Tonight, I went to a Japanese restaurant in Tai Wai, and I think this place is really beautiful. First of all, the ceiling is very high, making it feel like I'm in a Japanese restaurant. Inside, there are Christmas balloons that create a great atmosphere. The designer of this restaurant is truly talented, knowing how to adjust the lighting so that stepping in feels like being in Japan.

Matsuba Crab Meat and Roe Salad
Fresh Matsuba crab meat and roe, with a delicate texture, paired with crunchy cucumber that is very appetizing.

Selected Grilled Sushi Platter (6 pieces)
- Scallop Sushi
- Salmon Sushi

- Sweet Shrimp Sushi
- Mackerel Sushi
- Mullet Sushi
Each piece of sushi is seasoned with special flavoring, and the chef added just the right amount of wasabi on top. You can feel the care that the chef put into making each piece.
