滿分選手心必點金湯湯底,湯鮮甜開胃帶點微辣,花甲和粉絲這個組合是絕配,亦有配菜如娃娃菜、豆卜、金菇~
每隻花甲上面都舖滿蒜香混合醋味,隻隻開口,份量也好多,我大概也食了15隻以上~每隻洗得很乾淨,食得安心又放心,喜歡花甲真的不能錯過,必叫!來到也預了吃燒烤,這碗二人分巳非常足夠!

今日食晏揀左試呢個聚椒花甲粉,啲花甲都幾新鮮,冇沙,有花甲啲湯都鮮甜,粉面可以揀粉絲或者米線,今次我食微辣,佢本身有跟蒜,芫荽,蔥,娃娃菜,豆卜份量都幾多下,我揀左加一餸,加左餸豬手,都忟得好淋,幾入味,老闆娘仲話今日豬手細隻,搭多舊雞翼比我,因為成碗野都熱辣辣好好食,唯一不足是店鋪地方細同佢冷氣比較弱。

Sat 20th May 2023大角咀嗰幾條 乜樹街,近呢幾年真係變天,小店林立各適其適百家爭鳴。絕對係搵食㗎天堂。一日食一間應該食到3個月,大家多啲支持小店呀。鋪仔細細,好似呢個彈丸小村咁:夾道逢生。佢出邊係行人區,好闊落,好開陽。雖然嘅print 出嚟,但係都字字珠璣。而家好多嘢都唔寫得,唯有將人生嘅層次退回飲飲食食吧。叫咗兩個鍋米,量大料鮮。大廚一啲都唔吝嗇,務求要打爆個鍋。貨真價實,淨係花甲王都差唔多有半斤。所有海鮮湯底落咗花甲都特別好味。但係功夫就多啦,要日日入新鮮貨、浸水吐沙、拖水到剛剛開口、逐隻揀吓有冇壞…… 心機嘢。本地慣用嘅 apps 佢哋都有。
