一間地道既港式茶餐廳,有很多食物選擇 ,除了早餐、特餐、茶餐、常餐、三文治、多士、奄列等等,晚市更有煲仔飯供應,所以很受歡迎,我們在下午1:45左右到達,門口也有幾個人在排隊,我地排咗大 約15分鐘左右就有位。餐廳牆壁掛滿食物的照片和餐牌,圖文並茂很吸引。點了滑蛋照燒雞扒丼,炒蛋滑溜,蛋味濃郁,雞扒燒得香噴噴,雞皮微微焦脆,肉質鬆軟嫩滑,加上餐廳特製的甜豉油,好食到停不了口,非常出色。公司三文治分豬肉和牛肉兩類可選擇,真係少見,豬肉是午餐肉,牛肉則是咸牛肉,我們今次選了牛肉,麵包是厚切,裏面夾著火腿、芝士、炒蛋、蕃茄和青瓜,味道很好,每一啖都回味無窮。凍檸檬茶,茶味香濃,不會苦澀,有3片檸檬,不錯。餐廳還有一個菜式,炸餐肉條,好特別,下次一定要試試。

約了阿女逛九龍城買甜糕點甜品,完成任務後就地下食晚做。我們在宋皇臺站過兩個街口到候王道,就找了間茶記落腳~聯發茶餐廳。目測聯發茶餐廳是貼地的民生餐廳,有大量街坊客光發,店內牆壁貼滿各種食品推介,當中最吸晴的海報就是炭燒义燒及蛋包西炒飯。我同阿女分別點了:炭火义燒滑蛋飯~$98及滑蛋包西炒飯~$88,飲品選了凍朱古力~$26及凍鴛鴦~$26。終於明白,點解這兩項主打飯類不以餐項與飲品一起配售。這兩個飯是用心製作,不是大堆頭已弄好餸料未叫已成的餐品。炭火义燒鬆化肥瘦適中,厚切又肉質鮮嫩備玫瑰露香味。蛋包西炒飯更是廚師功架之作,整個西炒飯被整幅滑蛋包蓋著,色澤鮮明又外滑內有飯香。我與阿女享用了九龍城地道茶記水準之作的一餐。

約了阿女逛九龍城買甜糕點甜品,完成任務後就地下食晚做。我們在宋皇臺站過兩個街口到候王道,就找了間茶記落腳~聯發茶餐廳。

目測聯發茶餐廳是貼地的民生餐廳,有大量街坊客光發,店內牆壁貼滿各種食品推介,當中最吸晴的海報就是炭燒义燒及蛋包西炒飯。
我同阿女分別點了:炭火义燒滑蛋飯~$98及滑蛋包西炒飯~$88,飲品選了凍朱古力~$26及凍鴛鴦~$26。

終於明白,點解這兩項主打飯類不以餐項與飲品一起配售。這兩個飯是用心製作,不是大堆頭已弄好餸料未叫已成的餐品。炭火义燒鬆化肥瘦適中,厚切又肉質鮮嫩備玫瑰露香味。蛋包西炒飯更是廚師功架之作,整個西炒飯被整幅滑蛋包蓋著,色澤鮮明又外滑內有飯香。

我與阿女享用了九龍城地道茶記水準之作的一餐。

🌸奶油多士🧈🍞烘過嘅多士外脆香口,咬落口有濃郁嘅牛油香味同埋煉奶嘅甜味🥰正🫶🏻

最近好多移左民既朋友,表示喺外國嘅生活最唔習慣就係食物。就算想去食個茶餐廳,嗰啲食材根本就唔正宗,而且仲超貴,話求其一間香港嘅都好食過佢。其實物以罕為貴,掉翻轉你叫佢係香港日日都去食就唔喺咁講啦。所以我喺香港,一般會揀比較出色嘅先至去。 🍖呢度既出前一丁有水準,我揀左餐肉雙旦,餐肉實淨唔會好易散,煎蛋做到燶邊又流心,丁麵煮嘅時間岩岩好,彈牙又唔硬。不過呢啲係基本。 🍖西多做得有驚喜,其實西多做法萬變不離其中,兩塊包夾住花生醬,加蛋醬去炸,完。但係要做到外面好脆,而且企身,就唔係人人做到。好似一早炸起備料,有人order先至返炸,就一定做唔倒咁嘅效果。加上我另外叫左個云尼拿雪糕,變成唔洗加糖漿,都有醬料嘅效果。而且你睇下個雪糕球,唔係用宜家方間整好嘅一球球雪糕,以而係真係自己畢出黎,又圓又靚又好味。 🍺Affogato,大家都知道茶餐廳一般都會用robusta豆,即係相對冇咁有風味既味道。因此佢地一般會加入 Coffee creamer。但咁樣太人工啦,佢哋巧妙咁運用左云呢拿雪糕既香甜,平衡左咖啡太過厚重既味道,邊度又滑又順口。 PS.呢日見到陳山聰坐係我地隔離,我地有眼神交流,但佢好乖

今日經過九龍城,忽發奇想食茶記,舊式茶記在香港越來越少,而咁岩真係見到有一間。傳統懷舊港式茶餐廳裝潢,開放式水吧,可以大約睇到師傅在沖奶茶、檸檬茶,牆上有一部大電視在播放節目,可謂「麻雀雖小,五臟俱全」,卻有一番人情味。滑蛋蔥花叉燒飯 ($68)滑蛋呈黃金色,蛋味香濃,口感很滑,不會過熟而失去口感,叉燒份量適中,肥瘦適中,洋蔥爽口彈牙,附近打工仔可以一試。上碟的同時,店員十分細心,會馬上附上一支甜鼓油,可供自由選擇落嘅分量,重口味嘅我即刻落左唔少,同滑蛋和叉燒十分夾。叉燒雞(扒)飯除左有叉燒外,還有切好的雞扒塊,方便食用,雞扒塊連埋雞皮一起食用可謂一大享受,雞油香味惹口,加上鋪滿表面的蔥油,是米飯的盜取者。

又嚟咗呢間茶餐廳食茶餐, 必試炒蛋同紅豆冰👍🏻!呢度已經成為咗我每次食茶餐嘅日常飯堂, 座位都幾舒適, 而且燈光非常充足!𓌈˒˒ 茶餐有牛油多士、火腿炒蛋、餐肉通粉, 烘過嘅多士好鬆軟; 炒蛋好嫩滑, 蛋味香濃, 仲留有蛋汁; 通粉嘅份量剛剛好。我另外再加咗杯紅豆冰🫘, 紅豆粒香甜軟綿, 而且份量好多, 每一啖都食到紅豆呢, 非常足料~𓌈˒˒ 滑蛋照燒雞扒丼雞扒煎至金黃色, 好香口, 加上滑溜嘅雞蛋🥚, 佐飯一流🍚!
