店舖由兩人運行,一個煮、一個落單上菜收銀,所以等候時間偏耐
趕時間未必適合,不過慢工出細貨,我覺得值得等🫶🏻
性價比唔錯,中環食碗連鎖店雞白湯拉麵要$120,呢度唔使$100 (無加一)
完全係HKU學生福利😌作為本土HKU人一定要畢業前食過「彩」拉麵~

大概是最近新推出的菜餚, 由於要確保食材新鮮, 店鋪沒有買入太多貨, 所以數限有限, 剛好我點了最後一碗 😆雙頭湯底, 雞白湯外加入鯉魚湯和櫻花蝦, 湯底含非常濃厚的海鮮味, 口感上淨雞白湯相對滑, 朋友覺得有點腥, 出名對腥味, 泥味跟海水味敏感的我卻感受不到 🫢 蜆肉十分鮮甜, 另外還有兩隻很迷你的廣島蠔, 喜歡與否全建基於你是否喜歡吃海鮮 🙂

先講講“W雙湯頭”,湯頭由雞白湯、櫻花蝦、鏗魚熬煮,鹹香的海鮮味中帶有淡淡雞湯味,味道層次較複雜,廣島蠔和蜆肉各有兩隻,鮮味十足。豚肉叉燒大大片,非常嫩滑,入口難忘。

最近發掘了一間人氣高企的隱世拉麵小店——位於香港大學站的彩麵。

當時,小編與友人於附近尋找晚餐好去處,走進這條橫街小巷時,所有店鋪都冷冷清清,唯獨這間拉麵店人龍長長。出於好奇,我們決定一試究竟。

結果排了大約15分鐘便可入座。

據店員所說,餐廳的麵條由自家日本師傅每天新鮮製作,並提供兩款選擇:小麥麵和柚子麵,還可以選擇麵條的硬度,這相當用心。
