今日去到彩明商場食飯,餐廳係調景嶺站出閘行幾分鐘就到,位置十分方便。餐廳裝修好靚,新派中菜設計,加埋餐廳好多details位都有加啲懷舊風,十分用心。坐底後店員就問飲咩茶同送上餐前小食。我地幾個人叫左啲照牌菜試下糯米炒膏蟹 $428大大隻膏蟹已經切件,但賣相好出色,加上大大煲糯米飯,超抵食。奇趣脆皮豬手 $168豬手好大份,配上幾款汁醬,外皮香脆,肉好香好juicy,但食多幾舊略微油膩。腿茸菜膽雞(半隻) $148雞件嫩滑,而且汁唔會太重口味,雖然只有半隻,不過都大大份,CP值好高。招牌焗魚腸 $108焗魚腸已經買小見小,唔係好多餐廳都有,做到唔腥膻而且有口感又入味好考廚房功夫,餐廳都做到,仲好貼心有胡椒粉提供。甲羅燒蝦多士 (4件) $128大大隻蝦,爽口彈牙,而食落唔會成口油。老火例湯 $118好有特色嘅茅台樽裝,平凡嘅例湯即刻好有特色,湯渣另上好貼心。啫啫芥蘭煲 $98好有鑊氣,香氣撲鼻,芥蘭又唔會好老。整體黎講,新派中茶館一黎可以吸引年輕一輩去打卡,再次愛上食中菜,二黎懷舊裝修可以比爸爸媽媽一輩再回憶當年,十分有意思。

整體黎講,新派中茶館一黎可以吸引年輕一輩去打卡,再次愛上食中菜,二黎懷舊裝修可以比爸爸媽媽一輩再回憶當年,十分有意思。
