上年11月中嘅星期日,同阿爸阿媽食晚飯,又係在九龍城唔知食乜好,唔想食泰國菜,西餐,所以選擇咗有煲仔飯食嘅聯發,依家好少茶記有買煲仔飯,因為即整要最少2 0分鐘,呢間餐廳剛開時,好多人冒着佢嘅老細同澳洲牛奶公司嘅關係嚟食佢哋嘅抄蛋,之前食過抄蛋其實冇乜特別,係價錢貴啲嘅常餐。今日我哋叫咗個奄列,本身係叫咗牛肉奄列,不過上錯咗火腿奄列,我唔醒起就照食咗,好大份,不過要5 0蚊,份量就正常啦,冇乜蛋汁,不過不失。我哋仲叫咗個西多士,熱辣辣炸好,正。煲仔飯就過份啦,叫咗窩蛋牛肉加潤腸,餐廳竟然上咗鹹蛋肉餅,完全上錯,好彩即時發現,唔係老豆冇留意阿媽叫咗乜嘢就食咗㗎啦。個飯好濕,牛肉竟然上肉碎,呢個煲仔飯差唔多一百蚊。真係冇下次架喇,都係食抄蛋有保證。

每次去九龍城,必到聯發吃煲仔飯。今天又來朝聖。今晚客人也多,我們要等了一陣子。我們點了:油鴨髀煲仔飯油鴨髀煲仔底部的糯米飯香脆和微焦,形成了一層金黃色的鍋巴,有一種獨特的嚼勁。鴨髀肉的外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁,口感細膩,入口即化。米飯吸收了鴨肉的鮮美汁液,使其帶有濃郁的鴨肉香氣,同時糯米飯本身也帶有一種微甜的味道。炭火叉燒飯炭火叉燒飯上面鋪滿了一片片金黃色的叉燒和一個煎蛋,叉燒肉的外皮經過炭火燒烤,像有一層薄脆一樣。經過腌制後,叉燒帶有濃郁的甜味和香氣。一啖咬下去,滿口的香脆感。肉質內部則保持著嫩滑多汁,口感非常豐富。飯也軟糯香甜,與叉燒肉的口感形成了絕佳的搭配。還有那豉油,能「調」出叉燒的鮮味。雖然裝修簡單,但這裏的食物甚有水準,難怪這間小小的茶餐廳經常其門如市。

雖然裝修簡單,但這裏的食物甚有水準,難怪

講到食物質素,真係唔係有咩咁好食。
1. 奶茶無茶味,好似飲奶水咁
2. 我單叫左個沙嗲牛肉麵,啲牛肉好硬
3. 我地再叫左個早餐,火腿通淡淡地,正常無咩特別

總結係餐廳服務差,食物質素中下。訪問話發哥幫襯左佢地好多年😂我相信發哥試過我地既體驗之後都未必。
