Dish quality reminded me of local street stalls in Japan (where you would grab a quick lunch standing on the streets before going back to the office) but much more pricey. Average taste and no wow factor. Sashimi had total 8 thin pieces with seaweed and ginger slices....did come with a large bowl of ice though....and priced at nearly HKD600. Was going to order the HKD498 slow cooked bbq spare ribs but decided not too after seeing what the pricey sashimi was like. Could have bought at least five

唔好睇呢塊魚好似冇咩賣相咁 佢味道真心驚為天人‼️
好耐未食過一塊魚可以整到咁出色 表皮香脆但絕對唔乾硬 裏上西京燒汁既表面充滿光澤感 被燒得焦糖化表層非常香口 情況就似燶邊叉燒咁焦香 確實係齒頰留香☺️
內裡肉質非常非常嫩滑 但嫩得黎又幾實淨 唔會一夾即散
咬落魚油十足 非常moist 調味亦非常到位 帶甜甜酒香既西京燒醬汁完全滲入魚肉每一部分 極為滑溜甘甜 😻
建議大家叫碗白飯(要額外叫$38)配以同食 用黎中和翻濃重醬汁既味道 咁就更可以品嘗到魚本身既鮮味~

The food was scrumptious and the presentation was fantastic. Service was excellent and the price for the Okinawa Menu with six courses was not bad!! Must try!! I’ll go again soon ☺️ Love the pork belly and the squid ink soba 👍 The decoration of each course is very detailed and the content of each one is very unique. Even if the name of the food is the same, the way it presents it is very different. Must try! The decoration was comfy and spacious!!

因為去Hari Hotel staycation, 有dining credit, 網上睇到呢間zoku族有set lunch, 又啱budget所以就想試下😁。我哋叫咗兩份壽司套餐, $338一份, 當中有五款刺身, 三文魚牛油果飯卷, 味噌湯, 白飯, 雪米糍及餐飲。 - 五款刺身完全失望😑, 帶子好細粒, 似五毫子般大細, 其他刺身質素像元氣一般, 不值一題🤐。- 三文魚牛油果飯卷正常質素👌。- 味噌湯好飲, 不是一般死咸的, 有香味😋。- 白飯比較硬😅。- 雪米糍及餐飲都喺正常👌。環境裝修無日系感覺, 不過都坐得舒服, 服務態度普普通通, 感覺唔到酒店餐廳嘅服務🤭。$338一份刺身套餐, 感覺上只喺食環境, 性價比低👎。

因為You tuber介紹,朋友一直想去試,所以晚上打上book枱立即有位,一去到的時候,感覺環境很好,而且很快便被安排坐位,但因為想坐外面時間尚早 所以詢問服務員,希望可以轉枱,但她回答外面只可食bar snack, not for dinner, 並解釋因為外面枱型較細,所以最後我們都沒有堅持。開始的時候,服務員也細心遂一介紹餐牌,食物賣相非常好,影相𠱓like係一流的,但這樣的收費價錢,食物質素虛有其表,咁的價錢,一點驚喜也沒有,同普通日本餐的分別係fusion咗西式,份量也非常小,最重要等待食物的時間亦需時很久很久。明白高級餐廳即叫即做,加上擺盤也要時間,但其間,可能被安排坐在廚房外面位置,一直聽到裏面的同事不停講粗口又大聲說話,係裏面嘻嘻哈哈。成晚只得四枱,眼見樓面員工都有五六個,但仍然需要不停舉手叫服務員。這樣的價錢,這樣的服務質素,非常失望,下次不會再來,也不會介紹朋友。

放假去灣仔原來冇乜嘢食嘅,因為想食日本嘢食,所以就揀咗呢間新開嘅酒店試吓 不過佢真係好貴呀!假日冇得嗌午餐set, 所以我哋就散嗌咗啦!價錢就會變得再貴啲吞拿魚沙律嘅沙律菜款式幾多,而且擺盤好有心思不過如果$168就太貴了呢度啲嘢食其實個造型同埋味道都唔錯架! 不過份量就唔多,如果就咁嗌一個main應該會唔飽~ 呢個三文魚柳整得好好味但係因為份量唔算話好多,所以極速食晒😂😂😂睇好明顯呢度嘅環境係好好!不過cp value就差咁啲~~

不過佢安排張檯坐6個人其實有啲迫😅

環境同侍應態度好好
裝修方面偏向時尚西式風格
侍應都有啲淨係講英文 唔見有日本人
亦會為我哋細心解釋Menu上嘅食物
順帶一提 呢到book食lunch係要上佢官網預約兼用credit card畀左deposit先 每位$200
我就覺得唔係好方便😅

其實佢lunch set喺呢一頭嚟講唔算平

綠茶心太軟熱辣辣又外脆內軟,中間嘅綠茶流心好似瀑布咁傾瀉而出,就咁食會有啲膩,但配埋濃而不甜嘅朱古力雪糕,即時變得好夾👍🏻旁邊嘅樹枝型黑朱古力條亦加添左口感👍🏻呢道甜品真係勁好食🤩

第一次黎The Hari,揀咗去呢間日本餐廳《族ZOKU》晚餐。入到去餐廳環境舒服,有speakeasy 嘅氛圍,主要都係sofa seating,幾個朋友夜晚食飯可以慢慢enjoy。日本新派餐廳黎講唔算太有特色,但整體都不過不失,其中我哋叫左嘅Wagyu Dumplings, Alaska Black Cod都唔錯,相對卷物就比較普通。雖然份量偏少,不過價錢相對其他酒店餐廳相對容易接受💰Wine & Sake list 相對有少少失望,唔算多選擇同over price。整體而言,都係可以一試嘅,尤其是追求環境同氣氛嘅時候🙂

Our favorites were their Beef kushiyaki with tare sauce, Chilean seabass and of course, their signature Toro uni caviar temaki



Highlight of the night was actually their desserts!! 🍰
They were both amazing. Would love to come back just for them again!!



However, their food portions are were quite small.
The price was set for upper tier causal fine dining as it was in a hotel after all.


Dinner for 2 people (with 3 cocktails) was: HK$ 2300


In conclusion, I would highly recommend this place for a date night or refined hangout for drinks and dinner
