之前有朋友介紹過呢間名人開的餐廳, 諗住帶我honey去試一試! 原本訂了晚上8點,不過我們早咗到...7點15分就到了。當時餐廳大約半滿啦,還有好多枱係吉既,於是個侍應就帶我們去坐卡位,個卡位同張枱的距離有d窄而且張枱同椅的高度唔夾,因為張枱高咗d所以夾餸都唔太舒服!唉~最大問題係...呢間餐廳咩都無好辛苦咁同honey睇完個餐牌一大輪, 之後打算落order, 點知我們叫的3個冷盤全部都無, 個餐牌原本有成二十幾款冷盤結果只剩2款可以揀, 有無攪錯!! 個陣7點半都未到呀!!!唉~冷盤無得食,諗住叫餸啦, 點知連餸都係咁, 原本諗住叫水煮魚沽清, 咁改叫松子菊花魚...吓又無! 經理話只得松子桂花魚, 嘩大拿拿局住貴多成$50蚊先有魚食!結果到最後...真係未試過去一間餐廳叫嘢食叫得咁辛苦, 同個侍應來回查下個廚房有咩剩再落order來回成7、8次先勉強叫到嘢食, 唉~實在太離譜啦!! 最後叫咗:上海粗炒....難食,因為無味, 而且只得椰菜無小白菜之餘d麵同其他料係分開一舊舊的~小籠包...裹面有湯但皮厚, 只屬一般水準!松子桂花魚...條魚收成百幾蚊, 但好細條2個人分分鐘大食

唉~冷盤無得食,諗住叫餸啦, 點知連餸都係咁, 原本諗住叫水煮魚沽清, 咁改叫松子菊花魚...吓又無! 經理話只得松子桂花魚, 嘩大拿拿局住貴多成$50蚊先有魚食!


結果到最後...真係未試過去一間餐廳叫嘢食叫得咁辛苦, 同個侍應來回查下個廚房有咩剩再落order來回成7、8次先勉強叫到嘢食, 唉~實在太離譜啦!!

最後叫咗:
上海粗炒....難食,因為無味, 而且只得椰菜無小白菜之餘d麵同其他料係分開一舊舊的~
小籠包...裹面有湯但皮厚, 只屬一般水準!
松子桂花魚...條魚收成百幾蚊, 但好細條2個人分分鐘大食d都唔夠食而且仲有d魚腥味~
杭椒茄子....好多油而且太淡,無味~

總之一句講哂...呢餐好難食一d都唔值$300蚊囉, 而且一間餐廳咩都無得叫實在太差勁, 我同honey一定唔會要去!!

小籠飽$28小揚生煎飽$28素鵝$48醉乳鴒$78葱爆牛肉配薄餅$62芋頭西米露合共$301.00睇過陳妙瑛篇訪問,話佢好有心去做好自己間鋪頭,堅持用新鮮肉,過食味唔同好多,好認同佢咁講,跟住再上OPENRICE睇吓佢間鋪頭啲食評,麻麻咋,唔信邪,即管試試睇吓乜家伙已經避過最多人嘅時間,唔駛等,仲有卡位坐小籠飽真係皮薄餡靚,多湯汁,好易穿,啲餡有肉味,冇俾化學嘢醃到怪味又冇晒肉質,以前唔鍾意食小籠飽,嗰時啲上海鋪實用化學嘢醃肉,就係最怕食入面舊肉,呢度真係整得唔錯去過幾次上海,都未食過‘小揚生煎飽’,問當地朋友又話冇咩咁好食,所以冇去到食,見到餐牌開宗明義話係‘小揚生煎飽’,即使已經有個小籠飽,都照嗌多個飽食,原來有湯汁喺入面,飽底煎得脆,幾好食素鵝好唔得,塊腐皮太厚,餡唔夠,係極少,呢個素鵝,金龍船就整得好食隻乳鴒夠肥,肉唔係好‘鞋’,夠入味有酒香,有好多件吓葱爆牛肉抄得幾惹味,葱夠多,但牛肉有用化學嘢醃到冇晒肉質同肉味送嘅西米露唔過甜,唔差

小籠飽真係皮薄餡靚,多湯汁,好易穿,啲餡有肉味
,冇俾化學嘢醃到怪味又冇晒肉質,以前唔鍾意食小籠飽,嗰時啲上海鋪實用化學嘢醃肉,就係最怕食入面舊肉,呢度真係整得唔錯
去過幾次上海,都未食過‘小揚生煎飽’,問當地朋友又話冇咩咁好食,所以冇去到食,見到餐牌開宗明義話係‘小揚生煎飽’,即使已經有個小籠飽,都照嗌多個飽食,原來有湯汁喺入面

