曾經在粉嶺的水戶用餐,覺得魚生很不錯~原來大埔也有一間~不過大埔店不在大街上,如非途經這一帶,大概不會留意到~因為之前吃壽司的時候試過池魚~覺得池魚的味道很好,想帶母親大人試一下~所以點了深海池魚薄切刺身~這個雖然是薄切池魚,但都有豐富的魚香味~還附有酸酸的醬料可以沾~之前在粉嶺店吃過三文魚親子丼,魚生又大又厚~而這個水戶魚生丼亦十分豐盛!魚生包括三文魚,池魚,吞拿魚等等~而且每款魚生都非常厚切!魚生很新鮮,配上軟熟的日本米,實在令人滿足~當天天氣頗冷,點了個沖繩泡菜豚肉鍋暖暖身~泡菜又酸又辣,再加上黃芽白跟粉絲,吃完整個人暖起來~豚肉不會太肥又不會煮得過火,湯底酸酸辣辣又不會太鹹~我個人很喜歡吃炸軟殼蟹🤤🤤~這個軟殼蟹天婦羅的炸粉唔會太厚~而且新鮮炸起,又熱又脆~不過我反而更喜歡伴碟的炸雜菜🙈我吃到洋葱,蕃薯跟南瓜,全部切成細絲~洋葱跟蕃薯超香甜,切絲炸脆原來這麼好吃!不知道可不可以單點呢?😂大埔呢間店同粉嶺店一樣出色,以後大埔又多個開餐好選擇啦~

大埔寶湖呢邊最近新開左好多餐廳,見到開左日本野就緊係要去試下!鹽燒牛舌串 $22燒嘅時間控制得好好所以口感依舊好好,而且調味料唔會蓋過牛舌香味,肉味夠濃。唐揚一口雞 $34雖然話就話一口雞,但係每一件都幾大舊,而且肉質較嫩、多汁,每一件雞入面都炸連埋雞皮,所以食多咗可能會覺得有啲偏油。醬油角切魚生丼 $62喺魚生上面有一隻大蝦,飯上面就有三文魚、八爪魚、油甘魚、玉子同埋蟹肉。魚生夠新鮮,份量算多,識落都好滿足!飯嘅溫度都啱啱好,好滿意個口感。牛油果軟殼蟹卷 $74影咗一陣相先至食,但係軟殼蟹都冇變軟,依舊好香口,牛油果份量岩岩好,唔會食都覺得好油~不過如果軟殼蟹份量再多少少就會更加滿足🤭餐廳位置寬躺,坐落都幾舒服,就算人多去食都唔會好迫~住喺附近嘅朋友仔都可以去試吓!

第一次去。本來抱着試伏嘅心態去。食完之後覺得環境好,服務好,食材新鮮,份量大,最緊要係好味。我哋叫咗好多嘢食。但唔係全部都有影到相。叫咗個藍旗吞拿魚,同埋三文魚刺身。非常之大件。應該係出面嘅兩倍以上。一片差唔多有2cm厚。三文魚非常之新鮮肥美,一啲腥味都冇。吞拿魚更加唔使講,又係非常之新鮮。肉質非常之綿密柔軟。我覺得自己好似食緊好實嘅雪糕咁。但當然佢唔係雪糕唔會化成水,所以我真係好難形容嗰個感覺。魚肉鮮甜。一啲腥味都冇。我哋再叫咗豬軟骨手打烏冬配豬骨湯。烏冬非常之煙韌,唔會好似出面嗰啲煮到爛晒咁。豬骨湯亦都濃郁好味。豬軟骨入味好林。軟殼蟹卷非常之大件。軟殼蟹非常之鬆脆。好味。泡菜豬肉煲。底下有方粉絲,又係非常之大份。好抵食。滑蛋豬扒飯又係好大碗。啲飯粒粒分明,唔係一坺屎咁樣。除咗洋蔥佢仲會有啲蘑菇定冬菇咁嘅嘢,令到個蛋汁更加多味道。我覺得豬扒如果可以厚啲啲仲好。同埋如果可以多少少汁撈飯嘅話會再好啲。
