大埔熟食中心被關閉了超過半年,在疫情下重開,場面有點冷清,因爲限制人數。現在是一半桌子不讓人坐,一桌可以坐四個人。其實倒不如每桌坐兩人,所有桌子可以開放。今天我要跟三個陌生人一起搭枱,其實心裏不舒服。今天大家姐在場壓陣,她指導我坐下,我點了一碗魚蛋粉,跟年頭價錢一樣,35元。以前可以加餸,現在只能加底。味道跟以前差不多,這種店不可能天天的出品都完全相同味道,不太走樣,就是了。魚蛋會因爲魚的種類而口味有差異,天氣也有影響。唯一讓欽記有改變的是外賣!以前因爲生意太好,他們不做外賣,現在不做外賣會影響整體營業。有機會,我會再來找尋我的COMFORT FOOD的。

這次是被騙之下吃欽記的。😒因為本身,友人一早就提議去吃大埔墟熟食市場的牛雜牛腩粉店。但去到又發現這一間魚蛋粉,人流不少,但有碰巧有座位,不如試一次。😒於是坐下,問一問有沒有河粉,店員又稱要等,剛剛賣完,為了不想等,又不喜歡吃米粉,於是勉強點了個麵(其後發現過多五分鐘又復冇有河粉了)。原來,它的幼麵,並不是像雲吞麵那種鹼水幼麵,而好像車仔麵那種,表面比較光滑,但是完全沒有彈性,軟林林沒有朝氣的那種幼麵。本人平生最討厭這種麵條,沒有個性、上不了湯、又沒有彈力、表面又粗糙。除了麵條,它的魚蛋和魚片頭,也可以說是沒有特別,魚蛋,圓形細細顆,不覺得魚味特別鮮香;魚片頭,細細隻三角形的,也不覺得特別香濃。雖然兩碗麵合共好像都不消$80 ,但以其質素來說,的確吃完沒有什麼滿足感/果腹感。🤷🏾‍♀️
