今晚朋友聚餐,無食泰國菜,反而食潮州野,不過潮州菜是耐唔耐想食的。廢話少說去相。胡椒豬肚湯正常,夠胡椒味,豬肚一般。鹵水鵝片必點的,唔差,反而個豆腐又幾好食喎。香脆蠔烙十分好食,蠔夠大隻,炸得唔錯,蠔仔十分新鮮。炸大腸夠肥,唔靭。椒鹽九肚魚,正常。正常啦,無咩評分。糖醋麵比較麻麻,主要是個麵唔夠香脆。整體食物正常,炸物是唔錯的,價格正常,環境比較舊式,周圍都有唔少物品,尤其飲品會放在腳踏到的地方。

今次我地試左呢間成發潮州菜館, 食物質素, 價錢, 招呼樣樣都好好, 值得推薦! 每次打冷我地都必食滷水鵝, 呢間的鵝肉冧滑, 滷水汁味道好好。馬友, 油份足, 我個人認為好食過大眼雞好多! 韮菜豬紅, 豬紅唔會散,汁濃而不咸, 怪不得枱枱都叫。 另外潮香骨都好好味,可以一試!

Terrible service and always place wrong order. My food was delivered to another table, and placed there for more than 5 minutes before transferring to my table. I refuse to accept that dish and insisted to have a new one. But they only told me the food was sold out after 15 minutes. And the worst part is just right before they me, I saw them given the same dish to the table next to me. 😡😡😡 The food is not as good as other chiu chow restaurant in the same area. 太耐無來呢間開餐,今天放假可以過來!由於六點幾已到,仲有枱唔駛等位!叫返之前食過嘅油鹽水煮蜆,喜歡有芹菜同粉絲一齊煮,蜆雖然唔大隻,但入口幾鮮同差不多全部開口,最緊要係無沙!仲有鵝片拼墨魚,有豆腐墊底,鵝片片得夠薄,入口少少嚡,點酸醋汁食都可以,墨魚太細塊,相當有嚼口!最後有韮菜豬紅,豬紅份量都幾多,唔會一夾即散,用濃味醬汁煮,送白飯會好d,唯韮菜偏少!自從易手之後,感覺比上一手差左d,雖然仍有舊伙記,但味道及份量始終差少少!

上星期六去九龍城搵潮州菜吃, 看見有好些人在順發外面排隊, 決定入去試試。我和Honey點了胡椒豬肚湯, 滷水鵝片, 煎蠔烙及蒜蓉炒芥蘭。胡椒湯同滷水鵝片賣相雖然平實但味道十分不俗, 什有地道風味。但最令我們有驚喜是煎蠔烙!點菜時亞姐已教曉了我們煎蠔烙是脆的而煎蠓餅是不脆。上菜時分量頗大, 蠔烙呈金黃色, 上面佈滿炸脆了的蠔仔, 可以說是真材實料!入口外面香脆而不膩, 內裡蠔仔肉甘香, 其肉汁保存得啱啱好, 實在太美味了!

成發潮州菜館算是九龍城中數一數二的潮州店!價錢適中, 食物質素亦在近年進步了很多,轉了新老闆後比以前做事更有心,是家庭式作業。今天還帶了家人和小朋友來吃,店主熱情招待。反沙芋和糖醋麵比大酒樓更高水準。一定要試凍蟹和凍魚,吃了不得不回頭!韭菜朱紅很入味鵝下裝不見天有肉汁,鵝肉嫩滑。唯獨廚房小菜有點咸,可能是個人喜歡吃清一點。值得一試,但記得要訂枱,因為星期五六日都比較多人,要等位。讚好!👍🏻👏🏻
