終於都嚟到一試平日4pm嚟到 都等咗成20分鐘先有位排隊落定單先車仔麵 (3餸起)新鮮蝴蝶腩 $20唔係炆到淋晒嗰種 仍然有啲咬口只係有幾舊就偏柴🫣另外配咗指天椒豉油 唔算好辣 同個腩幾夾辣味魷魚 $17好。辣。每條魷魚都入晒味 唔係好handle到🥵鹵水大腸 $16正正常常車仔麵嘅大腸 無乜特別麵底:瀨粉 $15+香辣菜脯脆卜卜 又幾香 少少辣 配埋碗粉 唔錯招牌蜜汁叉燒串 $35主要係為咗依個叉燒而嚟即叫即燒 燒到外面少少焦香 ho juicy又有咬口加埋蜜汁 甜甜哋 又真係幾好食無失望耶~~ continue reading

呢間車仔麵真係唔錯,入到去就見到好多唔同嘅配料,選擇性非常高。我選咗豬腩肉同埋魚蛋,湯底清淡但又唔失鮮味,正好襯托出食材嘅本身味道。豬腩肉煮得剛好,肉質軟嫩,油脂剛好,食落去唔 greasy,反而添咗幾分香味。魚蛋則彈牙,口感非常好,配上幾片青菜,令整碗麵更加有層次感。最令我驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅醬油,味道香濃,配合麵條食落去真係一流。價錢方面都幾平實,分量又足,完全值得一試。環境簡單舒適,服務亦都友善。下次一定會再來! continue reading

好多年冇寫食評,通常係極端情況先激發到我浪費時間去做埋d無聊嘢... 一係就讚嘆級的美食或服務,一係就垃圾級的劣食或服務,今次係後者... 冇乜幾可嚟紅磡, 就搜尋下紅磡有咩美食啦, 見到呢間話長期排長龍就嚟見識下, 見佢有花甲做湯底應該唔會衰得去邊, 點知原來花甲係要另外嗌嘅,大拿拿$40加花甲,c9s, 平時食花甲年華都係六七十蚊包埋花甲定蜆, 咁我當然冇嗌啦,當我傻仔咩… 就淨試你個招牌蕃茄薯仔湯底+4個餸+銀針粉+小食韮菜豬紅+ 小食招牌即燒叉燒+奶茶= 盛惠$170。1) 蕃茄薯仔湯底, 就咁單飲冇乜嘢但好q甜,落咗好多糖, 食麵用甜嘅湯底真係好奇怪,而且肯定唔係自己屋企煲個種蕃茄薯仔湯,佢應該係搞爛咗啲蕃茄求其掉落去水到+薯仔煲冧咗+大量糖和調味料而成,難飲到仆guide ... 仲難食過華嫂冰室。溝埋我叫的4樣餸,哇~ 邊食邊反胃,想嘔...心中狂爆粗,咁既西嘢竟然同我講係招牌? 仲要排長龍?紅磡d人平時係咪食開2餸飯?2) 鳳爪其實唔知好唔好食? 因為已經浸咗入蕃茄甜湯底,最後我將佢浸返入韭菜豬紅兜汁都難食都仆guide,放棄...3) 豬手得一件係皮,其他全部瘦肉, 大佬~ 食豬手梗係食皮食骨膠原啦, 你畀曬瘦肉我做乜春呀?南乳味同茄汁甜湯混合埋一齊,堅有反胃感, 即刻聽到自己個肚仔咕咕叫想嘔咁... 放棄。4) 香煎腐皮角以為啲咩特別家鄉嘢, 原來只係交貨嚟嗰啲魚蛋餅。5) 辣水魷,得個鹹字完全唔覺得辣, 而且食得出煮咗好耐, 啲質感酶曬唔爽脆。6) 銀針粉唔知好唔好食, 但食得出冇米味橡膠咁,我淨係知放落個茄汁甜湯到超級極度難食,完全唔夾。7) 小食韮菜豬紅各食咗一啖, 韮菜煮得太熟淋patpat, 仲要食完有渣即nur。豬紅假嘅,冇氣孔,元素週期表,科技嘢, 而家喺香港想食個唔值錢的真豬紅仲難過登天,香港已死...8) 所謂嘅招牌即燒叉燒, 等咗25分鐘, 只係不外如是,雪藏肉眼+ 超市叉燒醬(冇heart,唔好食), 醃到過曬龍,肉質少黴,蜜汁又唔夠, 睇嚟紅磡街坊平時食開兩餸飯,未食過好嘢...總括來講,等了個寂寞,食了更空虛... 總數食咗幾啖就頂唔到落去,我都唔想浪費食物,但堅係想嘔... 新假期介紹親d嘢都係垃圾,食完一肚火!補充: 我唔覺排長龍囉,門口係有幾個等緊,都只係因為舖細坐位少,排隊只係合理假象。 continue reading
