Happy Friday,朋友帶了我去觀塘的熟食中心食泰越菜,本來以為大熱天時去熟食中心會熱辣辣,但原來有冷氣。食物款式很多,而且比外面餐廳平一截。豬腩肉米紙卷包著檬粉、紅蘿蔔及腩肉,加上泰式酸汁,十分清爽開胃。牛油雞中翼炸至金黃香脆,拌入了蒜茸牛油,十分香口。越式牛柳沙律有青瓜、紫洋葱、香葉及泰式香料,加上特製醬汁及烤牛肉粒,清新爽口。明爐烏頭即叫即煮,用了清雞湯、香茅及多款香料,湯底清新,充滿香茅味,烏頭厚肉鮮甜。蕃茄蟹肉檬粉湯底酸甜有蟹肉鮮味,加上豆卜、扎肉等配料,十分滿足。

朋友慶祝生日第一次嚟,算係另一個google search開心發現。雜錦串燒同㗎喱軟蟹包係必食,我連串燒醬汁同d 㗎哩都唔放過叫多個白飯清底。春卷足餡夠脆,越式牛柳沙律亦好出色,一擺低已經八對筷子搶哂d 牛,下次一定要打孖上。全部人第一次去,恕我哋孤陋寡聞冇諗過冬蔭公都可以打邊爐,有菜有蠔有丸有肉,係有少少後悔冇追加桶蠔,自問一人之力係可以啪哂成桶!熟食中心最大好處就係唔拘謹,同老友食住吹水飲啤酒真係一流。下次會留肚食多啲!
