Cart noodle orders are done on a piece of paper that you fill out at the table. It's in Chinese, but there is a laminated English menu that you can use to help translate. It's pretty clear - choose your noodle, choose how many toppings you want, select the toppings and then a drink. They also have a Vietnamese cold vermicelli menu, which is an interesting addition to the regular cart noodle selection.

I order rice noodles with chinese chive dumplings, cuttlefish balls and seasonal vegetables in a chicken soup with chilli. It comes with a cold soy bean drink for $37. Good value.

The noodles are the super thin rice noodles, and are cooked to retain their delicate form. The dumplings are fat, juicy and flavourful. The cuttlefish balls are good quality and bouncy. The seasonal vegetable is lettuce today, lightly blanched. The soup is a pretty standard chicken broth, and it is topped with a dab of chilli sauce, and some preserved vegetables in a spoon.

The soy bean drink tasted a bit stale, so I didn't finish it.

Overall, it is a pretty ordinary bowl of noodles, but this is fine if you just want a simple, no-fuss, and perhaps most importantly, FAST meal on the go.

由於我擔心「康和懷舊車仔麵」外賣盒的保溫能力,未必能夠支撐我的三餸車仔麵食品,直到返回西貢墟為止,所以我選擇在離開將軍澳「坑口港鐵站」之後,乘車返回西貢之前,在將軍澳儘快食完車仔麵。

「康和懷舊車仔麵」三餸麵的湯底,色澤表面上看似是甜味牛肉腩汁,但是實際上其實是加入辣汁醬料的辣味湯底,湯底味道感覺真的很辣,需要立刻喝甜味豆漿止辣。

就連作為「康和懷舊車仔麵」三餸車仔麵餸菜裡面的「蘿蔔」,也都完全吸收了所有辣味跟牛肉味道,「蘿蔔」變得口感軟腍之外,還有濃厚的湯底辣味。

而且「康和懷舊車仔麵」裡面的「蘿蔔」,「蘿蔔」裡面完全沒有夾雜妨礙咀嚼的筋,讓我很容易,很快就可以咀嚼完所有的「蘿蔔」。

至於「康和懷舊車仔麵」裡面的「牛腩」,「牛腩」雖然跟「牛筋」已經完全被分開,但是「牛腩」表面仍然連着部分筋膜,所以「牛腩」口感煮到很軟腍的同時,還有比較難嚼爛的筋膜,延長我的咀嚼牛腩所需時間。

而且車仔麵湯底裡面的辣味,也令到牛腩的實際味道變得很辣,所以令我實際上咀嚼牛腩和車仔麵需要的時間,也在不知不覺的情況下被延長了。

講句很老實的說話,我享用「康和懷舊車仔麵」裡面,沒有一拼選擇牛腩跟牛筋,所以牛腩浸完高溫辣味湯底之後,肉質始終還是偏向比較瘦。

所以「康和懷舊車仔麵」裡面的牛腩,牛腩浸泡完熱辣味湯底一段時間之後,口感就由軟腍開始逐漸變硬,需要趁早儘快食完所有的牛腩,否則牛腩口感變硬的話就不好食了。

至於「康和懷舊車仔麵」裡面的「鹵水雞翼」,雞翼實際製成品的外表看似偏向比較瘦,但是實際上雞翼裡面的肉質煮到不算非常熟。

所以雞翼的實際口感,雞翼外層的雞皮口感都得比較硬,而且完全吸收了辣味湯底,雞皮味道也都變得非常辣。至於「鹵水雞翼」裡面的雞肉味道,就跟雞皮很不一樣了。

「鹵水雞翼」裡面的雞肉還未完全浸泡辣味湯底,所以「鹵水雞翼」肉質口感仍然能夠有嫩滑感覺的同時,卻換來「鹵水雞翼」雞肉味道未完全吸收辣味的結局。

可惜「康和懷舊車仔麵」始終是港式車仔麵店,沒有另外提供售賣白飯,所以令我未找到有白飯和享用到白飯,令晚餐整體感覺稍為有少許瑕疵和遺憾。

不過「康和懷舊車仔麵」外賣自取三餸車仔麵的實際價錢頗為便宜,還有杯裝豆漿飲品附送,令我總算食到我平日需要的晚餐內容,安心坐小巴返回西貢了。

黎到佐敦行行下街肚餓,見到寫住懷舊車仔麵就入黎試下,叫左三餸一麵加飲品既套餐,叫左蘿白貢丸豆卜河同紅腸豬皮蘿蔔幼麵加腩汁。豆卜都幾入味,蘿蔔可以再入味d同有少少渣,貢丸好味,湯底調較得吾錯。總括而言,肚餓既話可以入黎一試,三餸一麵配豆漿既話都只係30蚊,香港地黎講價錢都算合理

