麵質亦非常彈牙而且掛湯,有小麥麵同柚子麵選擇,慢煮雞胸配搭既特製柚子醬,製造出完全唔同既感覺。

It's tori patan chicken-based ramen which is definitely my favorite!

High quality and delicious and with the tender pure chicken hmmm completely without other additives.

The soup base is also very rich, with the savory flavor of chicken. Absolutely delicious!

Both chicken and pork shoulder were served sous vide, which guests may put inside the boiling hot broth of they prefer the meat to be well-done. Soft and tender chicken. Perfectly flavored pork shoulder. The ajitama was marinated just right with a balanced sweetness and umami.

作為雞湯拉麵控,我對這次的用餐體驗感到滿意。🫶🫶🏆佢地既 特濃雞白湯雞,湯底濃郁香醇,雞肉軟嫩多汁,在細細品嘗之下,湯頭的雞汁味道極為濃郁,入口即化的雞肉更是增加了整體的滿足感。湯頭打成泡沫非常之有特色,入口好Creamy❤️麵條QQ有咬勁,叉燒肉軟嫩多汁,肉質甘香味美。與特濃雞白湯完美搭配,一口麵、一口湯,別有一番滋味。同時也有一顆溏心蛋,蛋黃流淌在濃郁的雞湯中,為這道拉麵增添了更多層次的滋味。

HKU MTR附近低調又很有人氣的日本拉麵店,全場只售雞白湯拉麵,看得出店主對食物質素的信心,平日Dinner Time也有9成滿座。本身對雞白湯拉麵沒有特別的喜好,追上潮流嚐嚐無妨,但這次過後的確對它加分不少,威脅到心中傳統豚骨拉麵的地位!特濃雞白湯豚肉叉拉麵 | 小麥麵 $85特濃雞白湯雞豚叉燒拉麵 | 柚子麵 $90日本高壓技術全雞白湯,沒有太多調味,都是以雞的鮮甜為主,還有吃得出骨膠原的膠質感。本身吃拉麵沒有清光湯底的習慣,但這個雞白湯底味道很中口味,喝光也不會覺得太鹹和油膩,加分不少!自家製麵底,硬度適中,Original小麥麵帶有細膩的小麥香。喜歡特別或清新口味的,可以選擇柚子麵。柚子味道意料之外的突出,加上日本芥末的點綴,沒想到是如此天作之合,100%和諧美味,甚有驚喜。同樣是自家製的慢煮雞肉帶點醬油的香味,雪白又嫩滑。叉燒採用豬肩肉,薄切而不先口感,肥瘦適中,加上雞白湯的膠質感,覺得份外融合。不得不提糖心蛋也非常出色,橘黃色的流心蛋黃吸睛又有蛋香,讓人不想浪費任何一滴蛋汁。
