​同朋友喺九龍城一帶影嘅相,朋友建議喺附近食埋野先離開,附近有好多火鍋店,由於看到合理的價錢,並且款式不少,就入咗去試!看一看餐牌,湯底都是主要以雞鍋為主,但當日唔係幾想食雞,所以就叫咗一個普普通通的番茄薯仔煲$68 味道非常之濃郁,可惜味道偏鹹, 但是材料有海量的蕃茄、薯仔以及新鮮的粟米。之後帶咗一碟美國手打肥牛,牛肉非常有份量,兩個人來說有點吃不消。薄薄的手打肥牛片牛肉味非常之重,但係質感比較鞋身,配上番茄薯仔湯底味道都錯。然之後帶咗一碟墨魚蝦滑豆卜,這個款色比較少出現在火鍋配料,確實特別,因此點了來試。墨魚蝦滑非常彈牙,並且係新鮮手打,值得一試!豆卜索晒湯汁,豆味仲非常之重。另外帶咗一碟竹笙,以及蔬菜籃。竹笙非常之爽口,份量亦都好多。而蔬菜籃嘅蔬菜都好新鮮,款式有生菜、油麥菜、冬菇、粟米呀,索晒湯底,超級好食!另外粉面類,點了粗麵以及烏冬,特別喜歡烏冬,原因是口感非常彈牙以及爽口。打邊爐少不了清熱氣的飲品,我們點了一榨菊花茶,下一下氣,確實不錯。這一餐,人均消費是$250 價錢合理,亦食得非常之飽,值得一提嘅係呢度服務唔錯,仲有海鮮拼盤食,鍾意食海鮮嘅你一定唔可以錯過。

十一月開始涼涼地,真係啱曬打邊爐九龍城食泰國菜食得多,今次喺到試下邊爐第一次試呢間,檯數不多,如果嚟食真係要卜定位環境幾舒服,啱曬一家大細嚟打邊爐呢度成十幾款湯底比你揀,真係花多眼亂最後我地揀左藥膳湯底加半隻雞,隻雞算係冇咁肥,而且用左酒醃製,煮熟嚟食啲肉質都唔會老滾起左嘅湯底散發出陣陣藥材味道,有杞子、黨參等藥膳蜂巢豆腐浸落藥膳湯到,索晒啲汁,好入味珊瑚旁陸一陸就熟,真係好爽口脆肉魚脘,陸熟左嚟食真係好爽脆,魚肉本身又新鮮,藥膳湯底煮熟左令魚肉更鮮甜必叫嘅黑松露墨魚滑上碟個陣已經聞到陣陣黑松露香味,食落魚滑更加彈牙爽口仲有手切肥牛塊塊都有肥有瘦,食落好林身又有少少肥油流出,口感啱啱好其實仲叫左好多配料嚟打邊爐,例如雲吞雲吞皮薄餡靚,豬肉同蝦本身食材都好新鮮菜類都叫左生菜同娃娃菜, 食落啲菜都好新鮮爽口打邊爐邊少得飲下火飲料不過得菊花茶有一揸,如果有多幾款揀就好~

一行三人,叫咗一個花膠雞湯底,入面竟然有六隻手掌咁長嘅花膠筒,隻雞係正常 size, 唔係迷你雞,仲好滑,冬菇肉厚入哂味,而且電話訂枱仲每人送多一隻花膠筒,咁大個人都未試過一餐食三隻花膠筒,興奮到爆。刺身新鮮鮮甜,平時啲象拔蚌深色部份腥到食唔到,通常我會放湯當湯料,竟然今次食深食部份超鮮甜味濃,真係未試過,伴生蝦嘅醬汁味濃而不鹹,幾乎食乜都想點呢個醬食海鮮併盤勁新鮮又抵食,隻鮑魚喺咁郁,笑死了碟和牛靚到好似假咁,食落口好有牛味,又滑,食一碟真係唔夠。仲有墨魚丸包麥提沙,味道出奇咁夾,咬入心係脆卜卜,好好味。依家做緊優惠,啤酒買二送一,即係$44有三枝大青島啤,去邊度搵最重要係,服務員服務一流,令你開心到唔想埋單走,價錢又抵,一定會再去。
