對上一次吃羊腩煲,可能是在太興餐廳🤔,份量非常少,好像一個細鍋上面,只有四至五件羊腩,如果你大費周章,特意去吃,肯定會失望。這次去荃灣三坡坊這間小菜店,之前來這間小菜店,都是中學朋友聚會的時候,小菜款式又多,收費又便宜。這次,看到圖片,這兒有羊腩煲,於是便立志一試。羊腩煲,以鑊子呈上,的確非常大件,煮了5至10分鐘,出煙便吃。羊腩數目非常多,吃極也吃不完,有些比較瘦的,吃起上來可能會比較痴牙;而較肥膩的,也不算非常之肥,皮完全沒有毛,算是處理得不錯。竹笙味道非常好,吸了汁,味道更加濃香。另外就叫了一碟滷水拼盤,這碟很快便端來了,但是亦都熱騰騰,可能因為旁邊廚房煮了很多,立即盛起上來即成。滷水拼盤裏面有墨魚、鵝腸、豬大腸、腎、底下還有豆腐以及芽菜。滷水味非常入味,但是又不覺得太鹹,但礙於我們吃羊腩煲,以及滷水拼盤,還是叫幾個白飯來送飯比較好。

這次,看到圖片,這兒有羊腩煲,於是便立志一試。
羊腩煲,以鑊子呈上,的確非常大件,煮了5至10分鐘,出煙便吃。
羊腩數目非常多,吃極也吃不完,有些比較瘦的,吃起上來可能會比較痴牙;而較肥膩的,也不算非常之肥,皮完全沒有毛
,算是處理得不錯。
竹笙味道非常好,吸了汁,味道更加濃香。

滷水拼盤,這碟很快便端來了,但是亦都熱騰騰
,可能因為旁邊廚房煮了很多,立即盛起上來即成。
滷水拼盤裏面有墨魚、鵝腸、豬大腸、腎、底下還有
豆腐以及芽菜。滷水味非常入味
,但是又不覺得太鹹,但礙於我們吃羊腩煲,以及滷水拼盤,還是叫幾個白飯來送飯比較好。

同家人一齊黎開餐叫了四個餸鹵水雜拼+鵝片有鵝肉,墨魚片,紅腸,豆腐,豬耳,豬大腸,每件都厚薄適中,口感,醬汁都是一流的。連平時好少食的豬頭肉都很細緻,很乾淨冇毛,而且爽口韮菜豬紅韮菜新鮮,辣椒油同豬紅好夾雙蝦通菜味道太咸,蝦米碎和配料(薑絲,蒜頭,辣椒)很有誠意,如果落少d蝦醬會更出色這個是必點菜式避風塘茄子非常惹味香口,配啤酒可以食兩碟家人都非常滿意同滿足

尋晚無去食明記,走左黎好耐無食過既潮興,果然keep到以前一樣水準 - 唔係好食!我同女友兩人食左四樣野:魯水墨魚併鴨腎、方魚肉碎粥、豉椒炒蜆、油鹽水浸勝瓜魯水野算ok,鴨腎亦唔會太硬,但粥同勝瓜呢啲有水既餸,味精好重好咸,個粥係多方魚,重幾大舊,但竟然舊舊都有骨,食到刺到我女友個咁損左!而炒蜆好明顯係浸熟左後兜兩兜加個汁,所以無乜味。最後加多支大啤,埋單$318,重貴過明記......

魯水墨魚併鴨腎、方魚肉碎粥、豉椒炒蜆、油鹽水浸勝瓜

魯水野算ok,鴨腎亦唔會太硬,但粥同勝瓜呢啲有水既餸,味精好重好咸,個粥係多方魚,重幾大舊,但竟然舊舊都有骨,食到刺到我女友個咁損左!而炒蜆好明顯係浸熟左後兜兩兜加個汁,所以無乜味。最後加多支大啤,埋單$318,重貴過明記......
