On this second visit, I came here especially for these noodles that look like rolled up rice rolls.

九龍城試食第二波, 九龍城有多家泰國菜館, 看到這個菜館有多位名人照片便進來一試.這裏主要賣河粉, 我便點了一個雜錦河, 湯底很濃但比較咸 (走的時候看到一大煲的湯底, 上面有很多材料....), 配料一般, 反而它的河粉想腸粉狀QQ的, 河粉味十足, 值得一試.

The noodles here are as good as Cheong Fat, I ordered the boat noodles which is basically vermicelli in pork blood soup.
I was impressed it came with two pieces of crunchy fish stomach.
I ate them quickly before they become soft from soaking the broth.

The soup was not as rich as Cheong Fat, and they use long shaped bowls instead of round ones.

This place is opposite the famous Cheong Fat which serves boat noodles too, so it is natrual that this is a second choice when it is full.

I ordered the thick soup with fish bladder, it was delux yet made cheap because it contained chicken feet and bamboo shoots and blood cubes.
It was nice but the taste was over powered by bamboo shoots and coriander.

有朋友曾說過,住在不是地鐵沿線的區域就是x區,當然有地鐵出入比較方便,但我亦很幸運地,住在此等x區,可以徒步到九龍城,吃條燒魚,打個邊爐,找Tony Wong食件cake,得閒就遊下船河,不知幾盞鬼,住在日出康城的人,也沒有如此享受.

很懷念以前在泰國路邊吃過的彩虹粉,看雜誌知道這兒有得吃,所以特意來找回味蕾的回憶。翻了餐牌好幾回,不見彩紅粉,原來餐牌的名字叫雜錦湯河,只因材料豐富,有魚旦、魚片、玻璃魷魚、豬紅、豆卜、通菜,重點是湯底是淺紅色的,味道酸甜酸甜的,只售$20,不過河粉的份量不是很多。另點了一碗$35元的泰式海鮮粉絲湯,材料有紹菜、芹菜、魷魚、蝦、肉片、蛋花,只嫌胡椒粉味重了點。這個粉絲湯清淡不油膩,蠻適合夏天吃,尤其是怕胖的女士們。

畢竟也是吃東西可以令自己開心點,加上自己也非常肚餓,所以再去找上次吃過的泰國街頭粉麵檔來吃,只不過今天找了另外一家試試,來了一碗雞河粉和一碗鴨河粉,味道很地道泰國口味,雖然是分量少少,但是也挺好味道。最值得一提的是她們有一個特別的裝置來捕獵蒼蠅,所以全店見不到什麽昆蟲。對比香港一般的河粉,她們會比較大條和粗很多,所以一淡河粉只有數條可以入口,而最喜歡那些雞紅和芽菜,特別富有泰國地道風味。自己也加了檯面上的泰國調味料,雖然是有點辣,但是對河粉來說是可以帶出點鮮味。看餐牌,就是晚上吃晚餐也很經濟的,的確是街邊美食屋。一路吃一邊聽她們跟其他人客說泰文,非常的泰國自由行感覺。

按完摩已經5點幾, 所以就早早地係呢度搵食...二人想食d特別d既野, 記起好似有間幾地道既舖頭食泰式粉面, 行行下就見到lu..就食呢間啦二人叫了:泰式什錦河 ($20) - 湯底係粉紅色, 飲落有少少酸酸, 加少少魚露, 感覺吾錯wor..入面有魷魚、魚片,炸薄脆,芽菜, 味道都吾錯...河粉好粗身, 感覺都幾得意泰式什錦湯粉絲 ($35) - 入面有蝦,蛋絲, 豬肉, 芽菜, 呢個味道有少少辣, 感覺幾開胃下..青檸冰 - ($15), 好甜, 好彩我們不斷加水, 中和番, 味道先ok此店感覺幾舊, 無咩人, 但感覺都幾特別, 好地道...都吾錯, 價錢便宜
