喺拉麵上枱之後,店員會淋上一圈自家製嘅蝦油增加拉麵嘅蝦香味,令成碗拉麵提鮮不少😋

首先講講湯底,食得出佢嘅湯底用咗好多哈利淆制,非常濃郁,值得讚👍🏻不過我哋兩個都嗌咗正常嘅蔥同蒜,但係成碗湯除咗蝦味之外都有好濃烈嘅蔥蒜味,就算我哋兩個都係蔥蒜愛好者都覺得有少少喧賓奪主嘅感覺😅

拉麵就明顯係由其他地方攞貨,冇乜特別🤔

至於蝦嚟講總體都係新鮮嘅,而且蝦身同蝦尾嘅蝦殼,都剝得10分乾淨,誠意可嘉👍🏻

呢間蝦麵店建議未嚟食過嘅朋友都可以過嚟一試,至於我哋就未必會試第二次🙈因為我心目中第一位嘅蝦拉麵,始終係台中嘅” 無魚”1️⃣

「幕多」前名係「植幕宵」,因為轉了更大既舖位,並改名以「幕多」再係拉麵界繼續打併醬油蝦濃湯拉麵🦐每煲湯需要炒20斤蝦殼,再加入蝦肉打至順滑,熬湯時間大概一個鐘,但剝蝦同炒蝦殼先係最花時間,可見個蝦湯底真係真材實料同絕不馬虎湯底味道帶甜,鮮味好出,蝦味濃郁得黎唔會話好咸同好口渴個種兩隻蝦用上醬油、青辣椒 & 指天椒等等既材料做成汁,再浸醃最少一日,我係食到濃濃既醬香味,最正係兩隻蝦都已剝殼,非常體貼☺️上麵時仲會淋上自家提煉蝦油,整碗都係充斥住蝦既味道地方雖然唔算大,但坐得自在舒服,貌似簡單既一碗拉麵,但背後老闆其實係花左好多心機製作,用呢碗有著本地味道既拉麵繼續係拉麵界發光發亮

🦖可能係全香港最好食嘅蝦湯拉麵🦐一間餐廳唔需要太多選擇,只需要用心做好一款產品就會成功呢間「幕多拉麵」,我覺得應該係全香港最好食嘅蝦湯拉麵🍜✨醬油蝦湯拉麵($118)湯底用蝦殼熬煮,加入打碎嘅蝦肉櫻花蝦湯底超級濃郁鮮味,唔會過鹹第一次飲到咁濃郁嘅蝦湯,好飲到飲曬🤤上枱之後,會淋上少少蝦油,令到成個湯底味道更加豐富~蝦肉彈牙爽口,新鮮嘅‼️ 而且已經剝左殼,有淡淡的玫瑰酒味有得揀拉麵或刀削麵特登揀咗少有嘅刀削麵,面質彈牙,夠掛湯同場仲有蠔面🦪同鮑魚面,聽講都好出色,有機會再試吓😼店舖紅色外牆好吸引,內有10幾個位,所以食飯時間好多時都要排隊👍🏻🦖幕多 📍尖沙咀漆咸圍1-3號多福大廈地下A號舖

呢間「幕多拉麵」,我覺得應該係全香港最好食嘅蝦湯拉麵🍜

✨醬油蝦湯拉麵($118)
湯底用蝦殼熬煮,加入打碎嘅蝦肉櫻花蝦
湯底超級濃郁鮮味,唔會過鹹
第一次飲到咁濃郁嘅蝦湯,好飲到飲曬🤤
上枱之後,會淋上少少蝦油,令到成個湯底味道更加豐富~
蝦肉彈牙爽口,新鮮嘅‼️ 而且已經剝左殼,有淡淡的玫瑰酒味

有得揀拉麵或刀削麵
特登揀咗少有嘅刀削麵,面質彈牙,夠掛湯
同場仲有蠔面🦪同鮑魚面,聽講都好出色,有機會再試吓😼

店舖紅色外牆好吸引,內有10幾個位,所以食飯時間好多時都要排隊👍🏻
