我同朋友黎到依間餐廳食午餐,第一次黎依間餐廳試下,依道專賣貴州牛肉粉,依道可揀唔辣或bb 辣,少辣,中辣,大辣,我地就叫左一碗唔辣一碗少辣。老板推薦苦丁茶,我地就叫左一杯熱一杯凍既苦丁茶。野食好快就黎到,第一印象系好大碗! 粉口感煙韌,爽口,熟度均勻,比平時既粉好食好多! 至於湯底, 少油不膩,有清甜既牛肉味,辣味黎自麻籽,我既最愛,飲湯感覺舒服,唔會覺得太鹹。牛肉可謂極品,好軟口,重牛肉味。苦丁茶我比較傾向要凍既,苦苦甘甘既味道可以幫助解辣。份量十足,我地食完都覺得好飽。個人認為依道既紅燒牛肉粉系我食過最好食既,好值得試!! 依家舖頭不算大,餐廳規模唔大,但質素好可能比出面所謂名店賣既牛肉粉更好,價錢亦更相宜。推薦!!

有時周末經過好幾次,每次都幾多人。但见到冇乜装修,所以一直冇試。最近突然见到網上有很多好評,好啦,weekend 就和老公去试试。那天我叫了个牛杂汤加粉,他叫了个红烧牛肉粉。两碗汤都很大碗,适合喜欢喝汤的人。红烧牛肉粉,肉很香,汤看起来很清但浓,有点五香粉的味道。我不是贵阳人所以不知是否地道,但味道就很大陆,我想应该是地道的。个粉是贵阳来的,像发了的面线,但口感QQ, 很特别,几好食。我的牛杂汤有牛根,牛展,牛肚,是没有肺,肠的。汤牛味较浓,但就没有红烧五香粉味。过了几天,我又去食,今次自己一个。叫了红烧牛肉粉,但这次比较失望。汤面有一层1cm 的油,我心想果然地道。我要了一个小碗了一整碗油,吃剩1/3碗,实在太油。结论,我不会自己要求再去。怕了。

我的牛杂汤有牛根,牛展,牛肚,是没有肺,肠的。汤牛味较浓,但就没有红烧五香粉味。

过了几天,我又去食,今次自己一个。叫了红烧牛肉粉,但这次比较失望。汤面有一层1cm 的油,我心想果然地道。我要了一个小碗了一整碗油,吃剩1/3碗,实在太油。

结论,我不会自己要求再去。怕了。

整體上很滿意這間餐廳的牛肉粉,如果你都喜歡食麻辣的話,可以叫老細加啲花椒粉。如果你哋喜歡大陸嘅口味,這間餐廳值得一試。😋

最近的天氣非常熱,對白飯完全感到沒有任何食欲。因此這次決定到訪位於銅鑼灣的主打適合香港人的麵館,也帶着半好奇的心態嘗試當中的食物。首先從麵館的環境而然,帶有令人感到休閑的感覺。設計以樸素為主。而且店主準備的食品也很花心思,完美展現出店鋪的理念。家的感覺 在店鋪中 享用了雞塊面和口水雞 以及嘗試了店鋪的自家製飲料 苦丁茶 味道也令人感到很意外。 有助清熱解渴,實在令人愛上這飲料。然後從主食方面 ,我認為當中的麵質爽口彈牙,配上碗中的雞肉。實在是最佳的組合,不用花10分鐘 不經不覺間已把碗中的食品清光。然後我也食了其中一款小菜 口水雞 當中的醬汁也很有特色,給人一種自家製的感覺。 經過這餐後,也令人有種想重覆再嘗試的感覺!

同朋友見到佢新開,大家又鍾意食辣,就試下。舖位近希慎廣場,算方便。店內環境乾淨,偏細間。服務態度幾好,會推薦同介紹特色食品(貴陽粉)俾客。我地兩個人嗌左一碗紅油牛肉粉、一碗紅燒牛肉粉同埋苦丁茶凍熱各一杯。店舖幾貼心,有得揀走/多蔥、蒜、花生、油等等等等唔同配料。上菜速度快,幾分鐘左右就上哂(當時冇乜客)。碗紅油牛肉粉,嗌左小辣,但係都幾辣,如果唔食得辣,建議嗌返BB辣。兩碗粉湯底都濃郁有牛味,粉係貴陽粉,質感黏韌,似係烏冬同米線既合體,值得一試。因為我鍾意食啲煙韌野所以都幾鍾意呢個粉,但係應該係鋪頭特有嘅,係喺貴陽黎,所以唔知邊度可以買到牛肉選用上等嫩滑牛展。一碗粉,份量足,所以我地冇嗌小食。杯嘢飲係苦丁茶,飲落少少苦,冇咩特別,不過店員就話我地知係特別解辣,我地又冇特別覺得解辣。但如果有興趣嘅朋友都可以試吓飲,因為比較少地方有~

係中央圖書館附近有一間麵線館叫碗碗香,喺店門口都已經好有feel,同一般既唔同,佢入面既裝修擺設都幾特別( *`ω´)我嗌左小辣嘅牛肉麵線飲凍嘅苦丁茶!一上菜見到個碗咁大都有d嚇親,完全估唔到份量咁多(///▽///)湯底好惹味而且好開胃,小辣絕對推薦(。ì _ í。),牛肉好香好啊而且好容易入口,麵線方面同街出邊食嘅不同,佢一間係比較粗同埋比較有咬口♪(´ε` ),我都係第一次食咁特別嘅麵線,每一啖麵線加上啲湯真係食到冇停口,好過癮!其實我都係第一次飲苦丁茶,聽個名以為係苦嘅(///▽///)但原來係飲落去甘甘地跟住有啲甜,好得意既味道,但好清新,而且好解辣,大大杯絕對夠飲!成個餐都好抵食,大件夾扺食!

今日約咗朋友去一間叫碗碗香的小館,睇店舖個名好特別,原來係食貴州(貴陽)菜,叫了兩碗麵及幾款小食,香港真是一個福地,甚麼菜式都可以好方便咁食到。既然店名叫得碗碗香,每一碗麵都色香味俱全。貴味木耳, 睇下幾大碟都係$38 認真抵食•紅燒牛肉粉$58及清湯牛肉粉$58,(比較似雲南米線),牛肉味出,湯底清甜,蔥花亦夠新鮮。第一次食貴陽玫瑰冰粉$38,不是太甜,好特別的口感。餐牌設計卡通化,亦簡單易明。埋單共計200多元,包括自選小食、甜品及飲品,在銅鑼灣來說也相當經濟實惠。
