鵝件 - 店員話呢款超得喎, 點知係另一個大騙局呢......碟上每一件鵝件都咬唔開, 而且墊底既豆腐根本就無同d鵝一齊浸煮過, 又係2樣野分開煮, 有客人叫上枱時咪將2樣野撈埋一齊囉. 

呢2XX個讚真係奇蹟, 可能只係我地唔識欣賞卦.

約左啲朋友出去行下街同食野咁我地就去左食食間打冷喇因為我朋友食過佢話依間都唔錯喇咁就要試下喇環境係啲中式嘅感覺都算坐得幾ok由於佢都好多野食得都睇左好耐最後就決定左依以下個幾樣酸菜鮮甜白蜆湯成碗湯幾鮮甜啲蜆嘅量都幾多下粒粒都新鮮如果唔新鮮就會破壞哂成碗湯嘅味道但酸菜味反而唔多覺佢有喇可能啲酸菜係後加嘅 所以酸菜味較少石板燒汁茄子上菜個陣熱辣辣勁香仲要睇到啲汁係個鐵板仲滾緊平時少食茄子嘅我都覺得依個好好食每一舊茄子都包滿哂啲醬汁嘅味道好夾香得黎有好微嘅辣 令到你食指大開加碗飯食得諗仲更加惹味呀饅頭都有得炒?見到個名好特別就想試下喇原來係炸過嘅饅頭炒啲椒成件事都幾特別食落都幾新奇個饅頭脆得黎都吸左少少小炒嘅醬汁令到個饅頭特別左由一個平平冇奇嘅饅頭加添左色彩潮汕砂鍋粥咁依個粥係自選唔同嘅配料嘅咁就叫左個膏蟹 蠔仔 蟶子王 成碗粥好鮮可能係全部都叫哂海鮮令到成煲粥都好鮮甜啲粥好綿個份量都好大下啲配料煮左落煲粥到好似搵唔返咁但整落個細碗到啲料又明顯啲見到可能係碗嘅大小問題喇炒通菜我就覺得同平時人地食開打冷個啲差唔多冇咩太大嘅分別

🥢心夜來潮🥢清湯牛腩煲($188)呢個牛腩煲幾有驚喜,個湯好惹味夠鮮甜,牛腩唔會煮到好老又幾有口感幾入味,而且份量好多,我地三個人食都食唔曬。金黃雞油豆苗($78)呢碟豆苗賣相唔係特別吸引,不過其實幾好食,好快就比我地三個人清曬。豆苗加咗雞油去炒,所以好香口,而且唔會覺得油膩,又炒得幾乾身,值得一試!醬鹵鵝片($140)鵝片煮得幾淋,而且鹵得幾入味。佢個鹵水汁亦都幾香唔會太濃味。黃金一口炸饅頭($38/9個)雖然冇影到相,不過呢個炸饅頭真係值得推薦。炸到外脆內軟,加埋煉奶好好食。而且$38有9個真係幾抵。-👅味道:8.5/10🧘🏻‍♂舒適度:7/10💸性價比:8/10👀回頭率:8/10

呢個牛腩煲幾有驚喜,個湯好惹味夠鮮甜,牛腩唔會煮到好老又幾有口感幾入味,而且份量好多,我地三個人食都食唔曬。

呢道菜要等20-30分鐘嫁,但等係值得嘅!蒸雞要蒸得好食,首要嘅野一定係要有一隻嫩雞,而放係傳熱快GE銅盤斬件蒸隔水,雞唔單止快熟,而且傳熱均勻D,唔會搞到D雞一D熟一D仲係生。呢道菜上檯時飄黎陣陣嘅酒香味,見到D雞全部都油油亮亮,就Feel 到佢好好食。呢度雞整得實在出色,用左雲耳、紅棗、杞子、冬菇、薑、蔥等材料去煮,再搭配少少D蠔油、糖、醬油去蒸,出到黎雞火喉剛好,雞件非常嫩滑入味,而最耐人尋味GE係雞食起黎時有陣陣GE紅棗、杞子GE甜味。

雞油豆苗
雖然用雞油去炒菜唔係幾健康,但難得一餐半餐,就無咩所謂啦,用雞油清炒出黎GE豆苗更加香滑,而豆苗本身新鮮鮮甜,就咁快炒,就已經好好食,再加少少鹽去吊吊味,簡單而Perfect!

