一直聽說深井燒鵝是全香港最出名的,採用炭爐去燒,難得行山可以順路去深井一嚐,陳記燒鵝餐廳的位置比較多,我們一行七人車大約三時多到達,不用等位,由於是第一次來,所以點了最貴的燒鵝髀瀨粉,燒鵝髀和瀨粉是分開上菜的,燒鵝髀的鵝肉是比較多,而且鵝髀算是大隻,有少許肥膩但在可以接受的程度,肉質亦鮮嫩,配上酸酸甜甜的汁,非常好吃,唯一美中不足的是燒鵝的皮不夠脆,應該是燒完之後放了一段時間,因為如果是炭爐燒的話,鵝皮可以做到非常的香脆,這就是為何大家都比較prefer炭爐烤的燒鵝。由於燒鵝是比較油膩,所以配瀨粉可以中和油膩度,瀨粉的軟硬度正常,不過湯底沒什麼味道。

老實講,我住深井但都好小食燒鵝,因為深井除了燒鵝還有其他好食的食肆。話說朋友來我家玩,玩完她說要食燒鵝,只好奉陪‼星期日就人多,其實平日係無咩人食架,即係街坊係唔會幫趁囉‼又中伏啦,除左隻鵝係ok之外,其他餸係一d都唔好食,仲要係d 餸價錢唔平架播,就連炒通菜無鑊氣之餘,碟餸都係核核突突,唔該比d良心來做生意好唔好。