師傅今晚食得唔係好飽,想搵啲宵夜黎食,返到去自己環頭又唔知有乜好食,左諗右諗一支公都係食車仔麵啦,於是乎就揀咗呢一間食店。老老實實呢間食店師傅之前都黎過幾次,不過都係覺得麻麻地,咁點解都仲要黎食? 咪就係因為想寫番篇食評,認認真真咁品評一下。入到去人多,完全冇人招呼,師傅唔記得究竟係用咩方法去柯打食物,所以就行埋去,跟住就叫嘢食,先揀麵底,睇睇下又見到米線,其實真係好少食車仔麵係食米線,不過難得有就試下啦,之後就揀餸,分別係豬紅,豬皮,豬腸,魚蛋同埋牛柏葉五個餸加辣,落完單跟住比埋錢,就攞返返埋位,然後開餐。一坐低先發現原來係有紙張可以劃嘢食,師傅蠢左冇辦法啦,鬼叫自己少黎咩? 一如以往先試下個湯底,湯底入口超油,味道唔算特別吸引,應該係師傅食過咁多個湯底之中最油嘅一個,完全唔掂,好差。再試下豬紅,豬紅一粒粒,四四方方,入口都幾滑,但滷得唔入味,味道唔算好得,正常!豬皮就非常之大獲,全部腍到癲,腍過腍柿,入口完全唔得,豬皮應有嘅爽口冇,加上唔入味,係師傅近期食過最差嘅豬皮,失敗。至於豬腸,豬腸都屬於偏肥,但唔算炆得唔腍,好韌口,要用好多力去先至可以吞到,普通貨色。牛柏葉都係即叫即灼嗰

,好差。再試下豬紅,豬紅一粒粒,四四方方,入口都幾滑,但滷得唔入味,味道唔算好得,正常!

豬皮就非常之大獲,全部腍到癲,腍過腍柿,入口完全唔得,豬皮應有嘅爽口冇,加上唔入味,係師傅近期食過最差嘅豬皮
,失敗。至於豬腸,豬腸都屬於偏肥,但唔算炆得唔腍,好韌口,要用好多力去先至可以吞到,普通貨色。牛柏葉都係即叫即灼嗰隻,冇乜味道,入口算爽口,但係未算最爽,始終都係帶少少硬嗰種口感,未算最好食,不過比起之前嗰三度餸已經稍為好。最後係魚蛋,魚蛋都幾香,咬口味道都唔錯,呢個反而係師傅覺得咁多個餸最好
。米線就不過不失,加上煮得比較腍,冇咗米線應有嘅口感,麻麻地。

總括嚟講食物水準都可以用唔合格黎形容,淨係試個湯底都估到佢得唔得,環境算乾淨光猛,價錢亦都唔算話好平,五個餸一個麵底,埋單52蚊仲要冇嘢飲,明明有杯豆漿送,結果冇因為沽清,如果要嘢飲就要加三蚊轉熱飲,加八蚊轉凍飲。師傅當然冇比嗰幾蚊雞啦。老實講同區真係冇乜有幾多間車仔麵,雖然係咁但係師傅再黎機會不大,今次要喊一喊啦。

事緣今日同男朋友兩個食lunch去到車仔麵坐低畫好紙等左耐來阿姐都冇理我地!眼見入面唔算話好多人,車仔麵單搞到亂晒!其他枱客都等到好鼓燥!一杯凍檸茶走甜問咗我哋三次飲咩都仲未出到,其他食客一樣情況!而且樓面阿姐態度極為惡劣,等左差唔多接近20分鐘先黎左一杯豆漿飲到一半阿姐話好多人,叫我地坐埋啲,然後另外一個姐行過嚟成隻手指差入我哋杯豆漿入面想收咗佢咁滯,其實所有食物已經話晒係張紙到,但係佢哋又唔睇單。已煮野既男人因為人手不足走埋出嚟收錢寫好單之後寫張單飛落我張枱,極為冇禮貌今時今日咁嘅服務態度真係極之差!等左半個鐘最後食物終於嚟齊,阿姐話我地兩錯左佢四個位,但佢張枱只能夠坐三個人!最後我哋食都冇食就咁俾錢買單走咗!呢啲咁嘅車仔麵,送俾我都唔食! 唔係食評唔比講粗口我諗下刪一萬字

寫好單之後寫張單飛落我張枱,極為冇禮貌
今時今日咁嘅服務態度真係極之差!
等左半個鐘最後食物終於嚟齊,阿姐話我地兩錯左佢四個位,但佢張枱只能夠坐三個人!
最後我哋食都冇食就咁俾錢買單走咗!
呢啲咁嘅車仔麵,送俾我都唔食! 唔係食評唔比講粗口我諗下刪一萬字

成日都幫襯。一向覺得好食。。。之前4x元食到現在減價3送只是30元。。。今晚真心覺得好委屈。。我哋兩個人去食叫咗兩碗。。我老公係叫四個餸。。生菜。酸齋。牛筋腩。豬皮就$42。。我自己就要瑞士汁雞翼。冬菇。貢丸。。三個餸就30。。平時嗰個cap帽哥哥仔喺度就好少搞錯。。今日唔喺度佢就寫錯單。。收我一個42同埋40。。咁我就梗係同佢講我嗰個係3送應該30啦。。點知佢覺得我呃佢。。話我已經食晒點跟進?。仲話我應該未食完發現錯就要同佢講。死都唔覺得自己錯。。請問唔到俾錢💰💰有時都未必發現錯啦。。咁都怪個客。。最衰係屈我有叫菜底(我絕對冇)。。其實果兩條菜係我老公share比我。。其實最好就即時收錢先。。一係就好似附近零一間車仔麵咁電腦單列明叫咗咩餸唔使坳。。
