基本上吃完海鮮和牛肉已經很飽,但真的,真的要吃到最後煮烏冬或粥,個人覺得粥更好吃,特別是把蝦頭放去熬湯的時候,湯底的海鮮鮮味和粥的蟹膏(還加了蛋漿)融合在一起,鮮味大爆發~🦐🦀好久沒吃過這麼濃郁的海鮮粥了。

串燒的選擇也是相當多,我自己比較喜歡點燒鳥類,當中雞腎、雞肝的調味做的很好,雞肝更是很creamy,平常喜歡吃內臟的應該會很滿足;這次還吃了百里香(屁股),油脂感比較突出,口感像雞軟骨,很有趣🔥

用餐的時候能看到師傅製作每一道菜,看得到他們的認真,而這份細膩也顯現在甜品拼盤中。上面有時令水果、綠茶奶凍、寒天和棉花糖餅乾,擺盤很精美,真的會心花怒放💕當中綠茶奶凍的奶香很深刻,又不會太甜,有機會可以試試。

到熱食鹽燒雞皮、⁠汁燒雞頸肉都係已經調好味,雞皮超香口,用鹽燒嘅方式將佢油脂去咁一大半,食落就唔會油淋淋,雞頸肉肥瘦交織融合,肉質彈口。好似第一次食燒吞拿魚下巴,此部位屬十分珍貴,肉質油潤香嫩,用筷子夾開魚肉已給勁有魚油傾瀉而出😭 是日係鹽燒和牛串,選用牛腩邊,每件都帶少許肥膏。⁠自家製免治雞肉棒混合雞軟骨及雞皮,沾上生雞蛋醬油,每口都咬到脆骨。
