家裡沒什麼好吃先出門再說距離上課時間還有半小時就在附近吃個早餐吧由於時間尚早沒幾家店開了剛好在下最近也想吃粥就選上了這家粥店難得沒有選擇困難症的我一進店就立即點餐碎牛豬紅粥怕太飽沒加點腸粉也幸好沒點腸粉在下吃東西慢 就一碗粥也吃到差點遲到不過呢 這早上能吃上熱熱的食物真的好開心感覺一天心情都能被帶好好多好多的肉和豬紅加灑些胡椒粉 讓味道更佳沒得好好慢慢亨受也同樣得到一定的滿足與快樂又熱又濕的東西弓❤️ 真好

不過呢 這早上能吃上熱熱的食物
真的好開心
感覺一天心情都能被帶好
好多好多的肉和豬紅
加灑些胡椒粉 讓味道更佳
沒得好好慢慢亨受
也同樣得到一定的滿足與快樂

✨魚腩粥跟薑蔥豉油就一定㗎啦, 因為薑可以逼走魚的泥味, 但要留意一點,如果食食下唔夠薑蔥要加薑蔥,就要加三蚊。 至於魚的份量也蠻多👍, 也很新鮮👍,其實粥的份量也很大,食完之後一定飽。😋

其實也不是第一次幫趁油麻地東方街的「生記」。但久別之後,確實已經把曾經嘗試過的味道忘記得七七八八。入座的時候尚未到八點,可我想試的魚腩粥卻已沽清。一時間給他殺個措手不及,只好從空白的腦袋隨便叫個我只會在潮州鋪叫的筋腩河,跟我原本想叫的風馬牛不相及。「生記」的筋腩河跟潮州鋪的風味當然不一樣,起碼明顯沒有那麼重口味。但那清湯腩的處理卻讓我有點驚喜,完全不馬虎,喚起了小時候在家裏阿媽煲的蘿蔔牛腩的記憶。感覺清新,吃後並沒有喉乾的感覺。看來並沒有用很多「人工調味」。太太讓我試試她的肉丸粥,感覺也相當爽口自然,難道也是自己手打?這讓我有點動機下次早點到,試試他們的魚腩⋯

今次我叫左「墨丸牛丸米」,呢到丸類都係自家製手打,所以特別鮮味同彈牙,完全唔覺有溝左粉,非常好食!!而個湯底相對比較清淡,不過嫌太淡既可以加少少呢到既潮州辣醬,落少少已經辣味勁出,而且好香!


呢間唯一比較一足既係收銀小姐,長期黑面,收錢找錢完全望都唔會望你,感覺無咩禮貌

很久沒吃粥, 在這大熱天時, 吃粥不是自找苦吃, 滴汗連連? 但很懷念生記粥的味道, 幸好店舖冷氣充足, 在非繁忙時段可舒適嘆粥。鮮豬肉丸粥 (袖珍) $32炸麵 $9/碟鮮豬肉丸粥(袖珍)一碗有8粒肉丸, 粒粒彈牙有咬口, 是回憶的味道。店舖提供葱豉油, 不沾醬肉丸自身也好味道。粥底鮮甜綿滑, 是我喜愛的粥底, 可能肉丸太多, 不知不覺吃著吃著, 粥已沒了, 下次要試正常版。炸麵即油炸鬼, 可選一碟或一條。一碟份量不足一孖, 但也有大半孖。雖然只差$3, 幸好沒點整條, 否則真的會很飽。
