我話係呀價錢都合理不過唔好加價喎。

當接受到佢嘅熱之後
啲味道開始出尼啦 滿滿嘅牛肉味
攪一攪再飲 啲辣同酸味出埋尼
肉 辣 酸 三樣都到好處
(辣度大概喺譚仔嘅4到5小辣)

試埋主角牛肉 一個字 軟
輕輕一咬 牛肉塊就被咬斷
一細啖一細啖 慢慢品嚐
呢一塊塊非常入味嘅牛肉

麵較想像中嘅粗 有烏冬咁上粗
但食落就比較粉 但都非常唔錯

殊!殊! 三兩下手勢就KO左碗麵
當然湯都唔會放過啦
呢個喺我對食麵嘅執著同尊重

好快就來到,幾大碗下,牛肉貌似五香肉丁,但食落夠淋唔痴牙有牛香,連帶一d牛筋位,都好夠淋香,加上牛肉量多。
伴住有d酸菜,睇得出係自己餣,味道剛剛好。我叫左中辣,個人覺得辣度適中,食到辣又有本身湯既味。
而貴州粉有d似粗身d既米線,爽滑但又食落有d上海麵既感覺,幾得意。

聽說這貴陽牛肉粉很地道,特來一試。點了家鄉紅油牛肉粉中辣,粉滑溜,是我喜愛的口感,米粉超粗的版本,如喜愛薯粉的煙韌口感未必愛呢隻。湯底清甜,加了辣油,越食越辣,爽。牛肉軟冧,牛味唔勁但量多。另點了口水雞,味道都可以但冇咩突出,我覺得唔算太辣,咁佢個雞皮都薄肉都滑既。我去當晚個冷氣壞左,食到我身水身汗,又因為冇冷氣所以開大左個門,搞到好多蚊滋飛入黎,環境好一般,希望整番好冷氣後會好啲啦,食物係可以令人回頭的~

我去當晚個冷氣壞左,食到我身水身汗,又因為冇冷氣所以開大左個門,搞到好多蚊滋飛入黎,環境好一般,希望整番好冷氣後會好啲啦,食物係可以令人回頭的~

記得上次途經呢條街,係想試一試果間成日排長龍嘅炸猪扒店,點知就發現呢間小店,所以今次就一心來試。其實講真,內地好多地方嘅野食係好特別,尤其麵食,好多種類,可惜香港人似乎對內地野食有偏見。講返重點,來到後好彩唔洗排隊直接入座,另一樣好彩嘅係如果遲多10分鐘就冇左麵得返粉我叫左貴陽正宗全蛋涼抹麵,bb辣,辣度還可接受,麵質確實特別,味道食落好有係深圳食嘅感覺,配上猪油渣,非常特別。而另一半就叫左貴陽地道紅油牛肉麵,都係bb辣,所用嘅牛肉好有口感,好好食,惊喜之作,十分推薦一試!可能要挑剔嘅係個樓面,我估應該係老闆,服務態度同語氣就認真麻麻。

基層打工仔甘岩黎銅鑼灣做野,lunch time 搵餐食當然為荷包煩惱,見到呢間小店老闆系門口熱情招待,價錢都平民,一於試下伏唔伏。同同事一人叫了一碗牛肉粉。因唔太舒服決定唔食辣,我叫了紅燒牛肉粉 ,同事叫了紅油牛肉粉。今日Lunch 比較遲加上假日,店內唔系好多客,老闆好健談不停同我地吹水介紹。因為即煮米線,所以等了15mins, 一上台我地其實無咩分別,後來問過老闆先分到。先講下清湯湯底十分香,落足料煲,原來系有3種骨,豬骨雞骨和牛骨 每日都不停煲煮20分鐘,真係好夠味。而米粉,其實姐系米線的樣子,但食落彈牙好多,幾有趣,老闆話呢個系貴州運過來,香港無得買。一聽佢同埋班夥計既口音就真系相信佢地系地道貴州人,利申我未去過貴州也不是貴州人。成碗份量都好多牛肉和份。牛肉系用牛展,慢煮至淋身,入口還有少少彈牙,但牛肉鮮美,食唔到雪藏味, d 肉超多,食極都有甘。真當我想食下朋友個紅油牛肉粉湯底,老闆提議我先飲口苦丁茶。原來食完辣野飲苦丁茶同無食辣野飲既口感果然好唔一樣! 平時就甘飲 先苦後甘,甘味停留在嘴裡,但當食完辣野再飲苦丁茶,沒有苦味只有甘味。食辣野加一杯凍既苦丁茶真系爽啊! 朋友的

