唔知係咪凍哂關係,2串烤牛脷都好韌,味道就唔錯!

呢個雞軟骨唔會好硬,可惜就凍哂啦!

4.串燒五花肉2串$28(7/10)
呢個五花肉燒到有少少乾,加上凍哂嘅關係搞到韌咗少少!

5.燒海蝦(2隻)$26(9/10)
呢個燒海蝦仲暖暖地,蝦肉質鮮甜彈牙,唔係死蝦,好食!

6.干魷魚(隻)$28(7/10)
我以為係燒魷魚,原來係送酒嘅魷魚乾,第一次食,配埋日本醬油用芥辣點嚟食,不過我無咩牙力,咬得好攰!

7.茄子$35(9/10)
呢個係原條茄子燒,開盒仲暖暖地,無落孜然粉同辣椒粉,係原味燒,好健康好鮮甜,非常正!

8.蒜蓉牛油粉絲金針菇兜$35(9/10)
呢兜粉絲金針菇無辣椒粉,得蒜蓉同牛油煮,保持到本身金針菇味,粉絲又吸哂蒜蓉味,好好食!

9.蒜香拍青瓜$28(9/10)
呢個青瓜好有蒜香味,有少少醋味加好少辣味,味道較得唔錯,唔會食到流鼻水!

琴日全民搶飛日,搶到飛固之然開心,不過加插美食環節畀自己會更開心睇戲之前,喺佐敦食個串燒晚餐打定底先呢間除咗有滾吓滾吓嗰種烤魚,仲有燒烤魚,仲要係用黃花魚,所以好嫩滑,仲要醃得好惹味,呢個價錢食得過天梯其實係豬嘅上顎,因為佈滿凹凹凸凸嘅橫坑紋,所以以形命名。之前試過烚,今次就燒,原來燒係好食好多,爽口唔會硬冇諗過佢地嘅生蠔都咁大隻,唔會燒到蠔肉收縮,好有肉地,大量蒜油調味,香濃又吊到鮮味出嚟呢個價就食到燒白鱔,雖然唔大條但都好抵,燒到脆卜卜,肉質外脆內嫩茄子燒得好靚仔,調味香噴噴墨魚餅真係超乎大胃期望,諗住求其幾塊炸咗就算,點知個樣勁吸引,炸到勁脆勁爽身,墨魚好彈牙,好有魚香竹蔗茅根係佢地自己煲嘅,一揸好大壺,遞上檯O咗嘴,食完成餐串燒都仲未飲完,而且甜度啱啱好

💁🏻‍♀️入店內,店員都好nice會主動介紹特色食物,推薦之選爬完文[Openrice]看見有雞煲,查詢之下,原來是啫啫雞煲,有別於平常的雞煲選擇🍲啫啫雞煲煮好了才上枱,熱辣辣,可選擇辣度,中辣有點小兒科🤤雞煲在燉煮期間,充分吸收了醬汁的味道,味道更加濃郁。雞肉入口嫩滑,醬汁和雞肉充分融合,配上芹菜、芫荽、薑片、蒜頭等調味料,味道均衡,且又不會太過突出或過於淡化。電磁爐煲嘅設計,食完雞煲後亦都可以打邊爐,但係由於我們只有兩人,一隻雞再加串燒,已經好飽。💯燒水魷魚第一次試,可以改名「水晶水魷魚」😂符合他的賣相,特色之選,意外中好吃,保留了水魷魚的爽脆,亦有燒烤的香味😋不敗的韭菜及雞泡魚乾#烤吧31 #啫啫雞煲 #奇味雞泡魚干 #烤水魷魚 #燒韮菜

爬完文[Openrice]看見有雞煲,查詢之下,原來是啫啫雞煲,有別於平常的雞煲選擇

🍲啫啫雞煲
煮好了才上枱,熱辣辣,可選擇辣度,中辣有點小兒科🤤
雞煲在燉煮期間,充分吸收了醬汁的味道,味道更加濃郁。雞肉入口嫩滑,醬汁和雞肉充分融合,配上芹菜、芫荽、薑片、蒜頭等調味料,味道均衡,且又不會太過突出或過於淡化。
電磁爐煲嘅設計,食完雞煲後亦都可以打邊爐,但係由於我們只有兩人,一隻雞再加串燒,已經好飽。

💯燒水魷魚
第一次試,可以改名「水晶水魷魚」😂符合他的賣相,特色之選,意外中好吃,保留了水魷魚的爽脆,亦有燒烤的香味

想食串燒又想食川菜魚,剛好發現烤吧31兩者兼備, 菜色選擇豐富 。就去試一試。以其美味的燒烤、川菜和湘菜而聞名。烤黑魚咀的肉質鮮嫩,燒五花肉的口感香脆可口,燒白鱔加上孜然粉則是一道口感獨特既美食,食到咀裡滿滿魚汁,蒜蓉燒茄子的味道濃郁,黃金墨魚餅則是一道剛炸好的黃金色小餅,非常香脆,有些像潮洲的炸蠔餅。而水煮魚則是一道清爽的川菜,辣味刺激,非常驚喜的是魚肉完全無魚骨,唔腥(本身怕魚腥味)可以食好多。 特別伴有青瓜,黑木耳,芝麻,薯粉!!相當滿足滋味☺️呢度有多種啤酒和其他飲料供應,我們喝了半打1664啤酒,邊喝邊吃,整個用餐體驗非常愉快,而且價格也非常合理。呢一點好緊要!! 黎到仲可以享受到友善的服務和充滿人情味的氛圍。尋開心就係咁簡單!
