全家都拜託我去元朗買些生活用品,於是我做代表採購。去買東西前,先和朋友吃個晚飯,我們去了附近的新記煲仔雞粥,沒想到外賣和堂食依然多人,不愧是街坊熱店。我大推這裡的香脆炸大腸,端上桌炸大腸份量不少,大腸炸到外酥內嫩,酥脆聲後接著是大腸的嫩彈,大腸處理乾淨,沒多餘油脂,搭配醬汁超對味。蜆介鯪魚球非常彈牙,帶有濃濃的鯪魚味,不用沾醬已很好吃,口感和味道均十分棒,當然亦可以試試沾點鹹香的蜆介醬,鯪魚球別有一番海味。豉椒炒黃鱔鑊氣滿分,豉椒香味撲鼻,是道挺開胃的熱炒。豉椒炒黃鱔夾雜彩椒,色彩繽紛,黃鱔整度鮮嫩爽彈,即使要我們連香兩盤也沒問題,我們定必把它嗑完。吃了這麼多炸物,該吃點粥下火,我們吃鍋馳名海鮮粥吧。這海鮮粥味道深奧,帶子,蟹和蝦的鮮甜都煮進粥裡,無需調味佐料已很美味。水亮的蟹肉色澤搶眼,蝦肉彈性十足,帶子甘甜細嫩,海鮮粥滋味如滔滔江水一波接一波。

元朗新記雞粥屹立多年,貴妃雞粥十分有名,最近分名越開越多,唔一定要入元朗食了,但作為元朗人,梗係要食本店啦。五點多黎到不用等位,good,自從限聚令加上1.5米,小店等位同等外賣都很難,順帶一提外賣有八折。原來而加可以用QR CODE落單,咁先進嘅~雖然寫住用WeChat ,但我用Line一樣scan到落到單,哈哈。先來的貴妃雞粥+油炸鬼,電話落單個粥可以揀多/走蔥,多/走薑等。粥滿滿一大碗,超熱呀正,粥一定要夠滾先好食。雞件很多,非常鮮味又有咬口,正所謂雞有雞味,鹹香仲帶少少葯材味(?),呢度個雞真係無得輸,食左咁多年都係好好味。粥底綿滑仲左雞嘅鮮味,好正,唯一麻煩係有雞嘅碎骨,要小心食。油炸鬼夠脆很新鮮,放粥食超正。再來的炸大腸,出菜時超香,隔離枱見到都忍不住追加一碟了。非常香口!!外皮香脆內層煙韌,大腸處理得好無異味,因為多功夫一定係出街點呢樣,屋企整麻煩嘛。有無大腸fans?哈哈,好味好味,一個人食一碟好邪惡啊~食完無口渴,真材實料係唔同。

天氣真的十分反常,四月份的天氣還是很凍。所以晚上就去新記繼續食下粥暖下。.叫了一碗生滾鮮蟹粥齊齊share,這裏的粥是一大鍋上的,分量多而且很綿滑。顧名思義是生滾粥,上台時還是熱辣辣的。而且把蟹的鮮甜都滾進入去。原隻蟹放入去,有很多蟹膏蟹肉食。.本身打算叫紅燒脆皮乳鴿,不過手快快就點了豉油皇乳鴿。幸好味道也不錯,一隻乳鴿可以分成四件,很香乳鴿的味道,而且豉油王很入味。.另外也叫了其他食物,蠔油菜心及秘製雞中翼,五花茶。又有海鮮、又有乳鴿、雞及青菜,很豐富的暖胃晚餐!

近日天氣又轉冷,梗係要食返碗粥暖下個胃啦,今次去咗老字號~新記!大排檔風格,店員豪氣,講嘢夠晒大聲!嚟到新記梗係要食返碗雞粥囉,貴妃雞生滾粥,雞味香濃,黃油出晒嚟,足底仲加咗腐竹落去煲,夠晒綿!即炸大乳鴿乳鴿非常大隻,炸得香脆,肉嫩多汁!辣椒絲腐乳通菜火候和份量都十足即拉叉燒腸粉,皮薄料多!大支裝藍妹啤酒都係廿零蚊一支,夠晒抵飲!薑蔥爆田雞,好少地方有得食,肉嫩,愛田雞的必試!人均消費百多元,經典元朗食品算不錯吧!

今日天氣突然又凍了,晚餐想吃點熱的所以就選擇了吃粥。.⭐️馳名海鮮粥這些小店價錢不會很貴,所以一食就食最貴的粥,$73。70幾蚊食一碗粥聽落好似好貴,但其實物超所值。首先這裏的一碗粥其實是一鍋粥,足夠兩至三個人食。而這個海鮮粥配料十分豐富,除了有膏的鮮蟹,還有一大隻鮮蝦給一些元貝、魚肉等等。相信愛吃海鮮的人士會很喜歡這鍋粥,感覺像在尋寶,食每羹又會遇到不同的海鮮。而且粥底綿滑,帶有有海鮮的鮮味。到底有幾馳名呢?這個我不清楚,但要食粥食到這樣海鮮豪華版,算是我第一次食到。.⭐️酥炸魷魚鬚見到這個是熱賣的小食就叫一份,的確是很香酥,而且魷魚鬚大大條,更加有口感。.⭐️五花茶怕吃了炸魷魚鬚上火,所以叫了一杯五花茶。味道清新自然,不會太甜。.這間店應該是元朗馳名老字號,都是高朋滿座。

半年前吃過一次豬潤貴妃雞粥,令我一直記住,今日終於忍唔住要去吃返餐。我同朋友都好期待個貴妃雞粥,所以下午5點就來到 ,平日係開4點,週末就開11點,要吃的朋友記住啦!今日胃口特別好,叫了兩款粥,貴妃雞粥當然係必點啦!因為雞係用超過二十種藥材同香料,再加蝦乾同瑤柱煮過,所以同一般只有鹹味的雞粥好唔同,味道好豐富,帶出膿膿的雞味,必點泥猛粉腸粥,大大條泥猛,粉腸好新鮮無腥味👍鯪魚球好有水準,外層炸得好香,入面仲好濕潤,大件夾抵吃。其他菜式都好有水準,而且算抵吃,我同朋友都吃到飽飽,好滿足。

今晚約咗個朋友喺元朗食飯, 佢作為地頭當然佢話事,而佢就提議食呢間老字號,我實話好👍所有野食都應該係即叫即整,熱辣辣👏我哋叫咗個豬潤牛肉炒麵,xo醬叉燒炒蛋飯,海蜇拼鳳爪,香煎蝦米腸同蒜蓉炒菜心~炒麵幾有鑊氣,啲餸份量好足👍xo醬好香但唔算好辣,幾惹味,叉燒唔會太肥膩,蛋夠滑鳳爪酸酸辣辣好開胃,仲起埋骨,岩晒我呢啲懶人👏香煎蝦米腸係非一般既“煎”,做到有啲似炸出黎既效果,外面勁脆裏面好滑,幾驚喜😯蒜蓉菜心炒得剛剛好,脆口,清清淡淡👍難怪喺元朗呢個美食集中地🍕🌮🥘🍲🥗🍱屹立不倒
