天氣轉冷,自然想吃火鍋,但太座喉嚨有點不適,唯有點些較清淡的菜式。典型小火鍋店格局,熱鬧但稍擠,可幸尚算整潔,火鍋醬料款式多。簡單來個豆腐雞湯鍋。想不到十分足料,有不少旺菜,香菇,可以點少些蔬菜。清熱之選為店家自製的菊花茶,甜度適中,十分清香。始終是夜清淡至上,再要個蔬菜盤,竟比面盤還大,種類豐富,且都只有給中間鮮嫩的部份。吃下爽甜,只收$48實在超值。丸類材料新鮮,不用很多調味已味道十足。打得十分彈牙,且$88已有五款,兩口子一款一粒,小食多滋味。$98位的海鮮拼盤同樣出色,已有原隻開邊龍蝦、鮑魚海蝦各二,蜆和貝類。全都新鮮,龍蝦和鮑魚還在動,吃下肉質結實飽滿,龍蝦頭蝦膏十足,令人滿足。火鍋最能呈現食物質素,而這裏實在出色,且價錢相對便宜,值得推薦。

其他例如潮洲魚蛋、響鈴、菜等,都係正常水準。菜都幾新鮮。整體黎講,今晚每人兩舊幾水,都值得回頭。

首先點左個【胡椒豬肚雞鍋】,我地四個人,點左半隻啫,因為雞嘅份量頗多,除非唔想食太多其他配料。
基本上半隻份量好足,點一隻可能會太飽。胡椒豬肚雞湯好快上枱,湯底好吸引!
因為湯底好足料啊,除左半隻雞、大量豬肚,仲有豆卜、芽菜、粟米、冬菇、蘿蔔片,勁抵食

最正係裡面仲加左酸菜,酸菜入味,煲到個湯好出味,加埋胡椒辣辣地,又暖胃又好飲,一人飲番兩碗先加湯打火鍋
之後我地淥嘅配料都好入味,特別係豆卜、菜呢類,好食!雞肉半身非常肥美,要留意時間,否則會鞋。呢個湯底先148蚊咋

牛肉方面我地點左【頂級手切牛】/大,一份238蚊,質素非常好,因為我地四人,就點左碟大嘅,牛肉唔算好多片,但切得好大塊,而且好明顯係手切成。牛肉唔會話太薄身,淥一淥就已經食得,牛味雖然唔係十分之濃郁,但口感嫩腍,油花咁靚都抵番哂啦

上次朋友就試過呢度嘅丸類,就話好好食,於是我地都跟風點左兩款。呢度嘅手打丸有蝦丸、墨魚丸、牛丸、豬肉丸,定價48-88蚊,可以加10蚊配上黑松露、白松露、芝士、麥提莎,配搭新奇。

我地點左【手打鮮蝦丸加芝士】、【手打墨魚丸加麥提莎】,丸類脹卜卜又大粒,好有黏性。蝦丸嘅芝士味好濃郁,一咬就必出黎,蝦味都好出又爽口,一食就知新鮮足料
墨魚丸加左麥提莎估唔到都冇乜違和感,首先墨魚丸依然都好彈牙,麥提莎大約係四份一粒,淥熟後輕輕一督,已經見到啲朱古力必出黎,食落就係麥提莎味,甜甜地,比想像中好食,唔怪嘅,亦唔會影響墨魚丸本身嘅味道。麥提莎嘅餡里為煮熟左,食落就唔脆喇。如果黎到鐘意試啲新奇、有創意嘅野,可以點黎試下。

其他配料我地著量點左啲,【粟米餃】新鮮包起,都幾大粒,唔餃皮薄身冇粉感,豬肉肥瘦佔半,加埋粒粒粟米,幾有口感。【魚皮餃】一碟10粒,價錢唔貴,係正常魚皮餃。【潮洲魚蛋】38蚊有十幾粒,細細粒,幾抵食。【台灣黑椒腸】38蚊都係有10條,抵食啊,好似芝士腸咁嘅size,外皮幾脆,腸仔唔會太肥。

我個人好喜歡吃火鍋的, 通常晚上想不到吃什麼就想吃火鍋. 男友住在九龍城, 附近也有不少火鍋店, 這間我是覺得不錯的.晚上7點, 客人不算多~我們本想叫個胡椒豬肚湯, 可惜當天沒有賣T_T太可惜了, 我下次一定要試下. 這次就叫了蕃茄薯仔湯, 濃濃的, 好香呢~食物質素不錯, 份量也挺多的我是不吃牛的, 男友說肥牛很好吃~蝦滑好嫩, 好吃老闆太好人了, 還送了花膠筒比起外面任食的火鍋, 價錢當然不能比啦, 但這裡的食物質素是非常不錯的!
