一年前同朋友來已過百利打邊爐佢嘅醉雞湯底真係令人回味不休,再配上老細嘅熱情招待令到上次食飯體驗畢生難忘,最近知道佢裝修完開飯就梗係約埋班朋友一齊滾一滾裝修完果然係唔同燈火通明乾乾淨淨企企理理,仲聞到好大陣醉雞湯底嘅味道,令人流晒口水今次我就試一個新湯底, 椰子雞,落到枱見到成個火鍋湯底都係白色,一撈起入邊嘅材料非常豐富,有豬骨,海底椰,杞子,椰子,全部都係好滋補嘅食材,跟住我就放隻雞落去,滾兩滾說熟,好滑安格斯牛肉(大)雖然份量比以前細咗但係牛尾一樣咁落食材最緊要係講質素炸魚皮一個字,脆墨水滑,蝦丸,哩個招牌菜,每粒都好鮮,好爽滑牛肉,好嫩口,好重牛味!有樣嘢你哋可能唔知道,百利除咗打邊爐好食之外所有椒鹽炸嘢都一樣出色!個椒鹽豆腐外脆內嫩,要控制個火候非常出色才能做到!

上年同朋友食過一次百利,雖然餐廳格區殘殘舊舊,但係就有種老店既味道,而且食物質素好高事隔一年,重遊舊地,發現佢裝修左,仲以為轉左手,其實唔係裝修完,整體光猛左,乾淨左先叫湯底,揀左個椰子雞煲鍋底有椰子肉、雪耳等, 雞真係有成隻比你,貨真價實,湯底清甜雞肉都幾滑椒鹽豆腐呢度既椒鹽野一向係拿手小菜,今次都唔例外,叫番碟試下豆腐外脆內軟,非常香口手切本地肥牛份量比以前細碟左,4個人食,每人只分到4小塊牛肉紋理清晰,色澤鮮紅牛味好濃,但不會太膩,不鞋口蝦丸非常多蝦蝦肉好彈牙爽口

成日去太子嗰邊打邊爐,知道百利重新裝修完,決定即刻再去幫襯。火鍋店位置方便,太子地鐵站一出行幾步就到。裝修之後餐廳樓高三層,環境光猛而且寬敞舒適。一入門口就已經見到好多新鮮嘅火鍋配料。湯鍋種類繁多,除咗火鍋配料仲有海鮮同刺身,選擇好多。餐具非常乾淨,仲要係雞公碗碟。海蜇涼拌拍青瓜,青瓜爽脆海蜇彈牙醬汁味濃。首創海底狗肉鍋材料豐富,有新鮮魚、燒肉、炸支竹、蘿蔔,所有材料都好入味。點左好多配料,樣樣都好新鮮,碟碟都好大份。見到有法國生蠔所以點左啲試吓,蠔身飽滿,海水味重非常鮮甜。桂花蚌碌一碌就食得,好厚鮮甜爽口,墨魚滑彈牙有口感,墨魚滑一浮起就急不及待夾黎食,鱔片厚薄恰到好處,鮮味十足。本地手切肥牛打邊爐必點,牛肉脂肪比例適中,食落感覺嫩滑,肉質好腍,牛肉味重。蔬菜色澤翠綠,非常新鮮。酒家用料新鮮,價錢合理,一定要同多啲朋友一齊食,可以選擇多啲唔同嘅食材。

物美價廉的火鍋,表姐來香港,前幾天帶她吃了庸記後,來吃一吃香港本地人的打邊爐。食物新鮮,地方乾淨,有三層樓都是。且預定位置的時候很容易就滿了。我們訂不到,便過來walk in 了。有椅子坐着等,知客也蛮好,虽然我人不到齐,看到我等,还是先给我安排了5个位置,后面加了两个,且没有搭台。吃了本地肥牛280元,还有完鱼等,我们7个人吃的非常饱了之后,才花了1200。划算到不行,冷盘也非常好吃!叫了鱼皮和泰式风爪,下次还再去。

裝修咗兩個多月,終於再開業,門面光猛好多。話說不經不覺幫襯了太子百利接近二十年了,以前他們的裝修真的非常簡單,而個廁所就直頭恐怖。今次係裝修重開後第一次幫襯他們。鋪頭光鮮許多,並加設了刺身櫃,似乎新裝後會走高檔海路線。以前他們有比較廉價的牛肉粒,現在牛粒變高價貨,所以索性叫本地肥牛,牛的質素仍然高,order 了鴛鴦湯底,沙嗲湯底比之前濃味了,多了咖哩味,菜心可能因為未到當造季節比之前遜色,但可接受,炸魚皮,水餃,鵝腸同以前味道差不多。員工也來個大翻新,很多新面孔,一坐下來就sell 海鮮刺身,我地無order, 面有難色。

竹笙不是每個地方都有得點, 所以一有我們倆都一定會叫. 一來是健康食材. 二來因為索湯索味, 吃竹笙就等於吃湯底的精華. 才五十元一大碟真的很推介.

像百利這些老字号火鍋店真的不多了. 很有人情味, 店員都會跟熟客聊天有說有笑的. 相信很多人也和我一樣是老顧客. 突然閃個念頭. 找天跟家人再來. 好好吃一頓飯吧.
