而我今次食既下午茶除了比錯左麵,無得試佢個米線外,個湯的胡椒味極重,影響口感.較為可惜.

熱奶茶應該唔係佢地強項,我飲咗一半已經飲不下去,完全唔似奶茶,只喝到很澀很澀的味道.

除了韮菜餃,他們也有椰菜餃供選擇的。雖然米線和胡椒湯依然好吃,但椰菜餃的味道就不太合自己的口味了,整隻餃子只有肉味,吃到第三四隻已有點膩了。

,最重要的就是客人少一點食物不用等那麼久,服務員也沒有那麼忟憎。記得有次因為和同事一起吃飯而提早在一點左右入座,負責執枱的姐姐們勞氣得很又不替我們清理枱面,而落單的侍應又搞錯配料和「老點」我們沒有米線而要我們改點「出前一丁」,試問誰會到這裏吃「小鍋出前一丁」呢?
其後要我們問起有沒有紅薯粉才讓我們換作紅薯粉;而埋單時更發現鄰桌剛入座不久的客人竟在吃「米線」! 都不知道是不是那時多煮了幾碗出前一丁想我們「硬食」?

日後還是會繼續光顧的,不過一定會等到兩點後

11年1月11日(星期二)中午,我如常地去找女友吃午飯,本想在女友公司樓下的商場內隨意找間餐廳,不過我始終改不了“剛剛好”的陋習,來到商場時大部份餐廳已經出現人龍,惟有出外另覓地方。和女友一起走出商場,最近又最多食肆的地方便是這條街,雖然見到街道上的大牌檔已重開,畢竟是日天氣很冷,坐在大街上吃始終有點不好,所以就選擇了這裡,因為地鋪的阿姐不斷地叫客人上一樓,而事實上到一樓也如地鋪般人多,撘檯是在所難免的。天氣冷的時候吃一碗熱燙的粉麵是最好不過,所以我和女友分別點了酸辣冬菇滑牛紅薯粉和豬軟骨米線。基本上,無論是哪一種,用的都是那淡得似有若無的豬骨湯底,尚幸沒有味精,應該可以收貨;女友的豬軟骨米線很簡單,除了豬軟骨、米線、蔥和花生外,其餘甚麼也沒有,奈何豬軟骨未夠軟,肉質亦有點實,比“味精拉麵”的還差,米線則沒甚麼特別;我的酸辣冬菇滑牛紅薯粉也是相若,因為是酸辣的關係,多了點不太酸的酸菜,再加上要小辣,所以辣味真的很小,而且滑牛一點也不滑,甚至很結實,冬菇亦象徵式有兩片,就算紅薯粉夠爽滑,亦難以彌補這碗粉的不足。餐飲是熱咖啡和熱奶茶各一杯,奶茶的味道較咖啡濃,相信兩者都加了不少淡奶,所以口

十一月二日 (星期二)老公仔前幾天剛和同事來過,經覺已很久沒有和我來過小雨天說笑的,是近來都沒有什麼時候下雨,令到我們沒有想起它罷今天決定"回來"老公仔吃了咖喱牛腩飯飯和咖喱薯仔都具水準唯獨牛腩今次似乎欠了點質感,太稔了記得以前吃咖哩雞時,那些雞肉是很嫩滑的我的雲吞豬腸紅薯粉也只是普通雲吞的餡料不多,肉料也不新鮮只於紅薯粉則能保持水準,很有嚼勁究竟是它退步了,還是我們的口味轉了??

自從知道小雨天中環分店之後,變了我晚上的飯堂了雲南過橋米線可以搭配多款配料,個人喜愛選雲吞,魚蛋或者大腸,不過重要的不是配料而是其豬骨湯底,帶一點點的胡椒非常開胃豬軟骨湯飯經常order的其中一款食物,一窩骨湯浸豬軟骨,再附上一大碗米飯湯底跟雲南過橋米線的湯底一樣,豬軟骨有咬口,惜不夠稔要在中環區收工時間找一間舒適的食店,小雨天的確最好不過

可以搭配多款配料,
個人喜愛選雲吞,魚蛋或者大腸,

唔睇openrice都唔知,中環開左喱D鋪頭,鍾意左食少辣既我,當然要黎捧場喇!不過D人就話少辣都好辣,唯有試唔辣算。1。雲吞腐竹紅著粉(唔辣):菜肉雲吞無咩特別,又唔似水餃,又唔似雲吞。紅著粉貌似肥左少少既粉絲,煙靭容易入口。反而D花生,酸菜仲好似好食D。2。蠔仔肉碎泡飯:粉就真係好多喇,但我嫌佢唔夠鮮味,湯底都頗鹹。

二月二十六日 (星期五)老公仔的背傷仍未十足痊癒不過見昨天運動後沒有不良反應,而且還有兩天時間休息,決定參賽今日lunch就在附近吃吧,因為之後到馬拉松買體育用品選擇吃小雨天在樓上會比較舒服而且有二人檯,近門口的一張我點了酸辣紅薯粉+雲吞要小辣,飲百香果綠茶老公仔點了豬軟骨飯餐,凍檸茶豬軟骨似是一個湯的,所以是湯飯,湯味道清不錯酸辣紅薯粉+雲吞,雲吞只有三隻,味道一般,皮比較厚

豬軟骨似是一個湯的,所以是湯飯,湯味道清不錯

做完facial周圍搵野食,記得係openrice見過小下天既食評都唔錯,就去試下。2點幾去到,下午茶叫野食就有冷熱飲品送,叫了紅薯粉,加多3個料,符竹、豆卜同大腸。$5一個餸其實都幾貴,因為份量好小。不過個粉同湯底都ok,d服務都唔錯,我見d waitress都好照顧d老人家。食左$37,係中環算係咁喇,下次唔好叫咁多餸感覺上就會平d不過要留意,收錢既時候個老闆想收埋我飲品錢,要我提佢係免費先唔收
