒得好入味,連平時唔食蟹嘅小朋友都話好味。白灼海蝦隻隻蝦都好大隻,啲肉又爽又彈牙,點埋甜豉油真係非常好味。小神燈小炒皇+海鮮粉絲雜菜煲呢兩款就比較普通,冇咩特別好評論。菠蘿咕嚕肉咕嚕肉炸得外脆內軟,啲醬甜酸度校得啱啱好,非常開胃。宮廷濃湯豬肚雞雞湯底極之濃郁,濃到有少少偏鹹,但係我好鍾意飲,加埋啲豬肚、雞肉、魚腐都好好味。魚香茄子煲味道唔錯,不過份量有啲少。小神燈一品炒飯超大碟,而且啲料好足,好多蝦仁。

大白鱔好新鮮,咬落去脆、實肉、非常彈牙,有點被驚艷到,好好食!😋

今日適逢母親節前夕~一早已致電訂位留座已經比預約時間早了十分鐘到達~門外已經有好多人等候 問一問先知原來大家都係有致電留位 亦未安排到入座 大家都開始唔耐煩 店員安排亦非常差 不停叫我地等一等 最後我地等左足足45分鐘先安排入座訂位留座里樣野同walk-in 係無分別甚至有啲人數少啲既walk-in 客 比我地更早入座其實已經嬲到分唔出啲野係好食定難食如果店家有用心睇里度既評價 希望好好培訓員工既工作態度同應對態度完全明白而家市道差 生意難做 所以有生意都想接 但如果應付不來 建議一早同客人講 等我地都可以另搵餐廳 而唔係等左足足45分鐘⋯

朋友住係將軍澳,推薦呢間小神燈,話係區內一間唔錯嘅中菜,探朋友後約一班人聚下就選了呢間餐廳。當晚吃了幾個特別菜式,爆膏奶油蝦,椒鹽瀬尿蝦同沙薑焗海花螺,都係近期推薦,當中最愛呢個沙薑焗海花螺,原來可以咁夾,完全無諗過可以咁整,雖然食完有少少覺得鹹,但係我都幾誠意推介呢個咁特別嘅整法。椒鹽瀬尿蝦絕對做得好好,不過瀨尿蝦係比較細隻,如果係斑馬瀨尿蝦嘅話應該會完美,送支啤酒真係最好。爆膏奶油蝦的確幾爆膏,但個奶油有點膩,送飯反而剛剛好好。叫小神燈招牌金沙鬼馬百花釀油條,好多人都大讚。最後加個三絲炒米粉同埋之前喺佐敦神燈食過好好食嘅蒜蓉蒸勝瓜,剛剛好夠飽。炒米粉顯示到呢間餐廳師傅嘅功力都真係唔錯。甜品仲送紅豆沙,同佐敦差唔多,服務係幾好。下次如果再去將軍澳探朋友玩嘅時候,唔一定要再叫到會,喺呢度一班人試多幾個小菜,應該係比到會更加好嘅選擇。
