前幾日去咗新餐廳「汐」,食左幾好食嘅日式 poke bowl 和日式小食。餐廳裝修好有日系居酒屋風格,有榻榻米位,亦都有bar枱位,坐都好舒服🫶。呢排做緊優惠,上菜後50分鐘內交枱,全單有75折😍🔹️蟹糕甲羅燒🦀配蟹子及三文魚子好足料!甲羅燒好正,經味噌調味的蟹肉及蟹膏好濃郁,poke bowl 有好多料,有蟹子、蟹柳絲、粟米、青瓜、沙律等等,非常清新。🔹️明太子八爪魚🐙配北海道刺身帶子另一款日式丼飯 x poke bowl 的主食好特別,八爪魚好鮮甜,加上明太子醬,好特別幾正,帶子都算厚切,好彈牙。🔹️餃子大阪燒🥟哩個都好好食,餃子好香口,大阪燒醬汁好特別。

放工成日去銅鑼灣搵嘢食,今次搵到一間日式餐廳。入咗去個舖位比較細,但係都算係幾精緻光猛有一啲Tatami嘅座位可以出鞋坐低。我同朋友嗌咗一個丼飯、一個鰻魚飯、同埋一啲小食。角切三文魚配醬燒三文魚腩丼賣相都幾靚,分量都算大面頭仲有雞串、粟米、蟹籽、青瓜等嘅配料,感覺幾清新同埋健康,可惜整體味道比較清淡。原條蒲燒鰻魚飯鰻魚嘅份量相當大,配上炒蛋係一個經典配搭。炸椎茸呢度都有唔少嘅小食可以選擇而我就揀咗呢個聽落比較特別嘅,其實佢係將啲蝦肉釀喺冬菇上邊,味道幾香口,配飲品係唔錯嘅選擇。最後叫咗兩包紙包飲品係烏龍茶,正正常常,冇乜特別。呢間餐廳會收你+1服務費,佢亦做緊一啲優惠如果你喺50分鐘之內交枱就會有七五折,所以店員會擺個計時器喺你枱面,上左主菜就開始計時😂😂😂如果準時交枱嘅話都會平幾多!🤣🤣

上網見到有個優惠50分鐘內交枱就會全單有75折,簡直easy job即刻book位去挑戰。原來上齊主菜先會計時,店員會放個50分鐘計時器係枱面。手羽明太子雞翼去骨雞翼真係好岩女仔,啖啖肉,唔洗吐骨,入面有明太子,味道有層次,雞肉嫩滑。牛肉壽喜燒牛肉味道濃郁,入口軟林,壽司燒醬汁味道甜甜地,食食下都唔覺食左好多飯。炸椎茸原來係炸蝦肉同冬菇,炸蝦肉口感爽口彈牙,炸冬菇好多汁。波子汽水同提子汽水好飲!好凍!好夠氣!

最近同frd去咗銅鑼灣一間新開嘅日式料理店「汐」,環境舒適,位於高層,俯瞰城市美景,真係令人放鬆。餐廳裝潢簡約日系👍🏻我哋試咗兩款Don:黃金魷魚Don同埋北海道帶子Don。黃金魷魚Don魚量多好足料,上面嘅海鮮料都比下面嘅飯多!魷魚鮮嫩,口感滑溜,特製醬汁香濃入味,完全唔會過於油膩。米飯煮得剛好😋至於北海道帶子Don,帶子新鮮得不得了,肉質彈牙,味道甘甜。旁邊仲有清爽嘅中華沙律、粟米同青瓜,帶點酸味,清新又開胃😝再加上,呢度如果喺50分鐘內交枱,仲可以有75折優惠(店員用鐘仔計時,其實正常一定夠時間🤣),真係喺銅鑼灣嚟講一個好抵嘅選擇!
