經過旺角買嘢,見到有間專食豬嘅食店,突然間好想食豬潤,所以就試吓。阿姐待應都幾好傾,為人好爽直,點野食又會搭吓咀😆一坐低見到隔離枱嘅撈麵好吸引,所以點左豬膶撈麵。一上枱真係感覺好大碟,我自己都食唔晒。啲粗麵好爽口亦都冇鹼水味,仲有蠔油俾我點吓生菜同撈吓麵👍🏻而隻蠔油一啲都唔咸,好似唔同屋企嘅普通樽裝唔太相同咁。而啲豬膶係分開放响湯度,每一塊都係厚身同埋爽口,好正呀!個湯好有媽咪以前煲嘅豬潤水風味,好好味我又飲晒😋

這個 豬大王很多次經過也嘗試食一下!今次在睇樓前,半小時的時間相信就是一碗麵夠時間,我就走了進去。看了餐牌招牌菜是豬扒!!我立即問下要等多久,(老闆娘?)她說6至7分鐘左右!那也合理呀,就點了豬扒米粉!甚料看著電話時光飛逝。 十分鐘後😪豬扒米粉也還沒有上臺, 追問一下係咪正常先??我就只是問了一句請問仲未得呀我趕時間,甚料換來冷淡加態度不滿的大大聲回應:要煎熟先得架唔熟照比你食咩!! 我立即覺得不用這樣的態度吧!! 她依然依依哦哦少聲地不知說了什麼!我覺得不用這種方式說話吧。因太趕了只得馬上吃掉豬扒(走運了味道不錯還好是碎上)也吃了一點點米粉走了!我走的時候湯的煙還在碗內向上昇呢。但係好奇怪她對走進門的3位熟客,並非這種語氣!!可是我應該不會成為她的熟客了。。。 我很奇怪對於一些服務態度不太好的食店,容不下!食物質素好的話可能試多次,但係如果質素差加態度又差,不用說你懂的! 除非好食到在別家一定找不到。。否則一定無下次!🙄這個個人選擇是有一些怪嗎??

而家喺香港好少有豬什食,經過呢間豬大王竟然有豬什食,一於入去品嚐下!見到餐牌有好多唔同類別嘅豬內臟部位食,例如有豬肺、豬脷、豬腰、豬膶、豬粉腸、豬肚等,如果唔鍾意食內臟亦都可以選擇豬扒、豬手、豬肉丸等呢啲嘢食!由於所有內臟我都想食,所以我選擇咗金牌八寶麵,等咗六分鐘左右就有得食。嚟到碗麵勁多料,我選擇咗粗麵,由於粗麵鹼水味太重,我就倒咗少少醋落碗麵中和啲鹼水味,呢個食法非常有效,食落即刻無哂鹼水味!豬肚同豬腰咬落都幾爽,豬粉腸好腍,豬肺好滑,豬膶唔硬,所有內臟都唔羶,相信洗得好乾淨,而且仲煮到恰到好處,各個部份都有唔同口感,唔錯!本人唔好豬肉丸,但呢度嘅豬肉丸好爽,而且好好食,亦唔唔會有霉嘅感覺,仲要讚下一粒豬肉丸切開兩邊,方便入口,好窩心呀😍仲有兩三塊鮮豬肉片,都好爽!綜合以上所有食材都好新鮮,決定咗下次要食埋豬手🤪先滿足!

I had the noodles with pork liver ($42). This was pretty good. Most places, the whole thing tastes like ginger. Here it wasn't at all. The liver was very fresh and cleaned properly so there was no weird after taste. It also had that nice crisp texture on top that I like and wasnt mushy at all. The soup on the other hand was pretty forgettable. Just MSG and not much else.

Boyfriend had the fried pork chop with rice in soup ($57). The pork chop had a lot of fat so it was a bit on the oily side. It was, however, seasoned well and very tender. Probably due to all the fat.

聽說這店主打食豬,特別是豬扒,這次下午茶時分來試試。第一次食就點他們的招牌豬扒,配粗麵。餐牌上寫著因需製作大約要等十分鐘,不過不到十分鐘都已經能夠上菜。湯麵跟豬扒分開上,以免豬扒被湯浸淋。豬扒一塊切開七件,每件大小相若。豬扒質感夠淋容易咬,表面煎得夠香帶點少脆,是惹味的。豬扒有豬肉味,調味偏濃偏重口味。最初食第一二件時覺得幾好味,但一邊食就覺得調味太重,有少熱氣。同時,也明白到餐廳需要用上帶點脂肪的豬扒,好讓食物更滑;只是有部份的豬扒過肥,七件大約有兩件都是肥肉不能吃。湯麵方面,粗麵出奇地做得很爽,沒有鹼水味,值得一讚,可惜湯是味精湯。總括而言,豬扒沒有覺得很好食,價錢也不便宜,經過附近可試但不值得特意來食。

今日去食呢間出名食豬嘅餐廳,叫咗個豬潤麵,豬潤味道普通,但係佢要成五十幾蚊,價錢偏貴。朋友叫咗個雞翼湯飯,我都偷偷地試咗啖,我覺得個湯飯幾好食,裏面有肉碎同埋菜心,有屋企嘅味道,不過整體來講價錢偏貴,試過一次就算啦。
