一直想試牛腸鍋,因為朋友去日本食過,返黎話好好食。終於係銅鑼灣的明道試到呢道菜!好開心~餐廳新開無耐,主打日式串燒、料理。我當然要試一下日本和牛腸小鍋,雖說小鍋,但份量一啲都唔小。坐低先飲杯冰凍啤酒~牛腸鍋大大一盤$398!侍應話牛腸用上九州牛腸,而且將肥膏剪走,煮過再上枱。好貼心的做法,啱晒唔食肥膏或怕肥膩嘅我!湯底用白麵豉調較而成,蒜辣椒有香味,但唔會辣。未食腸都可以飲啖濃湯!牛腸煮得好腍又滑嘟嘟,一啲都唔肥,煙韌有咬口。加上日本高野豆腐,索汁一流。我地加左個山形牛A4西冷和烏冬去煮,實在太正!再點了個蟹膏龍蝦,新鮮即撈澳洲龍蝦,配海膽醬蛋黃,粒粒肉都鮮甜,彈牙又爽口,雖然唔算平,但食得好滿足。自家製綠茶奶凍,好幼滑的質感,抹茶味濃郁。再食埋杯雪糕,滿足而歸!

上個周末,愛玩小生👦🏻去了銅鑼灣有一間幾隱蔽的日本餐館!餐廳位於Bakehouse斜對面的大樓,而且有落地玻璃,望到銅鑼灣全景!12:00左右到就無咩人!當中,沒有想到火鍋套餐份量有這麼多啊!日式火鍋套餐包括黑豚肉、美國牛肉和新鮮的鮮菜盤(金針菇、皇帝菜、椰菜和豆干等)。吃完火鍋後,餐廳店員會將米飯加入火鍋湯底中,讓湯汁與米飯完美結合,形成一碗香噴噴的粥。其中,火鍋套餐的黑豚肉和美國牛肉的肉質鮮嫩多汁,口感豐富。鮮菜盤中的金針菇、皇帝菜、椰菜和豆干等,帶有清新的蔬菜味,跟豐富的湯底風味完美融合。此外,套餐還有串燒:雞軟骨經炭火燒烤,外脆內嫩,搭配獨特的香料調味,非常滋味。雞中翼則是表皮烤得金黃酥脆,好好味!

屋企人食過覺得唔錯介紹我哋去,地點都好方便,就喺Lee Garden附近店環境走極簡和風,裡面有兩張6-8人枱及一間房,唔會迫坐得幾舒服。服務方面都真係唔錯,親切又貼心,會自動換下碟加下茶🤭我哋幾個女仔都唔想諗食咩,希望可以多d時間傾偈,所以就點Omakase順帶一提,呢間餐廳係做熟食日本料理☝🏻☝🏻食物質素係好嘅,食得出每樣都係即刻整出嚟同埋味道到位,有前菜兩款、燒物5、6款、甜品外,最深印象係個蟹鉗魚子忌簾意大利粉🍝,蟹味鮮甜、忌簾香濃但唔會膩; 仲有個Sabusabu殘廢餐😂,有專人幫你6,保證6得啱啱好(non stop 吹水mode)🤣食材全部都非常新鮮,尤其d和牛,入口即溶😋😋每人大約$900, 整體性價比不錯,渡過一個愉快的晚上🩷🩷🩷
