呢日放工之後同屋企人去咗旺角呢間日本餐廳食dinner,餐廳位於地庫,入到去有別有洞天嘅感覺,好似去左日本咁。打開餐牌,見到呢到既刺身拼盤望落好吸引。我地點左櫻澳洲龍蝦極盛,入邊有澳洲龍蝦刺身、日本野生中拖羅、空運海膽、南非鮮活鮑魚、赤貝、鹿兒島油甘魚、蜜柑鯛、三文魚、赤蝦同埋北寄貝,超級豐富。啲刺身全部都好新鮮,第一次食龍蝦刺身,口感爽口彈牙,唔錯。另外仲點左浜松刺身丼,一樣咁正。食咗咁多剌身,當然要點返啲熱嘢啦,飲返碗熱辣辣嘅時令海鮮湯,味道鮮甜又暖胃。炸雞軟骨好香脆。嘆番杯生啤就Perfect。

They serve seafood that is fresh and seasonal, AND at reasonable prices! Definitely try one of their sashimi platters cuz it's such a deal. If you're an oyster lover, try one of their oysters as well! We tried the "Monster of Reiwa Oyster" which was so big and refreshing! They also offer a variety of izakaya food e.g. yakitori, grilled dishes and nabemono that will satisfy your cravings for Japanese food.

一家四口来吃晚饭,18:30就餐客人还不多生食点了澳龙刺身拼盘,鱼籽海胆丼:澳龙很新鲜很q弹;金枪鱼应该是中腹口感不错;带子吃着比较鲜甜;其他鱼类贝类水准都不错;水产混合着盖饭爆浆的口感很棒,也没有腥味。熟食点了猪肋排,猪肉饼,蒲烧鳗鱼,寿喜锅,牛肉炒乌冬等:猪肋排外皮酥脆,内里亦保持软嫩;猪肉饼壳酥肉香,小孩子比较爱吃,若口味清淡的大人可能会觉得略油腻;蒲烧鳗鱼口调得不错,比很多店里的要好吃;牛肉炒乌冬将配料的香气炒得很浓郁,量亦很足;寿喜锅要是能稍微甜一些就好了,最好再有滑蛋。总体是很满意的一餐,大人小孩吃得都开心。

生食点了澳龙刺身拼盘,鱼籽海胆丼:
澳龙很新鲜很q弹;
金枪鱼应该是中腹口感不错;
带子吃着比较鲜甜;
其他鱼类贝类水准都不错;
水产混合着盖饭爆浆的口感很棒,也没有腥味。

熟食点了猪肋排,猪肉饼,蒲烧鳗鱼,寿喜锅,牛肉炒乌冬等:
猪肋排外皮酥脆,内里亦保持软嫩;
猪肉饼壳酥肉香,小孩子比较爱吃,若口味清淡的大人可能会觉得略油腻;
蒲烧鳗鱼口调得不错,比很多店里的要好吃;
牛肉炒乌冬将配料的香气炒得很浓郁,量亦很足;
寿喜锅要是能稍微甜一些就好了,最好再有滑蛋。

总体是很满意的一餐,大人小孩吃得都开心。
