🚩水戶日本料理住粉嶺嘅我,最鍾意就係出嚟大埔行街!大埔無論食嘢同埋行街嘅選擇都好多~今日就同咗屋企人喺大埔食呢間日本嘢!〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️🌈海膽魚生丼 $108依碗飯嘅魚生全部都係厚切嘅,每樣各兩款~包括左三文魚,油甘魚,帶子,甜蛋,蟹柳絲同埋海膽!三文魚同油甘魚都好重油脂味,亦都係因為佢厚切嘅關係,所以口感好豐富!海膽新鮮,唔會爛patpat,雖然唔算得上十分鮮甜,但都冇異味,有少少海水嘅味道~飯量偏少,食曬可能都未必飽~🌈雜錦天婦羅 $68天婦羅包括左冬菇,茄子,紫薯,南瓜同埋兩隻蝦~炸衣脆身,食落口都唔覺好油膩~另外佢仲配咗蘿蔔蓉俾你,去除返炸嘢嘅油膩感!
