今日天氣凍返想食啲辣嘢暖下身,刺激下,呢間係灣仔比較隱蔽嘅川菜館,感覺幾唔錯,係Bakehouse附近。《老壇酸菜魚》$238由於我哋兩個人所以嗌咗個細分,同埋辣度方面我哋揀咗小辣,呢個酸菜魚比較近似香港人口味,個人好鐘意,夠酸,魚片又滑又爽脆,分量好多,無論係酸菜薯粉同埋其他配料都比好多,如果下次有機會再食一定會大大份,因為啲魚好食到唔夠食🤣《樂山辣子雞》$138好耐冇食過辣子雞,呢度嘅辣子雞炸得啱啱好,唔會好乾,食落都仲有肉汁,而且辣度啱啱好,份量亦都好足,少少麻,好過癮好開胃。《麻辣菇菌牛柳粒》$178川菜館唔係成日有麻辣牛柳粒食,呢個牛柳粒做得幾出色,首先入味,如果送飯真係一流,牛柳粒好林,一啲都唔韌,同菇菌mix埋仲有菇香,好好味。 總括嚟講試咗幾個菜式味道都十分不錯,如果經開灣仔呢一頭靜靜地食餐飯呢間都係個唔錯嘅選擇。