潮洲麵線線兜亂
呢個菜令我諗起新年嘅時候,有道菜叫做撈得起。果麵個口感都幾特別,有D似米粉,又有D似鼓油皇炒麵嘅個款麵底,幾鐘意呢個口感。用左魷魚、冬菇、椰菜、豆芽等等炒,個麵用左些少醬油去炒得姐,大廚炒法了得,個麵炒得好乾身同好有鑊氣,但食起黎又唔算會好油膩,好食。份量對2個人黎講有D多,XD我諗對大棚人黎講,應該係份量好足,性價比好高。

這裏的工作人員是很有heart的,但第一次幫襯的經驗就有些不稱心!首先是營業時間,我開頭還以為openrice 的資料錯誤,及後才發覺該店是白紙黑字寫明下午五點營業的,不過據悉出品要到1745後才開始,行了兩層樓梯特意幫襯,換來閉門羹,感覺不太好!不過比隣同系牛肉店的工作人員主動出來說項,解釋原委,氣也沒用,惟有轉頭,到開店時再行多次,算是開胃運動。到了店,叫了胡椒豬肚湯,檸檬魚,蠔咯、炒豆曲,每一個出品都有水準!惟獨是蠔咯是沒蠔,後來據稱有四隻左右,最後轉達店家,店員也立即入廚房更換,味道頗佳。此外,叫了一枝1664,還是漏單!店員在提點後也很快補回。這裏出品沒有好吐嘈的地方,祇不過是每個小節都像出了點問題,可能店員都疲憊了!這裏有很多選擇,醃海鮮有蟹、有蝦、有龍蝦、林林種種,相信下次會有更佳的經歷!還有,原來七點前結賬是七五折的(酒水除外),就更加抵食了!發覺這裡滿滿是年輕人,令氣氛更佳!如果沒有之前的小缺失,這一餐應會更完滿!

醬鹵六小碟($148),非常大碟,呢度GE鹵水同出面街食開有D唔同,佢唔系冷盤黎GE,帶少少溫熱,我鐘意!女仔唔可以食咁多生冷野呀嘛!見到有6款喧咁多鹵水可以食,真系開心,今次有豬耳仔、豬腩肉、豬大腸、豆腐、紅腸 同 豬脷,佢地GE鹵水野都煮得幾入味下, 唔會太鹹。豬腩肉唔會太鹹;豬耳仔咬落QQ彈彈又爽口;豬脷都彈牙;我唔食豬大腸,但朋友話好好食,話好有咬牙;豆腐夠入味,好食。

朋友飯聚呢度GE氣氛都幾好,而且店家都幾熱情。

之前食過荃灣覺得不錯,見到原來旺角中心位附近都有間十分方便就想來試一試,上到來都是以木桌和有不少中國風的裝潢係度,因為之前常吃這裡的粥,今次就試其他款式,當中不少這店的新菜式啦,食品都好快來到十分香口,價錢方面都抵食吾貴。見到有新推介當然試試,臘味炒芥蘭,份量比心目中多好多,芥蘭口感夠脆又新鮮,口感十足。臘味有臘腸和臘肉,味道咸度剛好,炒得夠香口,份量大到差點食吾晒添。喜歡涼瓜的我見到有涼瓜湯當然試試啦,涼瓜黃豆排骨湯,最後每人都有二碗多,帶點涼瓜味又清甜,入面有吾少渣都十分好味道,排骨仲保持到軟熟口感,窩心這裡有不少薑碎,不用擔心太涼。路邊炒米粉,炒得香口而且入面有不少配菜,炒米粉味道剛好,吾會太咸,炒得夠乾身,配上辣椒醬十分惹味。

路邊炒米粉,炒得香口而且入面有不少配菜,炒米粉味道剛好,吾會太咸,炒得夠乾身,配上辣椒醬十分惹味。