中午時間去左銅鑼灣碗碗香食午餐,主打貴洲牛肉粉,湯底有濃有淡,有辣有唔辣。朋友鐘意食中式麵食,就帶左我黎依間餐廳試試啦。我地一人叫左一碗麵,分別係紅燒牛肉粉和紅油牛肉粉。湯底充滿地道風味,濃香滋味不失香料精華,牛肉份量多而且軟腍,入口牛味濃香豐富,湯底唔會加入大量味精,唔會好咸食完唔會好口喝。我叫左少辣,辣度平平岩岩好,我都接受到!朋友果個走辣,佢都覺得好滋味。我地一人一杯苦丁菜,清香清甜,生津止喝。

這天去灣仔書展前,來到銅鑼灣吃一個下午茶。 突然很想吃一點辣的東西,路過這裏看到這店有紅燒牛肉麵,便進去試一試。那時間不算多人,很快便坐下來,職員為我們介紹有什麼好吃的。最後叫了一個紅油牛肉粉小辣,另一個是清湯的紅燒牛肉粉,各自點了一杯苦丁茶。數分鐘後食物便來了,我吃的那碗紅油牛肉粉湯底很好吃,麻麻辣辣的,牛肉非常足料!牛肉很嫩,有一點點牛筋,但是很彈牙的,不會難咬。小辣真是剛剛好的,凍的苦丁茶可以把那些油膩的感覺消除,還可以解辣。 朋友說他那碗清湯的紅燒牛肉粉也很好吃,最特別的是他那些粉是他們店舖特製的,在其他餐廳不會吃到。粉的質地有點兒像烏冬和粗面的結合,很彈牙和滑。這間牛肉麵和其他店的很有分別,牛肉是經過精心烹煮的,非常有誠意的一間小店。下次會再來支持一下,試試其他食物,相信質素有很不錯的。

數分鐘後食物便來了,我吃的那碗紅油牛肉粉湯底很好吃,麻麻辣辣的,牛肉非常足料!牛肉很嫩,有一點點牛筋,但是很彈牙的,不會難咬。小辣真是剛剛好的,凍的苦丁茶可以把那些油膩的感覺消除,還可以解辣。


朋友說他那碗清湯的紅燒牛肉粉也很好吃,最特別的是他那些粉是他們店舖特製的,在其他餐廳不會吃到。粉的質地有點兒像烏冬和粗面的結合,很彈牙和滑。
這間牛肉麵和其他店的很有分別,牛肉是經過精心烹煮的,非常有誠意的一間小店。
下次會再來支持一下,試試其他食物,相信質素有很不錯的。

今天陪朋友去聖保祿醫院做檢查,行過加多連山道見到有間食貴州粉的碗碗香食店,剛好有少許肚餓,就入店內來個下午茶先!進入店內聞到陣陣牛肉香味,而且店亦主打食貴州牛肉粉,咁一於唔好錯過!朋友始終做完身體檢查,不敢食太油膩食物,就叫咗一碗清湯牛肉粉配熱苦丁茶嘩!一上枱已經好吸引,又香!最欣賞啲牛肉肉質,軟綿綿,比食台灣牛肉湯麵的牛肉更好味,酸菜好爽,貴州粉好滑,食落𠽌𠽌聲,正!熱苦丁茶飲落口,喉嚨好舒服!我因近日期皮膚有啲痕,要戒牛肉,所以點了一碗紅油雞肉粉,有4種辣度可以選擇,BB辣,小辣,中辣,大辣!我就選擇了BB辣,這種辣度對我來說講好,有好輕輕的辣度,飲啖冰凍苦丁茶,解一下個辣味,絕配,雞肉大大件,肉質嫰滑!

我因近日期皮膚有啲痕,要戒牛肉,所以點了一碗紅油雞肉粉,有4種辣度可以選擇,BB辣,小辣,中辣,大辣!我就選擇了BB辣,這種辣度對我來說講好,有好輕輕的辣度,飲啖冰凍苦丁茶,解一下個辣味,絕配,雞肉大大件,肉質嫰滑!

不得不讚湯底,店員介紹湯頭是三骨湯,每天新鮮熬煮近二十小時,湯底看起來有油,但喝下去不單不覺得油膩,而且帶濃厚的香味。還有用貴州米粉,似烏冬粗細,但像米線那般爽滑的口感👍
