沒抱住任何期望第ㄧ次光顧, ㄧ入去老闆娘便友善地微笑, 打開餐牌, 蟹粥、蟹飯、蜆、炸丸全部也合我地胃口, 可惜我們只有2個人, 今次點了細荷葉蒸蟹飯、小食size的椒鹽白飯魚、炸八爪魚丸6粒、蠔仔春卷2條、油菜-菜芯上有齊豉油、蒜溶、蠔油及2支大啤, 二百零蚊而且非常新鮮好食, 每碟餸上枱時都香氣撲鼻, 蟹飯尤其出色,膏多飯香。可能是星期五晚, 人頗多而且有2張訂枱,好彩我們早到仍有張細枱, 下次再來還是先訂枱較穩陣, 要留意上菜時間稍耐的。

每次到生記必定要蟹粥,今次一於試下佢地個蟹蜆籠仔蒸飯,真材實料,蟹蜆飯~有一只膏蟹,仲有好多蜆,蒸出來的飯很鮮甜,不須加任何醬油調味,我一個人已經可以K.O兩碗飯!哈哈!如果係要挑剔,只係蜆殼有啲破碎,食果時要小心~另外點了炸八爪魚丸,正,有八爪魚粒係裡面,彈口,伴上酸甜醬,好味!炸默魚咀,朋友點的伴酒菜,起初怕有海腥味,結果冇事,都幾好,不過偏愛八爪魚丸多啲~炸雞軟骨,一般,不過伴酒一流!蒜蓉蒸茄子,也頗喜歡!

另外點了炸八爪魚丸,正,有八爪魚粒係裡面,彈口,伴上酸甜醬,好味!

炸默魚咀,朋友點的伴酒菜,起初怕有海腥味,結果冇事,都幾好,不過偏愛八爪魚丸多啲~

炸雞軟骨,一般,不過伴酒一流!

蒜蓉蒸茄子,也頗喜歡!

紅磡是個福地。 真心好多好出色既味道。

紅磡有一間食粥嘅店舖好出名,有一日咁岩病咗就同朋友來呢度食粥,不過其實佢唔係食普通嘅粥所以一啲都唔清淡。生滾蟹粥$128 1隻蟹上到嚟嘅時候上面仲有好多起泡,我指蟹有好多膏有啲溶左落去個粥,個粥都好作了比較清淡,即係啲肉質就唔算豐富,始終隻鞋都比較細隻少少,味道尚算鮮甜。蠔仔水晶粉卷$58@4件 出面個皮有啲似腸粉皮但係晶瑩剔透而且有咬口,入面蠔仔有好多,幾肥美口感同味道都唔錯。

經朋友指引,經過“大酒店”,穿過“藍箱車”,百無禁忌只為食好野。晚上來時座無虛席,證明有不少同道。蟹粥是必點,多加了蜆。蟹在粥內是一整隻煮,鮮味足夠,蟹黃在最後也變成綠色融在粥內,增加鮮味。可惜似是用河蟹,塊頭較小,但168這價錢來說,性價比已經很高。炒麵不會太油,味道還可以。而蠔仔粉卷蒸的比用蠔仔做內料的春卷好食多多聲,因保持到蠔仔的原味,不會給油膩味蓋過。埋單時,老細話粥是四季都有的,夏天也可以去一試啊。

雖然未到冬天,不過已經好掛住依度個蟹粥啦2個人食,叫左個例牌蟹粥熱辣辣的蟹粥,上枱個時仲滾緊架,入面有成隻蟹,好鮮甜,不過今次略嫌蟹膏吾夠多,之前食過蟹粥會變左淡黃色的,不過成落都好夠味,good good good另外叫左個椒鹽白飯魚,份量吾多,細細碟,普普通通,都幾好食的,可能因為未到冬天,所以無咩人食,仲有好多位剩,鋪頭係傳統老店的感覺,門口仲有膠條擋住冷氣

Craving for crab congee and we went there early to avoid the queue.Except the signature congee, the oyster spring rolls are amazing too.And so is their crab steam rice.  It smells so good and the rice absorb all the sauce.
