📍彩明呢間小神燈新派飯館就咁睇門口都幾多玩味搞作,同平時見到嘅粵菜餐廳好唔同,晚市出咗特價晚餐試一試。一入到去就會有餐前小食,係泰式酸辣鳳爪,已經去晒骨食落都幾開胃。我哋再食埋椒麻鮮螺片($48),螺片都好大塊,底下仲會有青瓜。朋友想食小炒,叫咗份比較少見嘅廚皇炒鵝腸($138)。鵝腸爽口同埋好香豉椒味,仲有三色椒同生洋蔥,而且炒得唔算好油。菠蘿咕嚕肉($98)就正正常常,外皮脆口,入邊嘅肉都唔係好肥,酸酸甜甜係我哋最鍾意食嘅小炒之一!最期待就係糯米炒膏蟹($428),呢個係即叫即整,都等咗差唔多大半個鐘,一上枱就見到原隻膏蟹冚住糯米飯!膏蟹炸完之後更加惹味,旁邊仲會有鉗仔方便我哋食蟹鉗,糯米飯份量都多,如果更加濃味啲加埋少少臘味就好。
