周末因事去鰂魚涌,也藉此機會一試朋友推介的潮粉。餐廳門口比較隱蔽,可以留意路口的宣傳品,沿路內進就可以了。點了一碗招牌潮粉,選取了頂級牛筋丸,口感非常彈牙,咬下去時能感受到肉質的柔嫩與豐富的膠原蛋白。配搭淮山麵,十分順滑,淮山的清香與麵條的嚼勁相得益彰,讓整道菜品提升了層次感,健康又美味。加配菜心,增加營養。餐飲是梳打水,0卡路里,解渴之餘又不怕變胖。小食是金龍燒賣,一客八粒,外皮薄透,蒸熟後香氣四溢,讓人一口接一口。每一口都充滿了滿足感,是點心中的經典之選。

今日中午去鰂魚涌太古坊做野,中午走左入嘉榮大厦條巷仔,見到有間小店門外人山人海,似在等外賣,八掛去望下,間店門面好似係食日式嘢,埋到去望下餐牌,估佢唔倒竟然係一間有豬什食的日式車仔粉麵,反正又未食lunch,就走入去試下,坐底左再望真啲點餐紙,竟然有款叫手切牛肉粉,重有超多豬什同其他丸類,諗左一陣,最後叫左碗手切牛肉,秘制豬潤,特級魚蛋河粉,嗰碗三拼來到一試,牛肉真係好似打邊爐啲手切牛肉一樣,又香又淋,豬潤真係好好味,超爽脆又有少少洒香味,魚蛋好夠魚味同超彈牙,呢間粉麵店真係有D料到,下次一定要再嚟試下佢其他野係咪都咁出色先得
