喜歡食中菜的家人,說想食呢間小神燈新派菜館,我當然要配合啦,即時book埋位待晚上食。好在book左位,進入時已爆曬場☺️。首先點左個例湯,青紅蘿蔔🥕雞腳豬肉湯,湯煲得很夠火候,味道濃郁,放在暖水壺內,唔使怕凍左可以慢慢飲。開胃前菜~椒麻鮮螺片,椒麻味剛好唔會過辣,螺片很爽彈。奇脆脆皮豬手,炸得皮脆到似食緊燒肉咁,肉質不會乾身中間帶些軟筋,美味可口。蟹肉菠菜豆腐盒🦀,豆腐是玉子豆腐,炸後在上鋪了蟹肉同茨汁,加上蟹籽好有口感。上湯香蒜時蔬,菜心翠綠夠正氣,沒有多餘的油份很健康。

餐廳環境打造懷舊氣氛,一入到去仿如置身6,70年代。客人很多,很熱鬧,有少少大排檔感覺。侍應會拿餐前小食,按人數提供,15蚊一份,我見有些客人會退回去。前菜雞腳,味道又幾好。本身想吃黑松露玻璃燒鵝,但已經沒有再推出了,很失望。香蒜蟹肉銀絲鍋,上枱沒有餐牌上的好看,只見粉絲一堆,但吃起來味道不錯。炒飯帶有咸魚味,炒得乾身,沒有甚麼多元化配料,唯有配搭其他餸。豉椒炒鵝腸,三色椒加生洋蔥,我喜歡多配菜,菜肉均衡。黑椒牛柳粒,想不到配菜也是一樣,洋蔥偏生,所以會有少少辣。蟹肉菠菜豆腐盒,這個很普通,也不是好味。幾款食物聚在一起,沒有化學作用。雲耳白合炒勝瓜,雲耳百合比較少椒鹽魷魚鬚,酥炸可口,不錯不錯。總括今次晚飯菜色一般,可能其他餸菜會更吸引。
