好耐都無聽過有餐廳係主打潮洲菜式,行過路過見到有間餐廳,個名叫心夜來潮,心諗一定係食潮洲野,就行上去試下,上左兩層樓梯,一開門,嘩,餐廳設計好靚,木既枱櫈,好道道既感覺, 靚👍🏻👍🏻坐底之後,店員就比餐牌我地,重介紹有咩好食。佢地比我既感覺係做新派潮洲野食,將潮洲菜既做法加入去廣東什至其他菜式入面,好有創意。諗左一陣,我決定叫3個餸,一品煲,潮式炒通菜 同埋 甜蝦。等左一陣就上菜了,上菜速度都吾錯。一品煲入面,有花膠,鮑魚仔重有螺肉,口感一流。鮑魚仔好好味,一啖一隻,又吾會好硬。加埋佢地個汁,所以配料都好好食。而且底部重有啲生菜,吸晒啲汁,非常惹味👍🏻炒通菜方面,佢地炒得恰到好處,吾會炒到啲菜黃晒,咬落去重係爽口嫁😍 味道都吾錯,蝦米勁香, 值得一試。第三道菜就係醃甜蝦刺身,好有創意👍🏻👍🏻 甜蝦食落口感爽甜,有少少酒味,將刺身既味道帶到另一層次👍🏻最後點少得個炒飯,炒飯裡面有冬菇,蝦米,炒得好香好好味,又夠乾身如果大家想更滿足既話,可以叫埋佢地既海鮮粥,但由於我地太飽既關係,所以無叫到,下次一定要再去食個海鮮粥。

今晩是星期日,我和寶寶來到旺角吃潮洲菜。心夜來潮在這區也有點名氣,所以早早到來到。幸好7時入座未算多人。菜式也有不少,想吃鑊氣重的或是偏清淡的也有選擇。本來想試藥膳雞湯,但可惜當日不提供。想喝雞湯的我倆唯有點了足料胡椒豬肚雞煲 ($268),材料不吝嗇,份量也不少。湯底有濃郁鮮雞和豬肚味,確是不錯。沙白蒸水蛋 ($68)有家常小菜的感覺。蒸水蛋很滑漏,拌飯吃一流。沙白無沙,在水蛋裡帶岀鮮甜味,但如果沙白份量來一點便會更好。我們每餐也要點份蔬菜,這個方魚炒芥蘭 ($68)很有鑊氣,芥蘭爽口新鮮。

老公跟同事來過這店吃宵夜於是就帶我來試試~晚上7時多的晚飯時間好旺場..差不多滿座!選了潮汕砂鍋粥,小鍋$200起,大鍋$360起就是按配料的價錢砌夠數~海鮮的選擇都多!我們就要了膏蟹($120/隻)及兩份花甲王($60/份)另外還叫了一份醬鹵六小碟醬鹵六小碟,潮州鹵味,有豬耳仔﹑豬腩肉﹑豬大腸﹑豬脷﹑紅腸及豆腐共六款附兩款醬料,有白醋和辣椒油雖然擺盤一般,但鹵水夠入味又不會太鹹,豆腐都夠味又滑溜!豬耳仔爽口﹑豬大腸乾淨無羶味﹑豬脷夠軟稔又帶點咬口!腩肉及紅腸普通~潮汕砂鍋粥,小鍋都夠大鍋!膏蟹鮮甜,但膏不算多~花甲的size算是適中,兩份的份量剛好夠我們二人吃~除了海鮮外,還有冬菜﹑芹菜粒﹑蔥等用來吊味!整鍋粥不算特別鮮甜濃味,味道算是過得去~但質感較為水漾,略稀一點,不夠綿密!食物質素算是ok但服務態度略差一點加水要叫了幾次才有...然後後方的客人用膳離座後,有侍應執枱都執到發晦氣一樣的踢櫈態度不敢恭維!座位有點擠,坐得不算好舒服應該不會再主動來光顧吧~這樣的價錢也可選些較平民化的潮州打冷~

第一次來到這間餐廳,這次我真的大開眼界,除了座位非常擠迫,與其他客人背貼背外,這間餐廳的服務員煩厭的程度是滿分。今晚我點了貝類的火鍋,要知道炭爐再加上滾又燙的湯是存在一定的危險,他提供了一個器皿向我們再三叮囑,提醒我們那些貝類的殻必須放在這個器皿內,然而這個器皿卻放在炭爐之後方,換而言之,在最左下角的我必須越過這個又滾又燙的湯窩及炭爐才可以將殼掉進這個器皿內,除了是費時失事愛及多此一舉外,我覺得絕對是危險的。於是我提議服務員多給我一個器皿盛放大蜆的殼,萬萬想不到這個店員竟然告訴我每張枱只能有一個放殼的器皿,我真的百思不得其解,亦從未見過一間餐廳會要求客人必須將所有殼放在器皿內,一而再再二三提醒我不要將殼放在枱上。(其實我還未開始食!)在這裏用膳的感覺非常差,我覺得自己像一個囚犯多過一個客人。而且,明明這間餐廳有一半以上的空枱,而我用膳的時間只是數十分鐘,這個店員竟然不停地在你旁邊望着你,縱然食物未食完,仍不斷重複問你收不收?目的只是希望你盡快結帳埋單,這真的十分可笑!沒想過吃一頓晚餐是如此的糟透了,我實在無福消受,亦吃下一肚氣。在這個晚上只有人客數張枱,這餐廳必須要好好檢討一下自己的服