蔥爆牛肉跟薄餅、蘭州三鮮刀切麵,總之叫其中一個都夠晒食,貪心咗少少。兩個餸菜中,個人比較鍾意前者:蔥爆牛肉跟薄餅好有水準,大蔥好香,鍾意食大蔥嘅人就一定讚好,相反嘅就怕咗朕大蔥味,加埋爆炒好嘅牛肉,夾係薄餅(好似食片皮鴨個隻薄餅)一齊食,無咁油膩,好味,可惜成碟嘢大蔥好多,牛肉好少。另一個蘭州三鮮刀切麵,三鮮有蝦仁、海參同肉片,整碟份量係OK架,係蝦仁同海參細粒咗D,而D刀切麵睇落好似伊麵,食落口感帶少許煙韌,OK嘅。
環境確實幾好,唔似酒樓咁嘈!

大約6點多去吃晚飯,當時很少人裝修還不錯..大約7點多開始比較多人酸辣湯.味道一般,不過不失醬爆牛肉(配薄餅),味道不錯,牛肉很嫩很滑松子菊花魚,蠻香的.但有點酸砂鍋雲吞雞,吃滿$100,加$1有半隻雞;湯底味道不錯,雲吞普通的味道,雞不好吃另外,服務很好,服務員都很有禮貌2人用$188

酸辣湯.味道一般,不過不失

醬爆牛肉(配薄餅),味道不錯,牛肉很嫩很滑

松子菊花魚,蠻香的.但有點酸

砂鍋雲吞雞,吃滿$100,加$1有半隻雞;湯底味道不錯,雲吞普通的味道,雞不好吃


另外,服務很好,服務員都很有禮貌

之前係新天地的位置變了現在的江南美廚,聽說是陳炒瑛開的,所以有興趣一試。一坐下已問我們開什麼茶,然後奉上雪菜,原來要茶芥兼加一,要兩個人再來的話則有點保留了。見餐牌上主要是上海菜式,但又有鮑魚海參,又有原煲老火湯,可謂滬粵菜式共冶一爐。兩個人點了:涼拌青瓜口水雞小籠包百頁結紅燒肉先來涼拌青瓜,有大量蒜頭,青瓜不是十分脆,整個菜主要是單一的咸味,個人覺得太咸了。再來口水雞,吩咐要少油,果然油不多,少許麻辣,很好吃。可以斬雞出了問題,入口雞骨即散開,成了很多細碎的雞骨。小籠包皮薄多汁,好吃。個人覺得百頁結紅燒肉最好吃,百頁結很鬆化,沾上醬汁更是惹味,紅燒肉就如東坡肉,幸好不太肥膩,同伴要了兩碗白飯吃清了。埋單二百七,有一本coupon送,下次來吃可以減$50。有coupon,解決了茶芥加一的問題,應該會再來的

百頁結紅燒肉

先來涼拌青瓜,有大量蒜頭,青瓜不是十分脆,整個菜主要是單一的咸味,個人覺得太咸了。

再來口水雞,吩咐要少油,果然油不多,少許麻辣,很好吃。可以斬雞出了問題,入口雞骨即散開,成了很多細碎的雞骨。

小籠包皮薄多汁,好吃。

個人覺得百頁結紅燒肉最好吃,百頁結很鬆化,沾上醬汁更是惹味,紅燒肉就如東坡肉,幸好不太肥膩,同伴要了兩碗白飯吃清了。

埋單二百七,有一本coupon送,下次來吃可以減$50。有coupon,解決了茶芥加一的問題,應該會再來的

唔係友人介紹都唔知此處有一間抵食既食店...好彩同友人一早book左位唔係遲少少7時就要等位啦.2個人叫左小龍包, 蘿蔔絲酥餅, 東坡肉同埋肉碎干扁豆...起初都怕唔夠..點知2個人食又覺得岩岩好..基本上成晚我地叫果4樣食物我都十分欣賞..個小龍包皮薄多汁..正; 蘿白絲酥餅就更加唔洗講即叫即整夠熱個酥餅好香又唔會覺得油; 東坡肉真係做到一層肥一層肉炆得好淋好入味..不過都係久唔久食一次就滿足另外干扁豆真係整得唔錯...無油之外d肉碎入面仲加有蝦干一起炒就更加香口...成餐飯都食得好滿足..最後又再派coupon引我再來...hohohoho..下次一定要再試埋其他食物
