相對我就鐘意魚蛋多dd, 辛辣得黎外面好似包左層糖衣,先甜後辣,好過癮。不過對我黎講就略嫌有少少少腥味。唔知係咪要刻意表示魚蛋有用真魚?😂

Here boyfriend and I shared a bag full of curry fish balls and fish meat siu mai. The fish balls were great. A nice bouncy firm texture. The sauce was not too spicy and had a decent amount of curry taste. The fish meat siu mai were ok. Not that great but at least they didn't taste like flour.

It seemed popular among the area. One of the best in Hong Kong? I have no idea. But it definitely was pretty good as it served its purpose. A quick bite to tide you over for the time being until the next meal.

其實已經久仰大名很多年,卻從未吃過;這天下班後去吃,遠處見到那有七、八人排隊的便是了,而且買了以後發現人龍越來越長。小小的舖位已經有四個人幫忙(似乎便是林家?),卻也忙個不停。大部分人買的是腸粉、燒賣和魚蛋。不過稍後還要吃晚飯所以只淺嚐燒賣。其實它還有分魚蓉和牛肉,今次試了魚蓉燒賣,的確,它的魚肉比例較高,所以感覺健康一點。但肥膏溝魚肉的那種煙韌便相對較少,期望過高變得感覺也未如想像。雖然它不是我吃過最好吃的燒賣,也吃出它自家製的用心。看別人的意見都說魚蛋彈牙魚肉味很出,希望下次試另外兩寶可以有驚喜啦!
