山友們鍾意行山搵美食。久聞谷埔松記大名,特登編條路線途經谷埔食好西。星期日有巴士入烏蛟騰,方便啲唔使搭好疏嘅小巴。烏蛟騰係多條山徑起步點,可環湖出咀,去三椏村、荔枝窩、蛤塘呢三條村都有好野食。今次由烏蛟騰起步,行初級簡單路線,由田心(烏蛟騰小巴站)經亞媽笏、分水凹,行荔谷古道到谷埔,再沿海岸行去鳳坑出鹿頸終點。慢慢行兩個鐘內到谷埔,肚餓要醫肚😛食完行多一粒鐘到鹿頸搭車走人。已早幾日訂位,人少少,只係訂半隻走地雞。叫咗幾道菜:1. 走地雞半隻——有雞味都算滑,水準以上;不過可能因為走地,肌肉稍為實少少,比較大澳海韻就輸個馬鼻。2. 豬肉砵——好得!五花腩有肉有肥膏夠腍,唔怕邪惡成舊食;埋枱已聞到豆豉香,豆豉入口即溶,個豆豉連汁送飯一流!同荔枝窩的記不相伯仲!3. 薑汁芥蘭苗——夠鮮嫩。4. 蒸墨魚——店家推介新鮮返貨,夠新鮮但唔算驚艷。牙菜墊底預咗,墨魚份量都算正常。叫咗兩碗白飯,加一罐啤酒,盛惠$580三人攤分當日食客都多,幾乎滿座!同隔籬食客閒聊,佢哋叫咗蒸魚,都讚新鮮好食。留意海鮮逐両計。招呼好、服務態度值得一讚👍🏻望住沙頭角海,有海景。食完行去宋伯食豆腐花,去財記鳳坑小食買埋客家

今次同朋友一齊行山去鹿頸,尾站谷埔,朋友們帶咗我來食呢間隱世客家菜😋雖然都幾多人,但食飯既地方係望住海景,可以對海食飯,感覺真係幾舒服☺️💬由於當日我哋無預留海鮮,所以無緣品嘗到了,其實重有三款食物雖然已有預留,但由於我們慢人幾步😌所以也沽清……招牌菜😋客家豬肉砵,真係大驚喜👍🏻好食到不得了,連平時完全怕食肥肉的我都覺得真係好好好食呀,重要食咗好多添吖🙊雖然肥豬肉真係比較多油😈勁邪惡,但豬肉軟香,炆到入口溶化狀態,豆鼓都好香好好食,味道唔會死咸、同平時食開嘅豆鼓好唔同,呢個豬肉砵老板話要花好多時間去炆,要反覆炆兩至三次,而且每次要數小時才出到個效果,厲害👍🏻難怪咁好食😋醋鴨都係不可不點既菜式😋鴨肉好嫩👍🏻燻得又係夠入味,配自家調製嘅檸檬米醋好開胃🤤💬不過提一提大家,松記只開假期、紅日,想食就係一定要訂位,訂位時也一定要預留餸菜,尤其是海鮮,真係好多人,最好儘量早點到達,因為太遲去到會好多食物都會無哂🙄💬下次有機會想再來試試其他菜式😋因為今次食唔到海鮮同埋多款招牌菜式

疫情影響,除了多留在家,便是去郊外。今日天氣唔錯,便先揸車去鹿頸,再由此行去谷埔,運動一吓筋骨,並呼吸新鮮空氣。這條郊野小徑十分易行,除咗開頭要行約10至15分鐘的石級,之後是鋪得很好的平路,兼且風景優美。左面是海景,可遙望深圳鹽田,右面是香港舊村落,而大概行45分鐘左右,便到松記士多。雖然叫士多,其實是一鄉村菜館。正值午飯時間,亦正好休息一會,便找個位子坐下。我們三個人,也不容易才找到一張枱,可見其受歡迎。餐牌選擇不多,已有肉丶海鮮及菜,我們挑了本地蠔餅丶豬串骨丶椰菜及楊州炒飯。煎𧐢餅一上枱已傳來陣陣香味,𧐢仔很多,相片已是俾我們食咗四分一才影的。蛋煎得乾身而香口,加埋蔥更是好味,yummy! 😋😋😋炒椰菜不只有椰菜,而是加了火腿及豆腐卜,十分清甜香口,口感亦豐富,無咁單調。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻豬串骨即平時的一支骨,是豬小腿連肉燒,加上自製醬汁及蜜糖。肉質嫩滑,有豬肉味,加埋醬汁及蜜糖,十分之好味,只會嫌一隻唔夠。😋😋😋炒飯是後加的,味道對比之前的小菜,較為失色。它用咗火腿及椰菜,不過炒得太乾,應該加埋雞蛋,既香口又較為濕潤。總結而言,它的小菜是美味的,價錢亦實惠。

這條郊野小徑十分易行,除咗開頭要行約10至15分鐘的石級,之後是鋪得很好的平路,兼且風景優美。左面是海景,可遙望深圳鹽田,右面是香港舊村落,而大概行45分鐘左右,便到松記士多。雖然叫士多,其實是一鄉村菜館。

煎𧐢餅一上枱已傳來陣陣香味,𧐢仔很多,相片已是俾我們食咗四分一才影的。蛋煎得乾身而香口,加埋蔥更是好味,yummy! 😋😋😋

豬串骨即平時的一支骨,是豬小腿連肉燒,加上自製醬汁及蜜糖。肉質嫩滑,有豬肉味,加埋醬汁及蜜糖,十分之好味,只會嫌一隻唔夠。😋😋😋

炒飯是後加的,味道對比之前的小菜,較為失色。它用咗火腿及椰菜,不過炒得太乾,應該加埋雞蛋,既香口又較為濕潤。


總結而言,它的小菜是美味的,價錢亦實惠。

因為訓過龍,我們11時30分才由粉嶺站坐56K小巴出發。到達鹿頸已經12點。行左差不多1小時先來到松記士多,撞正食飯時間,非常多人。幸好啱啱有一枱走左,我地四人可以馬上有位。夥計好快奉茶。不過老闆唔得閒落單,我地等左2個字先落到單。我地只想簡單食飯然後再起行。所以只係叫最簡單的走地雞、炒芥蘭同揚州炒飯。本來考慮叫多個菜,不過見其他枱的份量都唔少,所以最後只叫三樣。餸菜都上得幾快,而且份量真係足,我地四人都吃得飽。雞係涼的,不過都OK。芥蘭幾好味,炒飯好足料而已炒得好乾身。埋單無小費,總共$270,四人分每人唔駛$70,在郊外吃都咁有質素,相當合理。下次有機會一定再來。

一坐低梗係叫每人 2 隻蒸蠔啦,跟手叫咗個客家蒸豬肉,上次試過好好味,仲要叫碗飯嚟餸,今次有啲喊咗,炒椰菜好味,可以清晒成碟,蠔餅好大碟,見到唔係蠔仔,有大大隻蠔架。

我哋差不多食完隔離有檯客坐底,話個魚肚湯要試。 。 。要留返下次囉,我又話返佢哋知要食蒸蠔,仲比埋亞姐開蠔個片佢哋睇,佢哋話我應該早小小話佢哋知 😅🤣 唔知最後佢哋有無叫呢?

呢排唔好天,我想趁仲有得食蒸蠔要去多次呀!
