友人介紹來這間酒家吃小菜,什麼菜式都合胃口的我亦不妨到來一試。六點半到也不算太多枱客,不用等位。這間餐廳擁四個鋪位,應該時常都滿座。地方大不過環境是預期的,不怎麼整潔。我們一行四人點了四個餸,最好味的算是肉碎蒸水蛋,可惜忘了拍照,一下子吃完了。水蛋味道很好,而且很滑,餸飯一流。滷水雜併,真的是每樣有一點,豬腩肉,豬腸,墨魚,雞腎,豆腐,芽菜,鵝腸等。滷水併盤的靈魂是滷水汁,但這個汁不夠香,味淡。西檸雞脆口但略嫌乾身,甜酸味算適中。每件雞的size太大,可再分開一半。啫啫通菜煲,蝦醬味香濃,但不夠鑊氣。我覺得菜式款式多,還是可以再來試試其他菜式。

我們一行四人點了四個餸,最好味的算是肉碎蒸水蛋,可惜忘了拍照,一下子吃完了。水蛋味道很好,而且很滑,餸飯一流。

滷水雜併,真的是每樣有一點,豬腩肉,豬腸,墨魚,雞腎,豆腐,芽菜,鵝腸等。滷水併盤的靈魂是滷水汁,但這個汁不夠香,味淡。

嚐過奢侈豪華的九重鮮,偶爾也想嚐一下地道的街邊攤。來到荃灣的三坡坊,隨意找了最旺場的一間,然後找位子坐下。兩個人的晚餐非常簡單,一碟鵝片,一條大眼雞,再加白飯,別無其他。從小媽咪習慣煲大眼雞蕃茄豆腐湯,近年大眼雞越來越貴,印象中也很久沒有機會喝這個湯了,唯有吃一條潮式大眼雞來止渴。大的$200,也沒有女士手臂長,小的要$180,不過已經售罄。躺在面前的一條,眼睛夠凸,皮夠紅,用粗鹽醃製洗淨後,仍然留有粗鹽的痕跡,蒸熟後放入雪櫃雪兩天,便成這個模樣。因為醃漬過,結實的肉質已有鹹味,再蘸普寧豆醬的話要輕手一點。男友喜歡鹵水鵝片,滿滿的一碟,實際是墊了許多巨型花生和豆腐片,真正的鵝片不過12片。鵝片連皮大大片,油脂加鹵水味令人直豎拇指,不過還是師傅刀工厲害,切得夠薄,才能令客人視覺開心之餘,又可以幫店方省下成本哦。

男友喜歡鹵水鵝片,滿滿的一碟,實際是墊了許多巨型花生和豆腐片,真正的鵝片不過12片。鵝片連皮大大片,油脂加鹵水味令人直豎拇指,不過還是師傅刀工厲害,切得夠薄,才能令客人視覺開心之餘,又可以幫店方省下成本哦。

足足花了十多分鐘,街頭熱力迫人,我倆大汗淋漓。
穿着幽暗的小巷,迎來柳暗花明......終於來到三坡坊了!

依舊人氣鼎沸,大排檔、小廚、火鍋、打冷......一如以往熱鬧的美食街
真不知光顧那一間才好了,走了N里路遠渡而來,一定要選最好的才甘心。

敗筆卻在那金蒜味椒鹽上,金蒜不夠脆口稔身黏牙

的確,周遭都是粗獷的猛男,或是開夜班的男士,女人真是寥寥無幾

等咗十分鐘, 「沙爹肥牛粉絲煲」嚟, 芽菜佔60%, 牛肉10%, 粉絲10%, 菠蘿20%, 仲要係希到水咁, 咁不如改名叫「沙爹水灼芽菜菠蘿煲」, 算數!!

三分鐘後, 「椒鹽鮮尤」到, 炸粉一舊舊, 又厚又硬, 仲要唔夠熱, 似係炸定咗二三日再係面頭係咁二落D唔知乜嘢類似蒜粒嘅嘢

緊接嘅 「沙窩魚頭煲」, 唔知大家食開小炒舖頭 (唔係茶餐廳)嘅會有乜嘢期待, 一上枱, 好似咁齋嘅, 冇乜配料嘅, 最基本有D綠色嘢係面啦, 佢冇囉。...算數!!

用筷子一撈, 得半個魚頭嘅?!! 仲有另外半個去咗邊? (我真係唔知其他人食開係點, 我自己好鐘意食, 試過好多間嘅魚頭煲, 有平有貴, 除非係好平好茶餐廳嘅先會嚟個細魚頭, 但都會成個開邊)......大佬, 你收我118蚊, 得半份魚頭, 仲要成個乾爭爭, 真係成個, 夾唔開, 要用力篤, 加上一舊燒肉, 三四粒好碎嘅燒肉, 兩片細東菇, 五舊頭腐, 都係嗰句, 唔熱嘅...算數!!

跟住問伙記有冇芬達, 定係你哋呢度得OJ橙汁, 伙記口響響話乜都有, 芬達同OJ都有, 咁我要芬達啦。到寫完張單, 就開始縮沙, 話: 嗱, 到時有乜就乜啦.....我真係想X 佢,......結果都估到, 係冇芬達, 得OJ

我老婆食都冇晒胃口, 通菜又腥, 牛肉粉絲煲又水, 鮮尤又厚粉又硬仲似隔咗幾日, 最唔抵個魚頭煲....

四個人去三坡坊食飯。其中兩個朋友嚟過,一個記得食過邊間一個唔記得,記得嗰間喺OPENRICE有3個負評1個好評,所以唔揀。見到這間潮興,無任何食評無任何食評。然後我說話:「既然無食評,一於我哋去開創啦!」於是選擇了這間了。佢應該有三四個舖位,我哋坐喺最近遠間舖頭的門外的。人都好多呀,行快一步拎到最後的一張檯。四個人叫咗六樣菜,碟碟都幾大碟。再叫埋兩靚仔(飯)兩靚女(粥)真心覺得美味,可以睇吓相片的簡單描述。埋單連埋嘢飲每位都係HKD$130,抵啦最緊要,環境服務都真係好的。食大牌擋打冷,首選啦!
