天氣開始涼涼地,有時太陽落左山之後寒寒地都想食啲熱野個個都話食蟹粥要去澳門一轉,食返官也街個間,但我食過幾次,食完之後口乾到不得了,應該係大量味精,貨色普通又貴又唔抵食。結果幾年都冇再出街食蟹粥,都係自己買蟹返屋企整過一次。前幾日男友講起想去澳門食蟹粥,心血來潮我就上網搵下香港有冇,結果.......比我搵到生記茶餐廳!!!然後我地就去試下。間野好有細個老豆帶我去茶檔食野嘅風格,舊舊地但都乾淨企理。可能個晚早去到,未有好多人,靚姐都比兩個人坐大檯舒服啲。我地叫左個細嘅蟹粥,上檯個陣用砂煲上,滾騰騰,有一隻蟹係入面。食個粥底好綿滑,好好食。攪勻埋啲蟹,都算幾清甜,性價比都唔錯。我地仲叫左一份炸墨魚咀同白飯魚,都算不過不失。因為個晚早食又未係好肚餓,其他佢推介嘅野就冇特別試。整體黎講,食完無乜口乾,價錢Okay,又唔洗去澳門同人迫都抵返到!

然後我地就去試下。

可能個晚早去到,未有好多人,
靚姐都比兩個人坐大檯舒服啲。

我地叫左個細嘅蟹粥,上檯個陣用砂煲上,
滾騰騰,有一隻蟹係入面。
食個粥底好綿滑,好好食。
攪勻埋啲蟹,都算幾清甜,性價比都唔錯。



我地仲叫左一份炸墨魚咀同白飯魚,
都算不過不失。
因為個晚早食又未係好肚餓,其他佢推介嘅野就冇特別試。

整體黎講,食完無乜口乾,
價錢Okay,又唔洗去澳門同人迫都抵返到!

這間店雖然叫生記茶餐廳,但來這裡的人都是希望晚上去吃蟹粥。第一次去,同行人誤以為晚上八時要吃蛋治奶茶。吃過這裡的蟹粥($128/2人),不需要再過澳門氹仔。每滴粥,都是蟹羔,非常鮮甜。食到最後,也不要放過粥焦,是米香的精華所在。唯一是在街上吃蟹,不能盡興。兩個小食點了蠔仔春卷($58)及蒸粉卷($58)。炸的春卷非常香口,蠔仔相對較小,一脆一軟,配合一流。蒸粉卷的蠔較重海水味,蒸香配上豉油,鹹香味濃。再來個蒸茄子,來點菜,補點纖維。雖然紅磡不算方便,但為了此鮮蟹粥,來這裡也真不錯。

新記嘅蟹粥真係由綿又鮮甜。 用砂煲嚟煲粥嘅我想相信應該香港絕無僅有,沙煲嘅好處就係佢可以受熱比較平均。 用嚟煲粥的話 ,受熱比較平均,粥會比較綿。粥入面有一隻蟹,蟹肉食咁多次都係絕頂新鮮,最值得一讚就係佢哋嘅價錢不貴。另外推介他們的生蠔春捲,更加值得一讚的就是可以兩條起。就算少人也可以吃到。炒麵亦都是一個不錯的選擇,他們沒有很鹹,而且面上色平均,乾身。坐位方面比較地道,意思就是他們沒有好的座位。落單方面最好一次過,如果唔係他們可能出菜需要比較長的時間。

每年嘅冬天,我都一定會去拜訪下生記茶餐廳食返個熱辣辣沙鍋蟹粥的。呢幾年亦介紹過好多朋友去,雖然比較地踎,但只要有好野食我都唔會介意的。今日去睇演唱會兼倒數前近近地即刻又諗起呢度喇。每次都必點嘅招牌菜: 冬陰公浸蜆、蜆肉春卷、沙鍋蟹粥同冬陰公蟹烏冬可望今年嘅蟹粥水準明顯下降。。。以前嘅都係見到蟹膏嘅淡黃色粥底,今次嘅完全無而且好稀身。。。蟹比以前更細隻無膏兼無肉失望!冬陰公蟹烏冬嘅蟹都係一樣啦蟹係呢間小店嘅主打,連招牌菜嘅質素都保持唔到,難怪唔見左昔日嘅人龍啦!以前全盛時期排成個鐘至有位,今日係除夕夜唔訂枱都有位。真心希望下次再訪能夠食得返從前嘅水準同味道啦!

我同朋友同時夾左一隻蜆入口,兩個都聽到”卡~卡~”聲….D蜆多沙到令我差D以為自己食梗炸蜆

成個蒸飯比較好既就係個飯(注意只係比較好,唔係好食!!),有汁既地方就好食D,無汁既地方咪就係飯味囉

D飯蒸得太淋,可能呢度係先煲熟D飯,之後再”不”去個籠度加海鮮蒸,結果就蒸過龍,變成無口感既飯

呢個就真係好食,粉漿好薄,加上新鮮炸出,外層薄皮小小脆,內層墨魚咀軟彈唔乾,椒鹽分量亦岩岩好,唔會太鹹


總結,因為朋友既原故而對呢間店有所期望,但估唔到令我地兩個都失望而回,之後仲要食其他野去滿足番個食慾同填番個胃。只此一次,下不為例
順帶一提,呢度有D污糟,一邊食一邊有螞蟻係枱上爬..

And it’s very simple and old, so don’t expect too much for the atmosphere.Crab congee: nice and fresh crab (1 whole crab per congee), congee is delicious and every mouthful is taste with congee cover with crab.
