今日去到彩明商場食飯,餐廳係調景嶺站出閘行幾分鐘就到,位置十分方便。餐廳裝修好靚,新派中菜設計,加埋餐廳好多details位都有加啲懷舊風,十分用心。坐底後店員就問飲咩茶同送上餐前小食。我地幾個人叫左啲照牌菜試下糯米炒膏蟹 $428大大隻膏蟹已經切件,但賣相好出色,加上大大煲糯米飯,超抵食。奇趣脆皮豬手 $168豬手好大份,配上幾款汁醬,外皮香脆,肉好香好juicy,但食多幾舊略微油膩。腿茸菜膽雞(半隻) $148雞件嫩滑,而且汁唔會太重口味,雖然只有半隻,不過都大大份,CP值好高。招牌焗魚腸 $108焗魚腸已經買小見小,唔係好多餐廳都有,做到唔腥膻而且有口感又入味好考廚房功夫,餐廳都做到,仲好貼心有胡椒粉提供。甲羅燒蝦多士 (4件)  $128大大隻蝦,爽口彈牙,而食落唔會成口油。老火例湯 $118好有特色嘅茅台樽裝,平凡嘅例湯即刻好有特色,湯渣另上好貼心。啫啫芥蘭煲 $98好有鑊氣,香氣撲鼻,芥蘭又唔會好老。整體黎講,新派中茶館一黎可以吸引年輕一輩去打卡,再次愛上食中菜,二黎懷舊裝修可以比爸爸媽媽一輩再回憶當年,十分有意思。

🦑金沙鬼馬百花釀油條,平時普通嘅油條,我個人就好少食,但今次e個油條超有驚喜,因為入面有我最鐘意嘅墨魚膠😍同佢係有滿滿嘅金沙係上面,食落又香又脆,入口係香香嘅鹹蛋黃味,帶墨魚嘅鮮味🥰仲要一d都唔油膩😋

同女朋友是但搵間正評多嘅食下,晚飯時間唔使等位,兩位直入。坐低就擺低一碟小食,問都無問我哋要唔要,又無話講下碟嘢咩嚟,問返先知原來係$15 碟豬皮,我哋唔想食所以嗌佢拎返走。QR code 落單嗌咗一個皮脆脆皮豬手同一份甲羅燒拼蝦多士,再加個白飯,等咗廿分鐘內就上菜。兩道菜上枱都係勉強暖和,豬手皮係完全唔脆嘅,要啲牙力先咬得開,啲肉質就偏鞋。個蟹蓋就無乜大問題,只係無食到蟹味。蝦多士方面就棘手啲,一咬落去成啖油咇出嚟,撩咗隻蝦食就算數。最後盛惠$404,呢壇嘢當我輸比你openrice,啲人咁都比得落正評我真係頭都大埋。唯一唔係咁差嘅係服務態度。

佢都係用砵仔焗炸,所以表面好脆,而入面嘅蛋又好滑~

連埋啲辟腸嘅陳皮同芫茜🌿,真係好香滑~

我個人反而最喜歡佢呢個腿茸菜膽雞🐔~
個味道係濃咗少少,但真係好香~
個汁非常濃稠,有腿茸香味🍖,又有鹹香味~

估唔到中式菜館都有炸豬手🐷,而且豬皮脆卜卜,效果唔錯😋!
味道調校得好,啲肉就偏乾咗啲,但豬皮真係香脆無油膩感~

因為見到隔離檯啫啫芥蘭煲上檯時非常香,所以我哋都叫咗~

近年開始喜歡吃大排檔,但我又不想坐室外,所以一般都會找室內的(沒有冷氣真活不了)。這家是看到門口被吸引住了,看看菜單選擇挺多,很港式風味,在那個商場裏算比較特別,因為很多都是連鎖的。糯米炒膏蟹其實看到價錢有點郤步,但又很想吃膏蟹,如果是肉蟹,就沒有那個大吸引力了,還好沒有失望。膏還是挺飽滿的,糯米飯不是很淋的那種,但挺有咬口,有一點點飯焦,個人覺得4個人分享比較合適。奇趣脆皮豬手我其實沒有很喜歡吃豬手,但朋友們想試,結果太大一盤,他們吃不完,只好打包。膠質挺重,感覺很多骨膠原。腿蓉菜膽雞原來湯汁是用了金華火腿,感覺有點上海風味。雞肉還是挺滑的,不過這個湯汁放涼了就會凝住,趁熱吃比較好。紅燒野菌豆腐豆腐很滑啊,我覺得豆腐比野菌更好吃啊,這個配飯吃太合適了,因為我喜歡裏面還是很滑的豆腐。青醬手打蝦餅第一次吃到青醬加入蝦餅,挺特別,口感不算很彈牙,但吃得出蝦鮮味,建議下次配點醬汁,雞醬或沙律醬之類的,會更好吃。楊枝甘露正常發揮,感覺淡奶味比較重。這家只能我去找朋友們才能吃,因為離我家有點遠,不過在商場裏,位置不算難找。
