So I came after a hike with some friends, waited 20 mins to be seated as they don’t have many seats and due to the 4 people per table rule from covid19.I was told this place is quite famous so was expecting more but turns out their signature fresh toast is not served until half2. One of the oldest local restaurant in Stanley ! They are famous for their Hong Kong style milk tea, instant noodles & French toast ! Yes the restaurant is pretty hidden right next to this fruit stall ! Don’t expect fancy seats and that you can chill for very long ! They have the sweetest owners, feels like home when you are here ! Hong Kong style milk tea.Very smooth and strong tea aroma ! Definitely not the diluted version outside ! Kaya french toast is their signature, no golden syrup needed.

Yes the restaurant is pretty hidden right next to this fruit stall ! Don’t expect fancy seats and that you can chill for very long !

Kaya french toast is their signature, no golden syrup needed. The sweetness was already melt inside ! The french toast itself didn’t look too appealing but it’s one of the delicious type !

The exterior was crispy but inside was soft and sweet ! The kaya was melting inside and soaked to both side of the bread ! The crispness was not hard it was soft.... hard to describe by words.

網絡上看到介紹,特意來幫襯的。餐廳並不顯眼,若然不是特意來,肯定會走過。內裏座位較逼,但餐廳滿座,而且外面還有人排隊等候入座。本來被西多士吸引,但一去到店員便告訴我們西多士已售罄🥺只可選擇其他,後來才知道原來還可以選擇咖央西多士,可是已order了其他食品,只好下次再來光顧。餐蛋通粉味道不錯,味道濃,只是通粉淋了一點,而且價錢相宜,才$23😧凍檸茶是近年來嚐過最好喝的沒有套餐選擇,單買要$17 相比起附近做遊客生意的西餐廳,這裏的食物更令人滿意。

平時嘅西多士要自己落糖醬,但呢度嘅西多士係冇糖漿嘅🙅🏻‍♀🙆🏻‍♀。老闆用左咖央取代花生醬💃🏻,食落去甜度岩岩好🧚🏻‍♀,味道豐富🤩。💁🏻‍♀老闆會即場逐塊逐塊麵包🍞點蛋漿🥚,即叫即炸,炸到金黃色,外脆內軟🥴。西多上面有一塊牛油,記住要搽勻食,食落去嘅時候有牛油,有咖央,有蛋味🥚真係好好食😝。小編之前試過朝早黎食,但係老闆個時話要過兩點後先有😭但就算兩點後先有有時候都好快會賣晒🥺,所以今次比小編食到真係覺得好好彩(FYI小編個日係一點半去到)

今日放假,諗住入嚟赤柱食大牌檔,點知未食已一肚氣入到泗溢,人不算多,除了我和朋友二人,沒有人等位,等左三分鐘有位坐低坐低左有個似外藉傭工的女士收了之前的食物,但冇抹台,無問題,我用紙巾自己抹,食大牌檔,預左想落單,向伙記示意,伙記搖一搖頭,指一指廚房的女士,我見佢忙緊,唯有等佢出嚟收錢先,點知她第一句:而家唔落住。好,我唯有等,香港情懷,對於七十後的我值得的但在等待落單(不是等食物!)的途中,有三位仁兄分別對著㕑房位説,二佬,我要xxx,xxx(落單)我於是走向廚房,想有樣學樣,但男仕(我相信是二佬)很忙,唯有又坐返低,希望女仕(應該是事頭婆)再出嚟收錢可以幫我落單前後坐左十分鐘,事頭婆再出現在眼前,我女朋友説了:唔該,幫我寫野(絕對正常tone)....之後,事頭婆説:你收聲先我心諗人地打尖落單我都冇出聲,我地等左十分鐘好聲好氣嗌落單,你竟然我地收聲最尾當然係起身走,頭也不回
